    Serperior You might want to breed Grassy Terrain. In Reborn terrain changing move can be very helpful against gym leaders Heracross Pinsir is much better for the mega due to the speed, IMO. Mega Heracross is very slow, you might want to go for Def/HP EV instead of Speed for Mega Herac. Aegislash The stat is all over the place? Max SpA EV but with Swords Dance? Flash cannon is spec and Shadow claw is phys. Iron Head is available from tutor as a phys replacement for Flash Cannon. Shadow Sneak is much better than Shadow Claw cos of priority, IMO

    Use the rainbow machine in the starter area instead of picking the available pokemons. You would need to soft reset multiple times (save in front of the machine, get pokemon, reset if you don't get eevee) many times as the chances are very low, hence "Jackpot" starter. Tips: you can use F12 to reset the game, and Alt to speed up the game if you don't know.

    Have to disagree with this one, psychic is probably the best starter to get given the first few gym leaders type. I started with Espeon (evolved him before Venam) and he dominates most of the gym leaders before Narcissa. As others pointed out there are some mods out there like randomizer mod available in the forum to help you started if you have given up on jackpot machine. Good luck getting your starter! I went thru the pains of soft-resets as well so I understand how you are feeling. Off topic, but for reborn, you can easily request Ralts in the Online Play Forum, many kind breeders would give you a ralts to start with. Sadly, rejuvenation have no trading function.

    I caught one on the grass outside Venam's gym. Make sure it is morning, you can see sort of red/dawn filter, just change your computer time to do this.

    I can confirm that budews are available in East Gearen morning time in V9. This is before even 1st badge.

    Keep resetting at the rainbow machine. The chances are fairly low though. I got eevee after around 30min-1hr resetting.

    Thank you for the follower pokemon! It is amazing and I love to have my pokemon adventuring with me. I am curious with one thing, how does the item "pickup" being determined? Interested to understand more if there is any variation on pickup based on level or etc; or steps required. Separately, it would be good to point out to others that the follower's shiny sprite uses the original version shiny sprite which can be different from rejuvenation's custom shiny coloration. Not a bug, but had me confused, thinking there was an error.

    Check the Onyx School at Onyx Ward (go up from where you fought the tangrowth). You need to fight some kids at the front of the school before you can enter.

    Not sure if this is going to be patched soon, but you can return to Old Reborn from Agate by : TELEPORT! This allows you to go back to Reborn City from Agate Circus. The caveat is that it is only up to certain point of the story: To return to Agate Circus, simply pass the checkpoint to Agate City, you will be automatically transported to the front of circus. This is quite perfect if you want to get some pokemon/item from Agate Circus or Route 2, but no further than that. Quite fitting as well, since you won't be able to do fancy things like surfing/diving in Old Reborn because of this limitation. Edit: Also, when I tried this, the Pokemon Restore Point at Agate Circus is not counted as a Teleport checkpoint, so feel free to heal up there and still go back to Old Reborn.

    Since you have many strong fire types, use TM sunny day or get Drought-pix from the circus, it will help to protect against water moves as well. Use moves like Heat Wave or Eruption that hit both opponent in double battle.
