      I can confirm I battled zygarde in its complete form, yet it reverted to 50% when caught. you also battle zygardog somewhere, and im pretty sure that one is unobtainable. havent tested with complete zygarde yet, but I assume that it wont work since power construct was only added in generation VII. the ability may not have been added. lemme test that real quick.

      I tried to use dream mist on zygarde, and it didnt work. pretty much confirms that zygarde-complete is unobtainable.

      It seems lazy to program a Gen 7 enemy and then not make it playable.  Maybe eventually.....

       

      Also, Doggo Zygarde's sprite is still in the folder of 1.2.3:
