In grass, check location guide on which segments, it's been awhile since played on route 4, but I think it's on all of upper route 4 -

You'll have to breed the mons and hatch in 7th st that might work or cantact @Vanitas through Direct messages -
SHuppet should be wild at night in cemetary Pancham in S obsidia by solstic in grass

It doesn't like when u manually make the folder if u make a new game and allow it to make the saved game pathway from that then copy them in it should work but reborn it's self doesn't keep the saves in it's folder Zangaerth posted the path for you
