How can I learn my Eelektrik the move Discharge? It learns it on lvl 29, but Tynamo evolves first at 39(AND this thing doesn't learn any moves... :x )... The only option I know, is to lower down his lvl with Common Candy, but I totally don't want to train it back to lvl 39^^ so I want to know if there is another option?
