Not really you can tag the person as well Or you could bo neither Quoting and tagging procs a notification so it's generally polite to use one of the other

I never really had this problem with fossils but Pokemon with 1 in 8 chances in general for me seem to take longer to find a shiny of regardless of gender It just seem like bad rng in general. It took me a couple days to breed some of them shiny even with the charm. 3% is still low in the long run but significantly better then in cannon games

This happens often both u make sure not on alt (speed up) when trying to trade if you can't see eachothers parties within 2 mins then try swapping who is rewuesting vs who is waiting it will 100% crash if both request though
