  1. Mythical Air Type: Dragon Category: Status Power: -- Accuracy: -- Target: All PP: 20 Description: The user summons a strange gust of wind, which flows in the battlefield for 5 turns. This wind removes all Dragon-type's Dragon, Ice and Fairy weakness, and gives them 1.5x Speed boost, temporarily. Learned By: All Dragon-types except Druddigon, Tyrantum and Garchomp. Designed for the Ubers dragons to hold a candle against the mighty Xerneas. Would centralize the Anything Goes metagame by completely removing Mega-Ray's weaknesses.
  2. Supernova VS Slumbering Giant "They ran..." The shield dissipated. He looked at the husk of the giant's armor, sinking along with the island. The pillars of water crashed in against Tai, but it didn't matter much with the heat already used up to power Nova Strike. When the water fell quiet, he noticed the empty airspace. "Must be underwater. Either they're taking advantage of my dislike of underwater combat, or they can't fly...or both?" Tai laughed and sent his jets whirling again. "Guess it's time for intermission. You've net yourself a lucky break." He blasted toward the outer rim of the arena. Heating his mech up rapidly again. This time, he kept a comfortable 10 meters height with the surface.
  3. I gave Petal Dance to Rotom-Mow because, like Leaf Storm, at least it's related to gardening. Energy Ball just sounds out of line, personally.
  4. Calogero_Noir, have you updated to the newest version (V8.1)?
  5. 1. Favorite Forum RP? 2. Which video game genre do you like the most? Which game in that genre is your favorite? 3. Would you sacrifice a person to save a village of 50 people (Provided it's the only way to save those 50 people)? 4. (cont. 3) Would you sacrifice one-third of a country's population to ensure prosperity and peace for the remaining two-thirds? 5. Here are four scenarios: A man killed another man. A man killed a wolf. A wolf killed a man. A wolf killed another wolf. How would you punish the killer in the four listed scenarios? 6. (cont. 5) Do you believe that human life is just as valuable as animal life? (It feels weird being so serious all the sudden, but you did ask for serious questions, so I must oblige)
  6. Riding on pyrr's bandwagon, I'm here with two mega evolutions for Hydreigon! Mega Hydreigon X Dark/Dragon Ability: No Guard HP: 92 Attack: 105 -> 165 (+60) Defense: 90 -> 100 (+10) Special Attack: 125 -> 105 (-20) Special Defense: 90 -> 95 (+5) Speed: 98 -> 143 (+45) BST: 600 -> 700 Growing vicious fangs, strong legs, and a strengthened tail, Hydreigon graces upon the soils of the battlefield! With No Guard, it gets Iron Tail and Stone Edge/Head Smash that never miss! Its newfound speed that comes from its legs let it outpace even Mega Mewtwo Y! With its stats, it gets to take greater advantage of its physical movepool. The only problem is that it can't really do much once you manage to wall it, depending on what coverage it is running. Mega Hydreigon Y Dark/Dragon Ability: No Guard HP: 92 Attack: 105 -> 105 Defense: 90 -> 95 (+5) Special Attack: 125 -> 180 (+55) Special Defense: 90 -> 95 Speed: 98 -> 143 (+45) BST: 600 -> 700 Unlike the X Mega, the Y Mega Hydreigon prefers using No Guard to patch up Draco Meteor, Fire Blast and Focus Blast's wavering accuracy. Albeit lackluster in Ubers due to the generally high bulk of Pokemon there, it's a powerful force to be reckoned with in OU, capable of breaking walls not named Chansey and U-Turn out with ease.

  8. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/reborn-uu-65656 The Ravenholts takes the first blood! gg Acecy.
  9. Carracosta @ Lum Berry Ability: Sturdy EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Hasty Nature - Waterfall - Shell Smash - Aqua Jet - Rock Slide / Knock Off / Earthquake Do you like Shell Smash? Do you hate Cloyster? If the answers are YES, then this Carracosta is for you! Hasty gives Carracosta a monstrous 133 base speed. Although it loses its Defense in return, that's pointless with Sturdy active. Sturdy allows Carracosta to always get Shell Smash started. Waterfall is your main STAB move, and is preferred over Aqua Tail to avoid getting a stray miss ending your sweep. Aqua Jet is required to beat out priority moves (Especially Sucker Punch) and sometimes 1v1 scenarios with Sturdy leads. The last slot depends on what else you want to check, really. It's also required for Carracosta to not get walled by Water-types or Water Absorb Pokemon. Rock Slide is a secondary STAB that is, although unreliable, comes with a lot of neutral coverage. Knock Off can be used to achieve similar effects as Rock Slide. While weaker power-wise overall, it can remove items and hit Psychic tanks hard. Earthquake can be used to check Steel-types instead. Linoone @ Sitrus Berry Ability: Pickup EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Brave Nature - Extreme Speed - Belly Drum - Shadow Claw - Seed Bomb The mighty E-Killer Linoone, with a solid 100 Attack stat to work with Belly Drum! Speed is sacrificed due to the lower demand of it. The set is quite self-explanatory, really. Use it to clean up the late game when Steel tanks and Unaware Clefable are gone.
