It depends on the choices you made down there. Siding with Radomus pisses El off more, and the game forces you to beat Arceus-ditto in order to proceed. Siding with El, however, allows you to be beaten by Arceus-ditto and still continue the story. A bunch of fighting type moves can be of use; Close Combat on Arcanine or Superpower on Nidoqueen, if you don't have Blaziken or Infernape.

I can sympathize with your situation, especially if you are so distinctly uncomfortable with society, especially on such a large scale as a wedding. I should also remind you that family is above all else, and that if your brother understands your issues, you should be able to gently tell him why you wouldn't be able to go through with this obligation. I don't mean to say that you won't be happy to see him at his best, but at the same time if it is such an issue for you on a personal level, and if you'd much rather prefer attending the wedding quietly and from the sidelines, you shouldn't have to hesitate to tell him so. Our cultures are likely different, so I would have limited understanding of particular wedding traditions, but in general, if you are indeed going ahead despite your reluctance, I should advocate being calm and not worrying about your behaviour, reaction or other people's opinions. A wedding is attended by family and friends, and you can generally be relaxed with them and not be stiff or formal. I do not suppose that you will have much to do, other that say a pleasant hello, guide people to a seat if they wish, and accepting a lot of blessings and compliments on behalf of your brother. Notice that I didn't bother raising some of the better mons because they cannot have their ideal movesets yet; Hippopotas, Riolu, Joltik, Venipede, and others are just waiting in one of my 'Breed Pool' boxes until the time comes to give them access to the moves they deserve. That revolts me. It's as if someone else chews my favourite food for me and forces the sludge down my throat. Besides, that would only fetch me an idle trophy without all the fond memories of raging at ditto 200 times. As you say, that ruins the fun, and the increased pleasure from seeing the fruit of your labour.

I seriously recommend looking up Smogon for Pokemon strategies in every format if you are dedicated about this.

If you're dedicated and want a good Arcanine, breed this one with a Primeape, Lucario or Infernape that knows Close Combat, and raise that Growlithe until it learns all its moves roundabouts lv 50. Remember, almost all Pokémon that evolve with a stone, like Chandelure or Starmie, do not learn many of their best moves after evolution. Don't rush a good thing!

If you want competitively useful advice, no place better than Smogon.com to check for movesets, strategies and tactics to use with them. As for Delphox itself, it depends on whether you want it to be a Calm Mind user, a Choice Specs user or a Choice Scarf user, or simply a Life Orb 4 attacks user. Any Delphox should be using Fire Blast and Psyshock as it's main moves. The Power is worth using FB over Flamethrower. Psyshock is a better move than Psychic because Psyshock targets the opponents' physical defense, allowing Delphox to hit Special Walls like Blissey much harder. Coverage moves abound in the form of Dazzling Gleam for Dark types and Grass Knot for fat Ground, Water and Rock types. If you are using Calm Mind Life Orb, feel free to substitute whichever move your team needs less for CM. If, for instance, you have a good Grass type to take on the aforementioned Ground, Water and Rock types, leave out Grass Knot for Calm Mind. Similarly, a Choice set can well use Trick to cripple opposing defensive mons with a useless item and lock them into a move. If you are playing in-game, however, such starts are unnecessary. Doubles Delphox usually is less useful because it has to run Protect to shield it from too many hard knocks. Heat Wave may be a better option in Doubles formats for a STAB spread move. Defensive Delphox is not very viable, being outclassed by bulky WoW + Morning Sun Arcanine in that regard.

I think there won't be a Mega Arceus, as I hope that the future games don't imply that Arceus needs to bond with a lowly human to achieve a higher form (even though said lowly human can catch the Almighty Llama in a ball). I hope for a Primal Arceus, but probably with a cosmetic difference or two. Since it is Game Freak we are talking about, should they decide to give MegaRayquayquay company in AG, they may as well throw precedent to the winds and give Primal/Origin/Whatever you call it Arceus base 150 stats across the board, with a BST of 900. They could also incorporate the Red Chains into this somehow, maybe allowing it to be used as an 'assimilatory' item that can enable Arceus to Primal Revert. As for the thing itself, based LlamaGod can easily have a new Ability called 'Omnitype' or anything you please, that allows it the combined effects of Protean and Adaptability, for instance. That leaves the question of Judgment and its type, however. I have a theory. Maybe the Red Chains can be used to create a new item, let's call it the Red Hula Hoop for now. The Red Hula Hoop can hold four Plates, any four the player can choose to add into it. Arceus can this hold the Red Hula Hoop with upto four different types and Primal Revert. The player can then manually choose which typing Arceus turns into each turn, and Judgment and its other moves will be calculated based off it. It will initially be a Normal type on the turn it Primal Reverts and before it selects a move. Not having four plates in. The Red Hula Hoop can allow the player to select an 'empty' slot to remain/become a Normal Type. Call it a more customizable Protean, idk. We are trying to see how broken we can make this, after all. I suppose that's the maximum that can be done to make LlamaHod broken as hell, and yet still magically command-able by a ten year old player character. Let's assume that it is but an 'incarnation' of Arceus, which is controllable only because it forbids itself from having all the plates.
