"I'd like to think that he's more than harmless, he's just not killing anyone because I haven't ordered him to do that...," there was a hint of playfulness in her words as she finished with, "Yet." She then took a glance around her creation and extended one of her White Knight's hands out to test if there was an electric charge emanating from it, "And I actually don't know why it's sparking yet, could be the high power draw overtaxing the low voltage cables I used, could be something else. All I know is that I'm going to have to recharge it soon, which will be a problem." She seemed to be a bit taken aback for a moment as her white knight told her that the sparks produced neither heat nor energy, and while it certainly didn't show on her face, you could hear it in her voice as she said, "Well... that's strange, I think my equipment might be broken, it says that the sparks produce neither heat nor energy, which can't be true right?"

Hirata turned slightly to face Chelchis and excitedly waved a human hand at them as a bit of a friendly gesture while her Backpack put the finishing touches on her most recent creation, "His name is Ichi! And don't worry he's harmless, I can't actually get him to think for himself yet, especially since Evelyn blew out his brains while he was still alive."

Hirata let out a slight sigh as she looked up from the partially melted remains of her weapon to the slowly cooling corpse of the mutant she had intended to replace it with, and to the anime protagonist that had walked up and shot it in the head. "It's fine Deadlift, I can still work with this, I wouldn't be much of a cyberneticist if I couldn't."

Hirata nodded and hummed an odd little tune (Victory) as she stepped out of cover and set to work on assembling her Kinetic overpenetrator into something that might not melt after a single use.

Hirata slowly hid behind a nearby piece of cover and instead decided to assess the viability of converting the entire weapon into a combination free electron laser and electron microscope, which in essence means that she is spacing out instead of doing anything useful.

Loadout Jun will head to the eastern wall and activate his A.G.I.L.E. system to multiply her Dexterity by 1.8 for two rounds, she will drink a Life Force potion to up her own MHP by 20, and an Ironskin potion to add +3 RES.

Hirata instinctively dragged herself and her unfortunately broken weapon behind anything that looked like it would provide cover before she attempted to salvage whatever she can from it to get it as close to a functioning state as possible while she said, "Try to hold back a little Deadlift, I think I can turn these weaklings into something that can put up a real fight later." Hirata essentially does nothing of value at all this round because she's trying to fix her broken weapon and we both know that's probably not happening.

Radovan fanned himself with his hat as the blazing sun seemed intent on boring a hole straight into him, and he let out a slight sigh as he wrapped an arm around Uno's shoulder and smiled as he kindly said, "Well since I was the one who mentioned it in the first place, why don't we head over to the restaurant miss Uno? Just you, me, Zeta, and maybe Cathode if she's willing, what do you say?"

Loadout As Hirata sighted the various mutants crowding around Yoko, she raised her starfish-bow-robot-thing and let loose a hail of electromagnetically launched arrows in what would most likely be a completely and utterly disastrous series of test shots; which was made worse by Hirata's decision to yell out, "ダカカダッカダッカダッカ" while doing so. Hirata uses the Kinetic Overpenetrator to try and fire all five shots, attacking M1 mutant 4 until it dies and moving on to the next M1 Mutant she can target.

It took quite a while for Hirata to assemble a suitable weapon, mostly because she kept redesigning it as she gained more materials and time to think things through, it started out as being nothing but a crossbow, and then she got some machinery so she drew up plans for a repeating crossbow and that was that... until she got an actual power source and decided that she could just do away with the handcrank and power it entirely using the energy cell... until she realized that she could make an electromagnet now so there should be a coil to launch the bolt faster, and on that note why not have two drawstrings? Why does everyone insist on only having one? And after that she realized that with how awkwardly she was arranging everything she might as well make a regular bow, which of course required her to redesign almost the entire thing... from scratch. By the time Hirata had settled on a design the entire damned thing looked more like a cybernetic starfish with four limbs lopped off than an actual bow, and the arrows she made looked weird and front heavy, but it was usable, and you could only expect so much from a box of scraps anyway. She then considered her options for a moment, picked her Kinetic Over-penetrator up in both hands, and carefully walked down the hall Deadlift and Yoko had charged off to.

Hirata scratched the bottom of her chin and looked thoughtfully at the ceiling as one of her robotic hands slowly approached the cylinder, and then slowly moved away from it as she considered what her options were, and it felt as if a whole minute had passed in awkward silence before she quietly said, "Well I can't spare anything now, but I'll make sure to whip something up for you when we have control over this facility okay?," as said robotic hand slowly approached Morp with an opened palm, seemingly to ask for the energy cell to be dropped onto it.