  10. Favorite Reborn meme? Favorite non-Reborn meme?

  14. Am I required to keep this AMA thread alive by keeping the questions flowing? What's hip? Opinion on nuclear energy?
  15. can I not forward my questions to your rear end opinion on Abomination Alola Exeggutor? opinion on high quality rips?
  16. Thoughts on the Alola-Exeggutor? For reference, here it is: Thoughts on the retyped Alola Sandshrew/Sandslash and Vulpix/Ninetales? Thoughts on Z-Crystals and Z-Moves?
  17. "I can do well without technology." Tres thought to themselves. The heavily renovated Sky Tower was at sight. The Sky Tower they had seen in the data prior to the end of mankind was vastly different from the Sky Tower right now, but you could still see the similarity if you look close enough. The little duck strolled through the bustling city, and indeed, there were no computers within sight. A slight disappointment, but at least this place is safe...right? They asked around for directions, and found themselves in the temple. The temple was considerably warmer than the outside, but temperature didn't really bother Tres. They looked around for this Master Draidon, who, according to the information they got, was a Druddigon. They've only seen a Druddigon on a Pokedex, due to how rare Unovan imports are in Kanto.
  18. "Sir, if you may, look afar and you'll see a lone Lapras sailing off to Johto. That Lapras ferried me all the way from Johto's Union Cave to here. Look a bit further and you'll see the dead remains of corrupted Tentacool and Tentacruel drifting along the waves. Lapras and I fought them on our way here, it was not an easy task by all means." Tres paused for a second, then continued. "I've noticed the complete lack of corrupted Pokemon near the waters here. Something about this place scares them away, am I right? If I were a corrupted Pokemon, I wouldn't be able to get this far in here. These information, on top of my conscious reasoning, should be plenty."
  19. Tres gave the Lapras of Union Cave their sincerest thanks, and bid them farewell. The road to Hoenn was not a smooth ride, with countless Shadow Tentacool and Tentacruel assaulting them midway through. Lapras's Freeze Dry and Tres's Shock Wave repelled them over and over, and only when they reached the waters near Sky Tower had they given up chasing. Lapras took the route near Whirl Islands, a supposedly safe area, but there was nothing but swarms of Tentacools and Tentacruels. The dawning sunlight was cast across the sea, the waters were basked in sparkles, like a thousand Staryu flashing left and right. He noticed the Ampharos walking into the gate, its size and shade seemed familiar. They had seen this Ampharos in their database before...but where was it from? They tossed the thought aside. Their first and foremost objective was to seek refuge in the enclave. "Sir Grumpig, I am Tres, from Kanto's Saffron City. I request refuge here in the Sky Enclave. May I enter?"
  20. Supernova VS Slumbering Giant "Oh...crap!" Tai immediately backed down his fists and shielded his torso with his left hand. The explosions blasted him across the arena, completely obliterating the mech's left hand. The combined efforts of the Fire Shield's energy resistance and the left hand's sacrificial protection left the main body with medium damage. Tai fell on an island miles away from the giant. He looked at his left arm. With the hand gone, the flames kept blowing out of the hole at the end of the arm, like a magnificent saber of flames. He got back on his feet. "Here goes nothing." He thought to himself. "Getting defensive, huh? Think again!" Tai shouted. His shield suddenly radiated blinding whiteness, overriding the Fire Shield. From afar, he looked just like the mighty sun himself. His blowtorch saber was blazing white. The thruster engines vibrated loudly, put to maximum force. The white radiance could melt metal within a second, and the force that comes along with it could blast a nuclear bunker into waste. "NOVA STRIKE!" He jetted toward the Slumbering Giant, approaching at five times the speed of sound. His heart raced with excitement, everything about this fight felt so invigorating.
  21. Don't worry, I know. But I kinda foreshadowed my strategy from the very beginning of the fight, using the hands as emergency riot shields. Obviously they would be obliterated upon hit, but with the combined effort of them and the Fire Shield, I dare to say I have a pretty good chance of surviving. That said, I wonder what would happen if I activate the Reflex bonus of guaranteed dodging?
  22. The Hidden Library in East Gearen, below the fountain.
  23. Hoothoot and Noctowl can both be encountered in Atebit World's grass, in addition to the Unown encounters there.
