The red light in Jun's visor seemed to form a teasing smile for just a moment, "You heard what I said... or do you need me to move a little closer so that I can whisper it into your ear?."

It was at this point that Ahmed realized that he had fucked up sometime in the past where he agreed to actually fight against Beverly's mother as he actually felt EVA 02's arm start to choke him out. Which is why he quickly tried to put his progressive knife back in its sheath inside of one of his EVA's shoulders before he performed the most desperate act imaginable. He firmly grasped the hand that Asuka was using to hold his neck with both of his hands and tried his best to fall down to his knees and roll Asuka down to the floor, fully expecting her to crush his umbilical cord instead and escape his grip or something.

Jun's gaze seemed to not wander down anywhere at all (although her eyes were admittedly hidden) as she said, "Well to be fair, if I spent most of the time by looking at that," while her visor suddenly filled up with a slightly familiar shade of red, and as if without missing a beat she continued with, "I wouldn't be much of a lookout wouldn't I?." She then leaned to the front slightly as she flatly said, "Although of course I wouldn't mind looking at it, if that would make you feel more at home that is."

Jun turned slightly to face both Satomi and Rivers before she nodded and said, "It's fine, I used to have a bit of trouble with them myself back when I was young, carefree, and wasn't paranoid enough to worry about the prospects of being attacked by some hungry native animals in one of my most vulnerable moments."

Jun's gauntlet wearing fingers were rather busy with untying the fasteners of River's tattered dress with an amount of speed and dexterity that is only present in the hands of someone who has done this from all possible angles many times before as Satomi spoke at length about her world, and the dress was already on its way down to the floor by the time the Samurai finished speaking. She then gently tugs at the dress Alyssa gave to Rivers before she turns her head slightly to not openly stare at anyone, "Well for now since the two of you are already barely dressed I'll just...keep an eye out for any trouble out here then."

Jun took a couple of steps forward to move behind Rivers before she said, "Well... would you like me to help you take them off then? And put them back on if you don't know how of course. Although it might be wiser if I just... taught you how to do it yourself actually, and you should probably tell me what other activities you used to rely on the equipment system or in fact, any other system you are used to having; to perform, because it would be pretty awkward to suddenly find that you can't say.... operate a computer without a separate Computer Operation System to automate all of the mouse clicks and keyboard strokes for you or something."

The seemingly all encompassing red light on Jun's visor receeded in a way that made it seem as if he was... smiling? As she nodded in response, "Well I'll make sure to tell you all about it when I have the time then. Although I must say that it might be a slight challenge for me to properly explain what a galaxy is to someone who comes from an entirely different universe....do any of your clusters happen to orbit around anything by any chance?." After the three of them finally reached the river, she walked over to a large and relatively comfortable looking rock with a surprising amount of speed before he sat down and started to scan her surroundings for any incoming threats.... only to find herself unable to not notice the fact that Rivers seemed to be having a bit of trouble with removing her dress. He tried her best to not surprise Rivers when he asked, "Have you....ever taken your clothes off by yourself before?."

Jun rather randomly annoyed nearby wildlife by rapidly sending psionic messages inside of their head or booping them with some rather small pebbles, "I would tell you of my home, but I fear that I would bore you with my comparatively mundane tales of travelling throughout the milky way with a small group of escorts inside of a different ship every other week as we sought out new worlds and new peoples to converse with and bring into the fold of a galactic empire. Also it would probably take too long, as I think we are almost there." Someone with a particularly good sense of hearing (or someone who cheated using technology like Jun did) would perhaps hear the sound of rushing water in the distance as they started to approach the river, and Jun pointed to a point somewhere down the river before she said, "I heard the guide mention that there was a particularly still stream somewhere down the river, should be easier to bathe there than anywhere else."

Jun led Rivers (and Satomi) down a long and mostly straight path heading away from the smithery, the inn, the dryad, and the city center in general. She finally decided to try and break the silence once they have gotten to the grassy fields surrounding the village, and she turned slightly to get a better look at Rivers before she said, "So I ass-" MAAAAA! And of course it was at that exact moment that a pair of rather loud goats seemingly materialized in the distance, as if they were placed there for the sole basis of interrupting he-MAAAAA! and her train of thought. She rather wisely decided to wait until the goats...galloped (Was that the word for it?) away before she finally said, "So Rivers, did Doctor Ebony or anyone else say anything to you about our group?."

Jun nodded once in Leo's direction before she said, "Well then, I'll meet you in front of the blacksmith's after breakfast. Although chances are we won't be able to travel to the weatherlight until just before lunch... as I have some business to attend to." She turns to face Rivers once more as she starts to walk towards the mostly still river in the south, "I am a woman who wears a mask and alters the sound of my voice dear, I have a lot of reasons to lie, trust me. But anyway unless anyone else here has any objections; I should be free enough for the rest of the night to lead a River to more of her kind. And please try to keep up."

