Taking into consideration most fighting types later on are mostly physical, i think he might be better off with Infernape as a special sweeper for physical tanks~Besides, Calm Mind is a leveling up move for Infernape(GF logic for a mon with a bunch of leveling up physical moves followed abruptly by a special set up move) and @Hiroki You might wanna invest an a.capsule for that Pancham for Shade's gym, aiming for Scrappy, Pancham learns nothing remotely closer to utilizing Iron Fist by leveling up, unless that is that you are willing to overlevel(or simply hold back the evolution, since Pancham learns Crunch just below level cap) past level cap to get Crunch(that was what i did for my current fighting/fairy run)

Bunnelby is next to Corey's gym south of Beryl cave(rare encounter, might have to move past a bunch of Arbok and Fearow), and Tangela is afternoon?night(time related) encounter in Rhindocrine Jungle(most of Rhindocrine Jungle wild encounters are time dependent, like Ledyba etc)

Pretty balanced team overall, and nice nicknaming, injecting some personality into the mons~LOL and i see the pattern, you have a penchant for slow but hard hitting mons(except for Roserade and Staraptor of course), only one of your team members overlap with mine, Empoleon, i take it it is your starter, mine is from 7th street event, Empoleon is such a dear~

Mine is in Malaysia 11.40 pm, time zone like half across the globe, and i am not even having a slight of drowziness~

Delphox is a very good support mon with access to will-o-wisp which severely reduce opponent physcial attacks in half, and light screen which cuts special attack for five turns, i take it you use meowstic F as you say that she(?) is mainly your assault mon(its base special attack is 80ish while Delphox is 100ish in level 50 so Meowstic F will definitely start to fade in the late game even as an attacking mon), so you would need a support mon since your team is heavy on assault~Haxorus only functions as a physical attacker, you will still need a special attacker to break physical wall(which many of them have abysmal special defense)

Speaking of legendaries, i also dislike most of the legendaries with a passion, mostly because they can only be acquired late in game when we have already built up our regular team and we are definitely not going to drop any of them for some mons which have low capture rate and for test of our patience~

Gengar I love ghost type, but i dont get the appeal and popularity of Gengar, i mean, yeah, its stats are fantastic, but design wise i think it is quite boring, the mega doesnt improve the impression of mine towards it~In comparison, Cofagrigus, Mismagius and Jellicent etc are far more interesting by design and inspiration~I still love Gengar for its ghost typing, just not my favourite ghost~ Charizard Star - kin and mde probably explain it better than me, so i am gonna skip the commentary on Char~ Scizor Yeah, it is cool, to most people, but i dont buy it, and it is too slow for my liking, you can argue that you can use tailwind and agility-baton pass support but thats just waste of my precious time for a mon that is 4x weakness to fire~Mega Scizor doesnt redeem it~ Alakazam Impressive special stats yes, but more spoons with the mega, come on, there must be a better way to revamp an already OP mon to look badassery without those silly spoons~ P.S. I might have biased towards gen one mons due to genwunners~

Probably Professor Birch, more involvement in the plot as rival's father, which is unprecedented in the franchise(if i didnt miss anything), and his outfit is casual which gives you a very friendly vibe, and also the fact that he and his wife are family friend of player character's family~

Replace Meowth soon with the Lillipup or Huge Power Bunnelby since you are heading on to the third gym, those are clearly superior normal type with better coverage moves, plus Diggersby ground type has an edge against next gym~

Most Valerie's mons are special orientated, perhaps lead with Dustox that is obtainable just right on the Terajuma shore, set up light screen to minimize her damages from all the special water, ice or electric moves she ditches out and proceed to sweep with Sawsbuck Leech Seed-Horn Leech combo or Tangrowth Giga Drain or Zebstrika Discharge(barring Rotom Wash or Volt Absorb Lanturn), mine the light clay to prolong the effect of light screen~
