How have Mega Evolutions and Primal Evolutions Changed Pokemon?

I don't think pokemon will mega evolve if they aren't fully evolved. It is meant to be the hidden extra potential of pokemon. If they still have the potential to evolve I don't think it makes sense to give them a mega. If mega pikachu exists I'm going to be very upset! -

Except for stupid 4th gen mist which hates everyone! That is a nice looking team. If you still need more physical Heracross is serving me very well at the end of 15 (although I clearly didn't use it against Ciel)!

They are in a factory down in the Coral Ward. You'll need to get the key (which I think you already have but if not it is in the house in Obsidia Park). Then go and open the factories and you'll find them.

I picked Froakie but didn't get it Protean for ages (until after Luna if I remember correctly).

I think it is possible that we haven't met the champion. Otherwise I'm pretty sure it is Anna. I'd go with Bennett, Heather, El and Anna/Arclight/someone we haven't met. With champion of Anna/ someone we haven't met.
