It's not surprising that a large number of menacing water types will be pirate-y. For the purpose of consensus: Gyarados, Sharpedo, Tentacruel(?), Blastoise, Octillery can all be part of the sea monster/arsenal aspect. Wailord and Avalugg can be your ships! Things like Kingdra, Gardevoir and Milotic can also add a touch of romance to the aspect, because many a pirate/privateer was known to go in for that sort of thing *clears throat primly* Obvious fire types include Infernape, Houndoom and maybe even Chandelure (some of those pirate ships had fancy lights). Ambipom is also a simian candidate. A large number of fighting, flying and dark types are also plausible: Chatot being very obvious, but also Staraptor, Honchkrow, Pelipper, Primeape, Scrafty, Malamar, etc. Not all pirates were barbaric or crude. Serperior, Mienshao, Empoleon and Gallade can be the refined, somewhat Frenchified pirates, if you want them to be. (and Serp gets you a free Boa Hancock reference.) A collection of things, like Luxray, Krookodile, Bisharp, Barbaracle/Kabutops, Weavile and Haracross can also go okay enough with the theme, but more importantly they add a good type diversity. So, we've all wished at some point or other, "By the powers above, I wish that so-and-so Pokémon was never made!" I ask of you now which Pokémon would you wish out of existence. Note that this needn't necessarily be your least favourite Pokémon from a design or competitive perspective; it may be any Pokémon for any reason. But do list the reason why you don't want that Pokémon to have existed. As far as I am concerned, I could list a number of Pokémon which I find hideous or so utterly terrible that they are either poisonous to a competitive scene or are relegated to the bottom of the barrel (Looks at Volcanion and Meganium...) or are simply uninspired and overdone as a thing (Looks at all the useless electric rodent Pika-clones...) But the number one Pokémon I never wanted to even exist? Ugly, lame gimmick, useless and outclassed by every other Steel and by many a Bug type, terrible in every competitive way, and above all, a disgraceful slur on the otherwise noble Steel type. It even affronts me further by having the indescribable gall to insult the Steel type even further, by being only 1/3 Steel by technicality! Forretress makes a much better Bagworm; burmy could have just become a plain old Mothim and be done with it. Misery loves company, so go on, and appease my foul mood by telling me what you wished never existed and why.

Well, since you ask for feedback, and because I think I can afford to offer advice, having a little more experience in these fields, I would suggest that you focus more in drawing proportions as of now, and then gently progress to perspective and shading patters. For instance, your faces and body patters are a tad flattish, and while I'm not a fan of the anime-ish styles of art, I can nevertheless point out the somewhat vague features and postures. I do not mean to offend you, and I hope my suggestions will be taken in the right spirit. Everyone's pace is different, of course, but all achievements are also within everyone's reach!

And no, I struggle to find 24 hours in a day, and my college and accountancy course resume in the next five days, so I have even less free time than I do now.
