Sorry, I didn't know you asked since you didn't reply. If you do want to use the mod, replace the 'script.rxdata' that is in the Data folder of Reborn with the new 'script' file. The other file goes in the same place as the Reborn game. From there, everything is in the Pokegear. However, I still can't confirm if this works on event mons. It does help reduce weather lag on my computer quickly though. No problem. Thank you for putting in the time to do experimentation/research into the problem.

Still, try to activate the event when you return. I activated it before leaving, so I can't directly verify if it is impossible. Since I think it is weather based, it will be more difficult, but not impossible to get the right condition. Honestly, either one is fine, since I'm mostly interested in the egg moves. A male will work just as well, since I have a decent ditto. Does a 5IV female Zubat with 28 in Defence be ok (egg moves: Brave Bird, Zen Headbutt, Steel Wing)? Edit: looked at wrong Zubat for stats.

The lowest I have is a Bagon with 2 IV's. It even comes prepackaged with Dragon Dance. It's also a female. If you are interested, do you have a spare Sigilyph or can you breed one? IV's don't matter.

You just go into one of the paths on the northern side of Route 1. I believe it was one of the ones that you are forced to travel up, but maybe it's not required. It was just a short connecting one if I remember right.

It still seems more like old wives tales that don't take into account Pokemon as anything but servants, but that's just me. Besides, part of my point was about wild Pokemon, who have shown to go either way. While the Pokedex certainly makes stupid specific claims, there's nothing disproving general statements about the typical behavior of a Pokemon.

True, but Pokemon would obviously have some personality differences and would enjoy/do things to different extents. I was more referring to Pokemon like Garydos and Salamence, whose entries are more about uncontrolled rage and destruction. Entries like this suggest that wild Pokemon are just as able to carry out 'evil' acts as under a trainer's control, just because of their nature. Mostly, I just think it's BS to assume that humans are the sole or even the major cause of non-legendary Pokemon doing 'evil' acts.