"That would be great actually, although you don't have to give anything to me if you don't have anything you can spare"

Hirata waves Deadlift goodbye with her regular human hands as he leaves, "If you want me to make something impressive then bring me something that can hold or produce an electric charge, I can't run a weapon of mass destruction on thin air after all, at least not yet."

Hirata nodded at Deadlift before she turned to stare at the fallen tree and Shamhat for a few moments. She dropped most of the cans she was carrying on the floor as she gingerly walked a couple of steps closer, and she attempted to use one of her White Knight's limbs and a can to collect a sample of the foul liquid that was dripping all over the extravagantly dressed person before she ran a small electric charge through it from her White knight's battery to try and see if it can hold one.

Hirata, deciding that it probably wasn't a good idea to jump into a shouting match or wander away from the rest of the group in what is essentially a horror movie set piece, coughed a little to politely get Deadlift's attention as she trundled over to him with a bunch of empty cans carried with her backpack's arms, "Hey Deadlift! May I ask you tear the door into really thin pieces and then coil them around each other to make a metal wire string?."

Hirata continued to furiously mime typing with her hands as she said, "Well, you might not have to, when I get some up and running I could try and program a swarm of nanobots into a pair of gauntlets that could strengthen objects you touch, just strip away the subsurface material and restructure it into something that can take a beating."

Hirata makes a vain attempt to try and continue the pleasant conversation they were having and gloss over another one of her mistakes by coughing before she says, "Ooof course, bbut anyway, this is probably an odd question but can you control how you distribute your strength? Because even if you have enough strength to lift an entire building up with your pinkie, wouldn't you just shear a pinkie sized ditch on the wall since it was never designed to do that?."

Hirata chuckled nervously a little before she said, "Well I didn't know that you could make such a dad joke Deadlift... or should I say Dadlift?," with what she hoped was a slight tinge of humor, despite the complete and utter lack of it. She looked around the place for a bit after Morph spoke, not realizing that the tiny orb thing was in fact the one speaking to her, and she spent a bit of time considering what implications the multiverse had on the human race as a whole and whether or not a 'human being' from another universe would count as being from the same species before she stated, "Zenkai's a word coined by the Dragon Ball community, it basically means something along the lines of 'a sudden surge of power gained from a near death experience', and as for your second question I honestly don't know if he is part of the same species, and even if he was he won't be for long judging by what he has said earlier about casting off human limitations."

"And of course they'd soon realize that breaking the armor was a mistake, for the minute or so they'd still be conscious before you pick the nearest one up and flick them at the others, I'll get to work on it as soon as I have the time and resources for it, building a full suit of Zenkai armor that can withstand arbitrarily large amounts of strength isn't easy after all."

Hirata was silent for a moment as she considered something, and after only a moment of flicking through her 'collection' of 'special research material' she suddenly realized something and practically blurted out the words, "Well have you ever watched Dragonball Z? Because the thing is, we could try making some form of strength restraining armor, sort of like the weighted clothing that practically everyone wore in that anime, you get stronger from resistance training, and you and the tile gets to live another day?".

"But great strength doesn't make you bulletproof Deadlift, I mean if you want to bypass human limitations and become an unstoppable monster then you can't die from something as lame as a kid with a gun now can't you?," Hirata said, her hands quickly typing something out as she jotted down ideas on what the bodybuilding monstrosity's armor should have.

Hirata slowly raised a hand to get the others attentions before she said, "I mean if him being a bigger target is a problem I can just make armor that grows as he does, could probably serve to make him even stronger as well, since power armor can help someone not have to worry about pesky human limitations such as your bones breaking despite your muscles being strong enough to lift something," in the tone of someone who doesn't really understand what the problem is.

Hirata slowly realized that she was forgetting something as she turned around for a moment to state, "It took over a military research base, I would be surprised if it doesn't already have a robot army by now, especially since no one's told us about how it got abandoned in the first place." She then patted her bodypillow a couple more times before she loudly stated, "And no it's not a pet robot, it's just a very loud bodypillow," over the bodypillow's own objections.

"A robot's a metal tool controlled by a computer that performs any command you have taught it to perform, it can come in any shape and size, which in this case is probably 'big and full of weaponry', I am capable of making such tools." She then turned slightly on the chair she's occupying to face their as yet nameless kidnapper/prospective employer before she said, "And on that note I'm just going to have to ask, do you have any metal to spare? Because all I really need to build one is a pile of metal, and some time."

Hirata turned slightly to face Shamhat before she said, "That's if we manage to reclaim it from the Trespasser; everyone knows that malevolent rogue AIs have a robot army right? Which worries me since I brought a bodypillow to a war," upon saying that a stifled but audibly robotic voice could barely be heard saying, "MAYBE IF YOU HAD GIVEN ME A BODY I'D BE ABLE TO HE-" before it was cut off by Hirata crunching it closer to her chest.
