If you have a moonstone (you can mine for those) then Clefable could be very potent with cosmic power, stored power,moonblast and moonlight. Don't use that stone immeditely though since clefable doesn't learn the moves clefairy does. I however don't know if clefable can setup cosmic powers fast enough.

I wouldn't bet too much on ghost pkmn against samson, knock off is a thing and I know that most pkmn can learn a dark or ghost move. Secondly ghost pkmn tend to have the lower defence so yeah, I would place more money on fairy or set up tanks. For the question, ghosts with a high special attack are unavailable since you can't return from the circus. If you are willing to revert a few saves, litwick can be found at the pedestal in the cults base or you can find a misdreavus in the wasteland.

Siamese twin: can only use multiheaded pokemon. Romanticus/Poet: can only use cheesy/cliche date related pokemon like roselia/roserade/luvdisc/... . Tryhard: can only use prev gen meta mon/builds. Weeb: can only use waifu material like lopunny/gardevoir. genwunner: can only use gen 1 pokemon .

Actually, I think Blake was only mentioned by name once by Solaris . So I don't blame Cain when he didn't make the connection because Blake doesn't sound that uncommon for a name. This is my idea as well. Not the best decision in my opinion but it could be his only option. LOL.

I'm not sure if lvl 100+ pkmn will be very benificial for both player and opponent. For the player there is no advantage unless you have different lvl caps depending on the pkmn, but that could become complicated and can ruin pkmn "balance" easily. For opponents I feel that they can be used to make little shifts in difficulty if the lvl difference is low like 2~5 lvls. However beyond that it can easily create a feeling of unfairness. Another issue to address is that pkmn is a game with a variaty of mechanics. These mechanics allow to create a variety of strategies. Some off these strategies are more resistant to the lvl of the opponent pkmn then others: for instance focus sash/perish song doesn't care at all for the lvl of the opponent same with endeavor donphan. Other strategies can even use the strength of the opponent pkmn against them and other pkmn. Copy the pkmn with ditto and wreck them with their own power. Leech seed heals depending on the health taken so if the pkmn has more health due to the higher lvl then you will heal more. Some would call it cheesing I call it good use of mechanics and should be thought of.

You can get a rod in black view city, a viable water type , aside from the standard starters, can be found before the second gym: a slowpoke can be bought for credits. If you are willing to wait you can also get an azumarril by helping the boss in blackview. You get a colored piece I don't know the precise color, what it's purpose is unkown at the moment.

For the bidoof puzzle you have to talk with the left bidoofs that you see when you enter the room. You have to talk to them from top to bottom.
