      Yep, we do. It's kind of a necessary evil really.

      I mean, it takes us about 2 or 3 months to make a new episode. Without cap, people could spend those months grinding, and then face the second gym with a team of level 80 Pokemon. And that would be totally fair.

      In addition to the above: Test out your teams and builds on pokemon showdown, talk to the regulars on there.

      Yes, go to the server in Showdown. If you become a regular in the server, the rest comes naturally.

      It's because we haven't /technically/ returned back to the city yet. If your really impatient, you can use E13 to get the items you desire, or you could play how it's intended, and live up to Ame's way of how it is.

      The one that's running back and forth? It's an instant travel Tauros that takes you to the other side of the route. It was added in 14.5.
