Pretty savage team IMO, though if it were me I would change a few things: 1) Like pretty much everyone has told you, Gardevoir > Gothitelle 8.5/10 times 2) I, personally, don't like donphan too much. I understand that it has sturdy, but I feel as if it's overall movepool, and generally reliability in the upcoming battles, will be lacking (at least, to an extent). I personally would change this to a Magnezone; magnezone has a better movepool, steel typing, and also has access to sturdy, which, when paired with mirror coat, allows it to revenge kill a lot of stuff. 3) Assuming you follow my advice about donphan, that would leave you with 2 electric types. I would switch out the emolga for a type that has STAB super-effectiveness on anything your team has trouble against. If it's nothing, then I would switch it too either a Honchcrow (because mafia hype) or to Staraptor, because staraptor has a beautiful movepool and a ridiculous attack stat. But yeah man, either way, pretty savage team!

So where exactly in the mountain is the spaztastic totodile? I've spent a few hours exploring, still haven't been able to find it or the lapras.

Mono-Ground is one I'm doing, liking it so far. Kinda difficult tbh (because you might actually lose to Fern, which is the worst feeling ever), but fun. Other runs though: Ground/Fighting = Earth benders (I guess?) Ground/Fire = Volcano Ground/Water = Mud Run yeah, they all have ground. They're Giovanni approved runs. Probably.

The game isn't unreasonably hard; the fact that it's beatable more or less proves that it is, in fact, reasonably hard. The fact that a lot of people play through without Blazekin is further evidence of that. Not to mention that some people have completed the game using Mono-type teams, which actually makes the game harder than it was intended to be. Some people even have Nuzlocke runs for this game. So yeah, it's pretty reasonable. Now, if you want the game to be easier, than sure, picking blazekin is probably your best bet. But in fairness, most people know about that, and a strong number of people actually seem to want even more of a challenge, hence the special runs they do.

I mean, that may be right, but I assumed it was to make it so you can't...you know, over level and win via brute force. And abuse is a strong word man! Its more like...my pokemon are all hyper competitive, so they want to battle. Over and over and over and over and over again. Yeah, that's it.

Gotta super disagree with you on #3. Sure, you don't need to hit the level cap, but if you do/need to, you suck? Harsh. More to the point, I personally prefer to not actually get a whole bunch of pokemon, just 5-6 that can all handle different threats. Team is generally 5 real pokemon + 1 pokemon with 4 HM moves. a 6th pokemon generally in the box. And even then, that's over time. I generally don't have 5 pokemon I actually want to use until maybe Kiki/Aya. I hit the level cap because those are the only pokemon I want to use, or need to use. So they get a strong bit of EXP. That doesn't mean that I don't use strategy to beat the gyms, that just means I use the same pokemon consistently. As I'm sure many other people do. And as someone mentioned before, anyone doing any type of special run generally needs to hit that level cap to not get wrecked. So yeah, saying people suck for hitting level cap is kind of...presumptuous, I guess? Certainly isn't very kind haha

In obsidia, the guy is in the slums. Talk to everyone, you'll get him. Enjoy the hell that is this event. I only recently discovered it myself. It is a path to pain and disappointment. And maybe, just maybe...enlightenment.

So I know there's supposed to be a Numel at the blown up train station during rain/thunderstorm. However, when I go to the train station, I don't see it there. I'm doing a mono-ground run, so I kinda need it for the early game haha. Is my game glitched, am I doing something wrong, or was the event removed? Or something else entirely? Any info would be great, thanks!

Chose not to fight him. It was between being an enabler to something disgusting, but having an inside man, or not being an enabler, but potentially losing that inside man. I figured if Taka failed to stop us so many times, his usefulness goes down, he gets less info, we don't benefit much, and he's still stuck where he doesnt wanna be. Not fighting him forces him to make a choice: Fight Back against the Meteors, run away from them, or take whatever they dish out. 2 of those 3 means that meteors are down a solid player. the last option would hopefully be scary enough to force Taka's hand, I guess? Idk, if he stays, he does it to himself, he'd more or less know what's gonna happen. Just my opinion, anyway.

Fern is insecure, and actively tries to make people feel like shit. Blake, while doing terrible, terrible things, is really just...apathetic. He tends not to care much about anything, and it's hilarious. I prefer Blake to Fern, in terms of characters. Obviously, if they were real, Fern > Blake, because an insecure, mean idiot who makes terribly misguided choices is still better than someone trying to starve a whole village to death. ...so both. Both are worse. b^_^d

This has been really good so far, I'm impressed with your writing abilities! (Not that it means much, coming from a stranger haha) At first I was a little turned off to the fact that Seehan is so obviously overpowered, but it does kind of even out the obscenity that is Reborn's difficulty. Plus I'm assuming the Character is based after you, and lets be honest, what is a personal character meant to be if not the best thing ever?

Julia: 1 Try. Combuskin + espurr made short work of this gym. Florina: 1 try. Combuskin kinda wrecked. Corey: 1 Try, Meowstic handled everything save for Skunktank, which Combuskin took care of. Shelly: Idk, like 5 tries, maybe? It was super infuriating, I went out of my way to get a graveler just to help with this gym lol Shade: 2 tries, wasn't ready for the Chandelure. Kiki: 1 Try, Blazekin is broke. Aya: 1 try, my whole team came in hot. Was pretty nice. Serra: 1 try. Golem, Magneton, Blazekin. Too easy. Noel: 1 Try, Blazekin + Magneton made this gym easy. Radomus: 1 try. Almost dropped the ball, luckily Weezing + destiny bond exists. Luna: 1 try. Florges + Blazekin Samson: 2 tries, that hawlucha got the drop on me. Charlotte: 1 try, golem and blazekin made quick work of this gym. Terra: 2 tries, didn't expect that monstrosity of garchomp. Ciel: 1 try, stealth rock + golem + magnezone By far and by large, Shelly was the toughest for me. No idea why lol
