Hi Setari, I think Ame plans to include all 721 pokemon in the game when it is completed. This is a very difficult game and many pokemon have been deemed to good to be in it at the moment. You'll be quite limited with what pokemon to use in the early game but there is a lot of choice later on. You should definitely play it regardless as I believe this is clearly the best pokemon fan game ever made.

They have flat out said that El is part of the elite four in game several times. He is the only person we are 100% sure is an elite four member (after Laura got kicked out). It is almost certain that Heather is part of it too.

I'd look on the Enterbrain forums in the RMXP section (just type in RPGMakerXP). There is a forum there for games I think.

I doubt Laura and Bennett would be in it together as Laura lost her spot just after El decided to get Bennett into the elite four.

I think by this point if you go into the Onyx ward apartment building you can go to the rooftop garden (you might have to beat Fern first). You can train most of your pokemon there.

Recommendations for Party Pokemon for Episode 15?

Do you mean a literal party or your party of pokemon? I assume the latter so I'll give a few tips based on what I've used. Noivern has been my team's MVP since he evolved so I would recommend that (Noibats are found almost everywhere). Reluniclus is a really good psychic type but requires a lot of effort to get. It is a huge puzzle and I can't explain it all but I think it is worth it. Anyway these are just some of my suggestions. -
