The ability to be soft resetted to Technician to maximize the fury cutter damage(Technician boosts moves with base power 60 and below)~

Gulpin and Stunky~You can get Munna in a trade for Bibarel in Peridot, Munna learns psybeam(special attack) pretty early on~and also Tynamo using charge beam, or Pansear with Ember/Flame Burst? There are plenty of mons that have special attacks P.S Welcome to Reborn~

Try using acid spray-sludge spam Gulpin or Stunky, targeting Tangrowth's lower special defense in lieu of massive defense~Acid spray severely drops sp defense, even after PULSE Tangrowth undergoes Pulse transformation and gains secondary poison typing, acid spray still does neutral damage, and then proceed to take it out with a special attack, not physical~

Day Care couple is in Obsidia Ward, DC center is the house right beside Obsidia pokemon center, you need to talk to the imposters and break their incognito, and then get the key to warehouse from a house north to Obsidia Park, and open the warehouse(south one, not the north one) near the dock in Coral Ward to free the couple~

Dont forget to soft reset for D-Dance Moxie Scraggy, otherwise you will have to stick with a Scraggy which has only mediocre speed and attack~Dull Key can be acquired earlier by rock smash only even without Strength, get one before Kiki(but not for Kiki's gym obviously)~

South of Calcenon City, there is a nursery, talk to the nursery teacher for the exchange(or i might have mistaken for the guy who complains about Magby/Elekid, that guy is in the house north of Calcenon), one or the other~

Talk to the lady left to the nurse at Gearen Center(the place where we got our starter), she will give you access to EV training room~Otherwise, you might have to defeat a bunch of Nidoran-Ms or Ekans(they give 1 attk EV)~

I interacted with it directly on windy day, from the pokemon center side on the tree, didnt need to wait for clear day actually~

Try out Pokemon Insurgence and Zeta/Omicron, Insurgence development is still ongoing like Reborn, but Zeta/Omicron is a completed game, and they are both created by Suze~Former is better crafted and polished~

Curious, what is Zumi the Luxio's ability(Guts?Rivalry?Intimidate?), if it is intimidate, that makes sense as she was able to survive that Foulplay~

Abilities are quite crucial in battles even in the in-game setting, sometimes it is the decisive factor between defeat or victory~plus some abilities are influenced by the field effects in Reborn~

Lumineon ranked C- Abilities: Swift Swim for Rain Dance support, Storm Drain is not very helpful throughout the game, Water Veil is least useful due to Lumineon movesets being mainly special, burn will not hurt Lumineon's offense Movesets: Gust, Water Gun, Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Captivate, Aqua Ring, Whirlpool, U-turn, Bounce, Silver Wind, Aurora Beam(breed), Agility(breed), Aqua Tail(breed), Psybeam(breed), Signal Beam(breed), Surf HM +Available after Venam, Good Rod fishing in Sheridan(i dont know if old rod can) +Early water type, also evolve relatively early +pure water type with only two weaknesses +nifty as a support mon, assisted by naturally learnt Rain Dance via leveling up, plus movepools relatively wider than some water types via breeding -after Marianette, emergence of more better water types makes Lumineon faded out, facing stiff competition, one is better off with Jellicent or Ludicolo etc, even Seaking might still be the superior fish when they are available at the same time in the game~ -mediocre stats with equal stat spread, none of the stats particularly excel except for speed which is moot when you dont hit hard enough -when we say wider movepool, doesnt mean those acquired moves of Lumineon are good enough -start to have severe disadvantages when gym leaders after Marianette have counter against water types -also no good TMs like Ice Beam for Lumineon Also reserve Dragalge~

Around 26-27, since it is after the whole Caratos adventure~ P.S. I could be wrong 'cause it was a remote memory since i played Casual mode, but Normal mode Keta's ace Lucario is 28-ish, so i think Casual mode will be lower than that~

Go into the northern room, rock smash the wall in order to break the walls, she is behind the secret chamber behind the walls~and there are some gym trainers to pass~
