  1. After the battle in the LCCC? (Route 3). You need to exit the room via the right side and simply follow the path. Eventually you will reach Calcenon City, your next destination. Don't forget to visit the room to the left first, though. It contains the Grass Knot TM.
  2. Happy birthday, Sparky! You're always full of energy, upbeat and fun to be around! From (one of) the friendly neighborhood Glaceon, I hope you have an amazing day, today and all year round in general!
  3. Class: Priest (Male). Affinity: Ice HP: 18 -> 19 (60%) Str/Mag: 1 -> 2 (30%) Skill: 1 -> 2 (10%) Speed: 2 (20%) Luck: 0 -> 2 (30%) Def: 1 -> 5 (75%) Res: 5 -> 6 (75%) Con: 5 -> 8 Moulder the Boulder is now also Moulder the Wall. He is now a wall that can heal. Sure, he'll be doubled often, and when he promotes he will miss very often, but he will never die.
  4. Out of the four named here, I am actually willing to say that Ground might be harder. Fire-types are not as big a problem as you claim because there are quite a few Water/Ice mons, plus Mamoswine absolutely demolishes Fire-types not named Talonflame. Fighting-types...well, Kiki is going to be one of, if not THE biggest hurdle to overcome, but after that, it's not going to be too much of a problem. Samson in particular I was able to one-shot on my Ice Mono. Ground, meanwhile, has to deal with the ever-prevalent Water, Grass and Ice-types and moves, which overall are going to be more problematic then Ice's weaknesses. Then again, my favorite type is Ice and I already done an Ice Mono, so my opinions might be a bit biased, but after Radomus, I did not have much trouble with any of the battles. And I only started with a Swinub for a starter, so I had quite a painful early-game. Seriously, once you're past Aya, things will become much smoother.
  5. Huh. Aside from me using Aurorus in place of Abomasnow, your team is looking the same as my Ice Mono. Honestly, I can say that an Ice Mono is really not as hard as you claim it is. Yes, there are some difficult parts (Hello, Kiki), but after Radomus, really, there wasn't too much I had trouble with. Samson? I one-shotted, Charlotte? 3-shotted. It's a case of strategy over brute force. Still, glad there are people doing Ice Mono runs and showing off the strengths of the type instead of dismissing the type and bemoaning it's weaknesses.
  6. Not this time. Micky, would you grace us with your presence?
  7. Minor question: If I want to give my team nicknames now, do I need to announce them somewhere, or can I just give them the nicknames and there won't be a problem?

    Spinel Town

Be careful, for it's actually a legitimately difficult battle. Watch out for their Golems especially, as they both have Earthquake and Stone Edge IIRC.
  9. Darius opened his tome and started chanting his usual spell to strike at the bandit. However, as he started, something unusual happened. It almost felt like the spirits he was invoking were in sync with the shaman. His tome started to levitate out of his hands, but his words continued to flow, more intense than before. A second or so later, a tendril of darkness impacted the brigand, knocking him down briefly. It did not do much damage, but Darius could feel the spirits infiltrate inside of the axe-wielder's body. It was clear to him that the bandit was going to have a very bad time for the few seconds of his life that remained. As he started to get up, his body got wracked by intense pain as he started to get lifted up into the air by the elder spirits which, for those magically attuned, could even be slightly visible as they whirled and flew all around the brigand. Darius, now levitating a few centimeters off the ground, continued to chant, almost in a trance, the words of command, and the spirits followed with glee. The brigand started to scream in sheer agony as the spirits literally started tearing him apart from the inside, his body spasming in intense pain. And yet, no blood was being spilled as everything was inside of him. It only lasted a few seconds, as, soon enough, the screams faded and the bandit's body went limp. The elder spirits left the bandit's lifeless corpse at this point and he fell down to the ground. Darius himself finished the chant, both himself and his tome returning to the ground and his hands, respectively. The shaman stood there, confused. This had never happened before, he never felt more in-sync with the spirits. But at the same time he seemed...fascinated by what happened. Both the primal screams of pain from his victim and the rush of power he experienced...he seemed fascinated and a little scared. If this is what they can do to a mere brigand, he shuddered to think what they could do to him should the spirits decide to turn on him.
  10. Darius noticed that there's still a bandit close to them, fighting the team. "*sigh*...even when it's obvious they have no chance, they still think they can achieve something..." the Shaman shook his head before stepping over the bridge and into a position he can strike at the brigand without having to worry for retaliation on the off-chance his magic misfired. Move to N10 and take out Bandit 8.
  11. Overall, pretty boring... *sigh*. Lugruf?
  12. Dammit I was hoping it wouldn't be Ice! I was hoping Ice could at least make it to Bracket 3! In seriousness, with all the buffs Ice got this gen, I really thought it could make it to a higher starting position.
  13. I prefer to think that Curious Cacturne was so busy playing with Mira that he forgot that he has interviews to do. After all, you can't really say no to Mira when it comes to playing with her.
  14. Ah, I see. Well, I don't exactly have many answers to Psychic-type except to just brute force my way through and taking advantage of secondary typings, so it might be tougher for me then for others.
  15. Is that the Psychic leader? Wow. I admit Fairy being low was a bit expected because, while powerful, they don't get much coverage to deal with their weaknesses. But I did not expect Psychic to end up this low. If that's not the Psychic leader, then I'm not sure which one it is.
  16. Samson brutally punishes underleveled teams. To be honest, you could probably get away with this team, as long as they are trained up to an appropriate level. If that fails, yeah, if you have it, a fast Psychic-type should do well against him.
  17. Huh. I admit I did not expect the fairy leader to end up next. Then again, I've never participated here, so I don't really know what to expect. Huh, judging by those earlier reactions...is there something to expect?
  18. Darius was holding his hand over where the archer managed to land his arrow, trying to suppress the bleeding all while observing how the archer was captured, then released. He sighed before preparing to blast the brigand on the other end of the bridge, trying not to become too distracted by all the pain around him...when, suddenly, he felt relief as his injuries were mended by Emilee. He turned to the sister and smiled very lightly. "I appreciate that. Thank you." he said before focusing even more intently on the axe-wielding bandit, getting ready to try and evade the hand axe that is visible. Move to L12 and (hopefully) finish off Bandit 6.
  19. Well, back here after a small hiatus. Spine?
  20. Erm, small question about the trainer cards: Will we get updated cards upon acquiring a badge, or will that only happen at certain intervals/at the end?
  21. It's not available yet. AFAIK, TM breeding is not a thing anymore, so that's not an option. If you need Scald, you'll just have to use the few mons that use it naturally until the TM is released. Blame the fact that Scald is really really powerful.
  22. I must say, I am really impressed you went for it. It was really awesome to watch. I do enjoy the fact that you made the Pokémon-specific events and the extra interactions. Wish it were possible to do for the main games, but, well, that would be a nightmare to code for all the Pokémon. One thing, though: I don't understand why Banana Peel was sent out last if all it knows is Explosion. Apart from that, keep up the good work!
  23. I would give both Light Screen and Reflect to the male, alongside the Light Clay. Prankster Screens is a natural combo, and the Female should be on the offensive anyway. Keep Psyshock as well, to have some offensive ability as well. As for the female, I'd probably go with Shadow Ball/Psychic/Signal Beam/X, with me not really knowing what X to use.
