  1. @Aviador311 well first off i would bench spinda because it is useless. Next train up your piloswine to lvl 46 than use 1 common candy because at lvl 46 piloswine learns EQ. also try to relearn mist on piloswine some how because mist is very useful since ground type moves are meh/reduced in dmg in aya's wasteland field.By using mist you can change the field making EQ strong again. Lead with Piloswine and any flying type except for charizard and open with mist+any dmg move. Than EQ all the way until you win. replace Spinda with either another pokemon which can mist or a flying type to be paire
  2. @Rshiran cryogonal is kinda rare you only have a 4% chance of finding it at Ametrine Mountain.
  3. @Rshiran well you can ignore ev training cause u do not really need perfect or correct Ev to complete the game.if you want a guide on that just head over ---> HERE<--- As for egg move and breeding stuff head over--->HERE<--- for more information. well in a nutshell egg moves are moves u get from breeding. avalugg can pretty much tank alot of hits from physical atk pokemon which is 50% of ceil's team. you cant get aurorus unless you have a copy of episode 14 and go back to 7th street with a helix fossil. The 50% are archeops, gliscor and talonflame. you don really need to worry ab
  4. @ restal hmm well you can solve the $ issue by training up a team of pick up mons cause pick up mons pick up random stuff that you can sell. well that is if the rules you set for the mono run is you can use other mon but no in trainer battles/gym battles/boss battle. train up to 7 pick up mons so that you can smack them into you team while you are grinding at the start of the game. urgh kinda sad that you loss your exp share. you can always request 1 i m sure some people in the forums know how to put in 1. Things you can do for the gym battle maybe yawn with munna and hope that her strong f
  5. @Rshiran Nope milotic does not learn any ice type moves and there is no tm ice beam but you can get icy wind from move tutor at agate circus. As for beating ciel. hmm well first off serperior and seaking can sit out this fight because they can really do much. vs ciel. first off i would train up a meowstic M with the set up below to around lvl 70-75 Meowstic Male Ability: Prankster Nature: Bold/calm/neutral nature Item:light clay EV: 252 HP,252 Def, 6 SP Def( you dont really need to Ev train just putting out the Ev if you really want to train) Light Screen Reflect Misty Terrain Psys
  6. @hykura First off why on earth is a mightyena holding black belt. well since mightyena has black belt i assume you have unlocked the pancham playground area. So just grab beta those 3X lvl50 Pangoro and grab yourself a scraggy. You can soft reset until it has decent egg moves Dragon dance is a nice egg move. Scrafty is a bulky and awesome fighting type to use against noel. Hjk can sweep most of his mons other than swellow, clefable and wigglytuff. i used an excadrill to sweep his whole team set up swords dance on his first pokemon and proceed and sweep his whole team with metal claw. but the p
  7. than if you are doing that you must lvl quagsire to lvl 48 than lvl him down so you can use him. well i am sure swoobat and quagsire can sweep aya. also you should have mention in your post that you were using mons that you never used before but oh well. hmm it is kinda hard to make quagsire learn mist since u have to over lvl it by 3 lvls. hmm well you can always use pelipper if you had not used 1 before an easier task cause u can just catch wingull/pelliper easily and they are around lvl 30+ and should have mist on them i think.
  8. @SethKM Aya is weak to psychic type and certain ground types moves(earth power,Dig,Drill Run) if you play in her wasteland field but you can always change the field to what you want using Mist,Misty terrain,Electric terrain and Grassy terrain. The most readily available field changing move is Mist. Well Quagsire,Pelipper and Piloswine are the few pokemon you can consider using to mist the field. Train piloswine to lvl 46 since it learns EQ at lvl 46 and use common candy to lower its lvl to the lvl cap. Quagsire learns mist at lvl 48 and piloswine learns it at lvl 37 so i guess the best pokemo
  9. well it must be windy day and at night for the eevee event to trigger. Also i think you have to beat the pulse abra to trigger the eevee event.
  10. @ AnimeFg No problem. @nugget_22 well you can win easily just take out that pesky masquerain. i wonder why your camerupt does not have rock slide. oh well just dont lead with 2 fire types burn the field and lead with a fire type which can burn the forest and a flying type which cannot be affected by the burning field the flying type maybe an unfezant since you can get pidove at the slums and you can easily train it up to unfezant cause the grand hall trainer can be rebattle again and again.
  11. @ AnimeFg well you can change the field by using mist. if i am not wrong Piloswine/Mamoswine learn it. Once the field is misted just EQ away but watch out aya might turn the field to Corrosive mist(dont think she has moves to do so but just be incase bring a mon which can kaboom the corrosive mist field). You can still EQ away in Corrosive mist or you can always just use mist again to make it back to normal mist or use lava plume to kaboom the field/ use explosion/self-destruct to make field into neutral field. well since you can catch lvl 30+ swinub at the ice cave near shades gym it will be
  12. @sound of silence pancham is better than mankey in terms of move pool. mankey is too frail and only has 2 fighting type moves whne it hits lvl 25. Plus pancham/pangoro can be used for shade since he has the ability scrappy. 2 birds 1 stone rather than wasting time training a frail and useless fighting type like mankey i rather train pancham. but the best fighting type available early is 100% makuhita. @karlboy21 Remove hariyama from you team since he cant do much vs a team of flying types. train up sealeo and evole him to walrein and add him to you team also you can add lanturn to deal with
  13. well i would bench goldeen for florinia battle because it is weak to most of the pokemon she has. well also i would grind all your pokemon to 23-25. i would grab a makuhita or pancham and train it since fighting types are very useful against florinia.