Jun's helmet covered face and her tone of voice betrayed not even a hint of discomfort or awkwardness when he replied with, "Ah not at all, my name is more than a little...gender ambigous after all, I am in fact a woman. Although I can and will forgive you if you choose not to believe my statement... for after all I am still wearing my helmet aren't I?." She then turns slightly to face both Leo and Toshiro before she said, "Perhaps we should take the weatherlight and head for the abandoned village at the border tomorrow? Or to try and find the treasures hidden deep inside if the abandoned castle? It might be less dangerous than another foray into the outskirts of the corruption after all."

Jun helpfully adds, "I can escort you to the river once the Dryad has finished answering my questions, and I should probably ask the innkeeper to give you a room as well later."

Jun rested one hand on her backpack before she said, "I'll try to help out by gathering rare materials, scouting out the goblin army's movements, and help protect people who are going through some of the more dangerous parts of this island. Although I probably won't be of much use with constructing the walls themselves, I think I can help turn the canyon pass into a death trap." She turned slightly to face the Dryad once more before she said, "Also do you know if there any other missing villagers? I might be able to help track them down."

Ahmed reacted relatively quickly by attempting something that was in all honesty extremely ill advised as he tried to jump clear over the train and kick Asuka's EVA on the way down.

Jun stopped to think for a moment before she said, "Can you show us the path the goblin army will take to get here? I think some of us are good at sneaking around, and there is at least one person in this whole town that can cook up a whole lot of explosives and traps for us to use, might thin their numbers a bit more. Although I presume that they would keep their mages far behind their infantry."

Jun awkwardly turns to glance in the artist's direction before she and leans slightly closer to the newcomer to whisper, "Don't worry, she's not usually that.... harsh with her choice of words. I think you just triggered something inside of her with the state of your clothing." She then just as awkwardly attempts to gently take her proferred cloak back from the newcomer. "I think there is a river around here you could wash yourself in. Although I do recommend that you either ask for an escort or for the location of a safer place to bathe, as it is quite late at night." She turned slightly to face the Dryad before she continues with, "Also a friend of mine warned me that a blood moon would occur this week, and that a meteor shower would occur soon afterwards, and i was just wondering if a blood moon referred to something other than a total lunar eclipse on this world."

Kaeso turned slightly to face the drunken monk before he said, "Well I would love to say that we are about to head to the safe room the Kenku had placed the Triton and the Creature after they abducted them in the night my friend, but rather unfortunately they seem to have forgotten where said room was located for an unspecified. Now I will suggest that one of them remember where said safe room was located pretty quickly; before I start to randomly bash in doors that seem as if they were opened and closed recently and start to call out their names or titles rather loudly in an attempt to wake someone who might be able to locate them up. Now if said someone just happened to be someone who was supposed to guard a noble, and if they just happened to have carried a weapon with them at all times that your barbarians forgot to remove from him. Then I honestly don't know what will happen." ((Help action to grant Jeanna advantage, she rolled a 20))

Ahmed realized that he had the makings of a possibly cunning plan before he quickly charged towards Asuka's umbilical cord with his progressive knife in hand, hoping that he would be able to sever their umbilical cord and grant everyone a clear path to victory.... at the cost of granting Beverly's mother another advantage when it came to mobility.

Ahmed's EVA quickly turned around to not expose his back towards his opponent as he put up another defensive stance and cautiously examined the situation around Asuka. Was her EVA's umbilical cord visible? Has she already turned around to face the rest of the group? Was her progressive knife visible in her hands?.

Immanuel's phone rang twice as he quite literally started to suit up, he read their contents as he walked out of his apartment and locked the door behind him, and he finally wrote a response to both of them as he got inside of the elevator and pushed the button for the ground floor. Jun took this opportunity to slowly deactivate her cloaking device, causing the rather familiar sight of her red visored helmet to appear as she took a few steps forward and moved her head slightly from side to side to get a better look at the two newcomers. She resolved to try and get 'Onix River' an actually wearable set of clothing later as she took off her cloak and offered it to them, "My name is ambassador Jun, and I can assure you that you will be well taken care of, but for now let's get right down to business." She quickly turned to face the Dryad and coughed a little to try ans get her attention, "First of all I must say that it is a pleasure to meet you for the first time, and I certainly wish that we could meet each other in less dire times someday. But for now I must ask, what do you know about the prophecy and the army of goblins heading to this island?".
