Ah Crawlis backdoor into the volcano, one of the dumbest elements Jan has included in his game, making Crawli look even more like a useless buffoon at best, or as Dem mentioned a team xen double agent at.... also best I guess there's no real good reason he held out on you like that. of all the characters to make an incompetent fangirl madelis is pretty low on the list, couldn't it at least be a bunch of grunts?

Two things, first is how does that random npc know the true identity of the big bad, and second why does true identity of the big bad even matter? Its not like we have a solid idea of what xens goals truly are aside from vague comments like soul gathering, and we haven't seen that much of X to get a feel for her character, so why should the player care about who she is?

And so Melia does the heroic protagonist thing of flying off to confront the villains all on her own, ignoring her problems to save the day..... while disrespecting all of the trouble you where put in to earn the fucking lava surf tm. God Venam was right, she is a bitch.

Oh boy, Zygarde cells, only now that there's more of them, and I'm not even sure if the primary complaint about them was addressed for this, I.E, no way to track where you found each one, hooray! And thus our heroes have committed assault, attempted manslaughter, destruction of property and attempted arson, all against a figure of authority on the region, for what little that means. Whats more shocking is that Aelita suggested most of that, you really wouldn't expect that out of her.

In my experience marcargo's pretty decent, it just has the misfortune of being a postgame mon in its debut generation, then playing second fiddle to camurupt in the next, and then being a mid game rocksmash mon the next time its finally available before the e4. why are the crazy ones always the ones with all the magic powers?

Man, who knew the quickest way into your heart was to present you the frozen corpses of people who significantly annoyed you, go figure. Someone else who can use the dimensional rifts, neat, although this makes Zetta infinitely less valuable to Xens plans, whatever the hell those may be.

Speaking of the Lapras segment, if Lapras carrying capacity was an issue why didn't they just take multiple trips? Its not like they're in a rush to go anywhere, the most pressing matter at hand is finding Saki who can take care of herself. Yes I'm aware its an excuse to have a gym leader battle since its been awhile since the last one, but it could have been slightly less contrived.

a new episode, and a new heart attack from rose, its almost like we're back in the beginning of the game, where your only problems was Melia trying to steal your main character role and team xen were only minor nuisances And then Meila successfully stole your main character role and team xen have become moderate nuisances how things change for the worse

Alas poor Adrian, you were too good for this game. To be quite honest, I forgot about Novae as well, since she's just basically "hey this game has gen7 pokemon now", only as a minor npc instead of a twitter post.

5 team members, you lost 5 team members to a workers dispute caused by a joke team intended to fill out some sub plot so the help quests could feel unified. And for what, 2500 pokebucks and an evolutionary stone you cant even use. At least it can't go downhill from here.... Oh God it totally can, can it.

And so here we are, the Melia meets madam edgelord Xavier renegade angel scene. Can it get worse? Who knows, although what I've read of future plot developments doesn't really inspire much confidence. As for the X is stronger than Yveltal scene, you have to remember Yveltal is basically Death Destruction in giant bird form who's death is implied to cause enough destruction to desertify a non insignificant portion of Kalos, so it just ends up being a cheap way to hype up the big bad, which ends up laughable when you see how X reacts to Mary Sue Melia.