  14. well i would just grind your makuhita and make it a hariyama. hariyama should be able to sweep Luna with close combat and for march hare(sableye) just Eq the field 2 time bam everything dies. Also grind your pokemon to around lvl 60-63. you should be able to grind at grand hall as the trainer there can be rebattled again and again.
  15. @baczoni Hmm well i would get rid of fearow, septile and heatmor. replace 1 of them with magnezone/magneton with sturdy so you can deal with mega altaria with a steel type move. well cant say much cause i dont know what other mons you have. hmm you can replace sceptile and heatmor with lapras/walrein/dewgong/piloswine. if you find the field to be irritating just change it by using mist(piloswine/mamoswine can learn) or misty terrain(meowstic M/F )
  16. joltik cant learn thunder no mater what even if you use the electabuzz>volbeat>joltik chain because joltik cant learn thunder only galvantula can learn thunder. But.. you can use that chain to make joltik to learn thunderbolt. Yeah the down side of this is it cant get energy ball. but yeah what is the use of galvantula having thunderbolt. Electabuzz(thunderbolt)>Volbeat>Joltik @jameslfc Rk9 can not learn moonlight but it can have morning sun i think you meant morning sun since that is the egg move for Rk9
  17. @JP1408 Catch a dark type and grind in grand hall. a good dark type for shades gym is mightyena as it learn a lot of dark moves early. i would train you other mons to lvl 40 and lower your lvl of your charizard as a charizard which does not obey u would be useless. you can buy common candy to lower the level of charizard after you other pokemon in grand hall. grand hall has trainers which you can re battle again and again.
  18. well i used perish song prankster murkrow for all bosses now. but.. i used a tank noctowl+a bunch of ghost type with grudge and a hariyama with close combat on my first try took ages reason why i just use murkrow now. saves time and is so easy to breed just grab a swabulu with perish song and breed it murkrow. swablu can be found by headbutting trees at south aventurine woods. murkrow can be found on windy days at the magma/aqua gang hide out.
  19. gratz on defeating shade.now i m sure Charlotte or Aya is gonna be your next big hurdle till than good luck with the rest of you journey in reborn. Oh and also be careful day care can delete moves which you want to keep so you should always look at what moves your mons in the daycare would learn. say you left the ampharos in daycare at lvl 37 and say it lvled up by 3 lvls to lvl 40 and learn discharge. the daycare will delete your the first move on ampharos and ampharos will learn discharge.to make things simple here is a diagram: 1)T wave<---this move will be deleted by the daycare coupl
  20. poor poor me my forum name is Luna not pokemaniac. hmm well daycare depends on the number of steps you take 1 step=1 exp reason why hopping on a bike would speed things up.Lolz hard to get broke with the current reborn cause of re battle trainers in grand hall and if you save before every gym battles/boss battles. common candy trick is awesome if you want to get move at higher lvls or if you missed a move and do not want to use a heart scale/ do not have access to move re learner. but yeah light screen is at lvl 30 kinda far back which means a lot more grinding. and will-o-wisp is a good move
  21. prolly the nature of delphox is hindering it from OHOKing gengar and maybe Evs of the delphox is not in the right place( most starters EV are random XD) nope reason why delphox is not OHOking gengar is not what i said, it is because delphox is ignoring orders... meh Also just use delphox for gengar, duoblade and trevenant. you can use your other dark pokemons mightyena and houndoom to handle banette and his other pokemons. well you can get ability capsules with pick up but.. that is gonna take awhile well not really just dump 2 female/male meowth with pick up in the day care and hop on bike
  22. well you do not really need to have perfect IV or even Ev train to complete this game well besides Pre Nerf Charlotte oh my she was hell forced me to Ev train tanky mons but now she is manageable . if you want to learn more bout IV/ breeding head to this thread Here. Now as i said u can train at the underground railnet those black spot which woobats spawn endlessly is an awesome spot to train dark types as those woobats are just lvl 20 and can be OHKOed with dark type moves. if you do not know where these woobats spawn just see the spoiler below. I would train up a mareep as it is an awesom
  23. @SicknTwisted well first train up your mons to round lvl 40 and lower your Delphox lvl with common candy so it obey you. well the lvl cap right now is lvl 40 and there is no point in having a pokemon which does not obey your orders. You can buy common candies from the candy store at Obsidia ward. train up Mightyena by killing the Woobats at the under ground railnet they should be around lvl 20 and can be 1 shotted and give speed EV too which can be useful. you can also train Pangoro and Houndoom there too. well u just need to train up than you should be able to beat shade. i used a lvl 39 Mig
  24. yeah pre nerf Charlotte was hell that energy ball. gratz on beating the hardest gym in game. well i still think Charlotte is the hardest gym leader in reborn even after nerf.
  25. u need a meowstick M to set up screen fast before Charlotte mons move. reason why you need a meowstic M with prankster screens, trickroom and maybe rain dance to make everything go your way. and why not use a heatproof bronzong?
