I need help beating Shade. Any great advice/specific Pokemon excellent for this battle? Part of the problem is that Gengar and esp. Rotom keep outspeeding us.
Oh! I think you can get murkrow at that point in the game, and if you can evolve it, Honchkrow should be a wrecking ball, especially if you get sucker punch on it for the fast ones.
You can get Murkrow after doing the Aqua Gang events, but the Magma Gang leader has a Ninetales in the mid 40s so it's pretty hard to get it before Shade (probably doable, but I was monoflying in my most recent run so I had to wait).
