I'm currently stuck at the part where the MC and Melia just finish talking to Vivian, and after Melia disappears I try to go after Vivian who went through the water. I thought I had to use surf to get to where she is, but I can't do that nor can I proceed into the water by walking. So I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just missing something, but some help would appreciated. Game.rxdata

I don't need it. Also this pokemon learned a bunch of new moves once it evolved and I don't know what to get rid of for the tm. It currently has Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Confuse Ray, and Nasty Plot.
