  1. Lots of good points (Levitate slipped my mind lol). The Mega thing doesn't phase me, since I'd rather save my Mega slot for something crazier anyway. Think I'm gonna try Eelektross out, thanks!
  2. I used Ampharos a ton in my e18 playthrough and he carried me through a lot of intense fights. It's such a useful mon that it ended up on my team again in my e19 run. I want to try to use different mons this time since I plan to combine my teams from both saves once I beat Hardy in this playthrough, but there aren't that many electric types that fill a similar role to Ampharos where I'm at in the game. Eelektross has a little worse bulk and speed, and it's more physically inclined which is a bit of a turn off cause Discharge spam is so good right now, but I do wanna try it out still. I know it has a great movepool but I'm not too far in yet, I just beat Aya. Is it a good time to swap Ampharos for Eelektross? Should I bother swapping at all?
  3. Ooh, good idea! I'm only in the early-mid game right now, but I'll try it out when I get the chance.
  4. A little late, but I use Pay Day Perrserker against the Audino Breeders to farm money
  5. I'm kinda bad at this stuff so this might a dumb question but, can I delete my v13.0.2 folder after redownloading the game for v13.0.3? CAn I do this for all upcoming patches too?
  6. I haven't tried changing the difficulty yet so I'm not sure what happens after the first difficulty change, but according to the guide you can always change the difficulty, it's just that the first time is free and after that you have to pay.
  7. I started recently (normal intensity) so I only just beat Keta. Been swapping out my mons a ton because I feel like using a bunch of different ones but so far, Shuppet, Psyduck, Skwovet, Spearow and Gossifleur have been surprisingly helpful. Shuppet - is now at the point where it's getting outsped and one shot in important battles but still, will-o-wisp is so helpful against RIFT mons and other important battles, while Pain Split and Cursed Body came in clutch more often than I'd expected Psyduck - great early game moveset, Confusion makes it really helpful for Venam and Water Pulse lets it pull it's weight in other battles too. Skwovet - Comes with Bite, gets Stockpile before Venam and Body Slam at level 20. Cheek Pouch + Pecha Berry makes it last even longer against Venam. Also get's Stuffed Cheeks before Venam so pairing that with an Oran Berry could be pretty useful too. Spearow - Super early Aerial Ace + level 20 evolution will ensure it's one of your heavy hitters for a while. Gossifleur - I never really liked this line, and I did not think this thing would be good, but damn. You get the Magical Leaf TM at the same time you get it. Leech Seed + Cotton Down makes it super good in important battles, and grass moves are boosted in Sheridan so Eldegoss is even more helpful against Keta (even against Combusken, since Cotton Down can somewhat counter Speed Boost) Just got an Octillery and a Girafarig on my team, hopefully they don't disappoint. Girafarig is already helpful because Sap Sipper heals it after every turn in the Forest Field and Octillery learns a lot of very good moves via level up.
  8. I tried that earlier and it worked for me too, thanks!
  9. I extracted the files to my game folder, and I still can't find the Audino trainers at Christola rooftop or Sheridan. Do you just unlock them later on or am I missing something (I can't encounter any Mankey either though)
  10. So would it be smarter to pick a gen 8 starter then, since we don't know if any are available yet?
  11. I haven't played pokemon in a while and I wanted to play Rejuvenation so I waited for v13 to drop. At first, I wanted to pick a gen 8 starter but now I'm not too sure. I picked Cyndaquil in Reborn and really liked it, but I feel like I didn't use it to it's fullest potential and want to pick it again but at the same time I could also pick something else for a change. I know Grookey might be really good because of Grassy Surge but I don't really want to use a Rillaboom. I'm seriously considering Scorbunny but I also feel like using other fire types I haven't used in a while. Any ideas based on availability of other mons or any other factors? As for starters I don't want to pick: Any of the gen 1 starters, Blaziken or Rillaboom.
  12. Oh no, not that. I meant the ones where there are literally trainer sprites standing with full sprites of their pokemon team. Thanks for replying though.
  13. I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, but I've noticed that a lot of people here have cool looking "trainer profiles" with sprites of their teams for each playthrough and such. I was wondering how to make one of those? Is there like a specific website of some kind or do you guys literally make them from scratch?
  14. Alright, I'll get ready Edit: Thanks a ton! You saved me a lot of trouble lol
