Noibat isn't going to do anything until you evolve it and other than that your team isn't great for Aya. If you would be okay with training some new pokemon up both a Gothitelle and a Camerupt could help you with her. I never struggled with Aya so I'm no expert on her strategy but all I can say is good luck and maybe find a way to change the field.

I've already added a Ralts to their save file. I'd be careful making a tutorial on this as the devs aren't particularly keen on having information on the site about using the editor/ debug mode to modify the game. You should probably ask Ame before making any tutorial about it.

I don't think you have to worry about people judging you here. We are pretty good with this sort of thing. I don't feel like going too deep into me today- I will at a later date when I know more people a bit better but I do have issues with depression and anxiety which do impact on my life a bit. I think you'll find a lot of us here have problems with anxiety so this is a very supportive group. -
