Quasar Bay is to the east of Angela's Aviary and leads into the Yellow Sea. And the Spork subforum/club is the best place for asking questions, yes. It's not that you can't or shouldn't ask elsewhere, just that they have the highest chance of being seen here.

General Discussion is for IRL topics like food, school, etc. Where to post this topic would depend on what game you're talking about. If it's for Reborn, it belongs in Reborn City If it's for Rejuvenation, it belongs in the Pokemon Rejuvenation subforum If it's for Spork, it belongs in the Pokemon Spork subforum/club If it's for a different fangame, it belongs in that fangame's thread in Fan Game Expose (or if a thread for the fangame doesn't exist, you could make one) If it's for one of the official games, it belongs in the Pokemon Fan Club The course of action would be to move your topic to the appropriate place, but you didn't mention what game you were talking about, so I'm not sure where to move it to.

Almost every fangame has the sprites of all Pokemon in the game's Pokedex, even ones not available in the current episode. Pokemon Essentials comes with all the Gen 1-5 sprites, then the Reborn dev team did Gens 6-7 Pokemon sprites as those gens came out, which Rejuv uses. If only the ones available had their sprites in, it'd be tedious to keep adding new ones every episode as Pokemon become available rather than just having them all in at once and not having to worry about it every development cycle. Plus as Drakyle said, there are trainers that might use currently unobtainable Pokemon. As someone who sometimes has trouble both with wording things and interpreting meaning from how things are worded, though, I agree that pictures and text can be misleading sometimes.

Kenneth V10 (Avoid if you haven’t finished it!)
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Mayflower896's topic in Rejuvenation
If you choose not to help Melia, you lose a relationship point with her. If you choose to help her by battling Kenneth, you gain a point with her. If you lose to Kenneth you lose a point with him, and if you win you gain a point with him. -
I think it'd be better to create a thread of your own. You'd likely get faster responses that way, plus this thread is a few months old and the people who posted in it might not be active anymore. I know Starry Knight is, she's consistent in terms of activity and is a very helpful and friendly person, but I'm not sure about the others. Necroposting (posting in a thread more than 2 months old) is also generally discouraged by the rules except for necessary updates to the situation.

I'm glad you're enjoying the game! I'm aware of the bugs mentioned. The last one wasn't noted down in the first post because previously only one person reported it and I wasn't able to replicate it (and also not knowing how to word or specific requirements for it to happen). I might've just forgot to include the Copycat one, but it's been fixed for the final reupload: I removed Copycat from the game entirely. Teleport and the Harvest ability have been removed due to bugs as well. Bellsprout not learning Vine Whip has been fixed; the ones in the first post that are in green are fixed bugs. Thank you for reporting though, and let me know if you find anything else. The Audino trainers only using Healing Wish is intended, so that if you run out of trainers to battle and still need EXP you still have a way of getting it without needing to battle wild Pokemon.

Since there are a few questions that have come up a lot in the main Spork thread, I thought it would be a good idea to make an FAQ with quick access to the commonly asked questions, and Punkeev/Steffi approved. This will be updated in the future if there are any more questions that start to become popular (or if I forgot to add one). Q: What's the shiny rate in Spork? A: Spork has the same shiny rate as Reborn and Rejuvenation. I'm not sure of the exact math but I believe it's 1% or close. edit: Q: Where is the Move Relearner? A: The Move Relearner is in a house in the Services District of Olidroll City. Olidroll City is where the 6th and 7th gyms are. Q: Where is the daycare? A: The daycare is at the Legend Dairy, which is east of Aliora City. Aliora City is where the 4th gym is. Q: Where can I find [insert name of Pokemon here]? A: There's an obtainablepokemon notepad file in the game folder that lists the locations of each Pokemon (with legendaries listed in a separate notepad file called legendarysidequests). Q: Where can I find [insert name of evolution stone here]? A: There's a hiker at Bolaii Cave (near 5th gym) who sells all the evolution stones, and this hiker is also at the Battle Mall (near 8th gym) too. There are also evolution stones at Bunnelby Burrows (in Cianosa City, the city with the 2nd gym) that regenerate upon each visit. Q: How do you evolve trade evolution Pokemon? A: If the Pokemon canonically evolves through trade, you use a Link Stone on it. If the Pokemon canonically needs to hold a specific item while being traded, you need to use the item on it like an evolution stone. (ex: using an Up-Grade on Porygon will evolve it into Porygon2) Q: Where is the Lucky Egg? A: In Liliech City, there's an NPC in a house who asks to see Eevee and each of its evolutions one at a time, and one of the rewards for doing this is the Lucky Egg. (the other rewards are a Marble, the Dream Eater TM, and Eevee's mega stone, along with a Master Ball if you speak to her again after and decide to give her one) Q: When is the Mega Ring obtained? A: You get the Mega Ring as part of the story between the 15th and 16th gyms. Q: Does Spork have a nature changer? A: Yes; the nature changer is Cassie the Glaceon. She's in Umira. If you choose Glaceon for your Eeveelution zodiac in the False Fortunes tent in Gellene Town, you can have access to Cassie's nature-changing service right then and there. (Gellene Town is where the 3rd gym is, and Umira is where the 13th gym is, so it's a lot earlier) Q: Where is the Name Rater? A: The Name Rater is in a house in Cianosa City (the city where the second Gym is). There will be a sign in front of the Name Rater's house. Q: Hidden abilities/Ability Capsules? A: This post explains the current situation: https://www.rebornevo.com/forum/index.php?/topic/21393-pokemon-spork-episode-8-smoothie-delicias-delicious-dreamland/page/9/&tab=comments#comment-595869 (I did later speak to Ame about this, and she tried to help, but due to Reborn and Spork using different versions of Essentials, our script sections were different) Q: Is Pokemon Spork complete? A: The main story is complete and there's also a postgame. However, the game is still reuploaded regularly with revamps, bug fixes, and sometimes new additions. Q: Is there debug for Pokemon Spork? A: As of the September 26 2020 reupload, you can turn on and off debug mode by speaking to a tree in Pokemon Centers. Q: How do I progress at Crolea's birthday party? A: The story will automatically progress after you've talked to everyone. This includes Brutus and Meda even if you've already done the double battle initiated by talking to Ivan, and Litwick after Felicia brings it out. If the story still hasn't progressed it's possible there's someone you forgot to talk to; there've been a few times in the thread where people thought they talked to everyone but then realized they just missed one person.

Reinforcing what Steffi said, the subforum here is the quickest + most likely place to get a response to questions. Questions posted on other places might end up going unnoticed as they could be buried under all other activity or we could just never see/click on where the questions are asked. (also thanks to Steffi for posting that here, I've answered the question and let them know the above) On the topic of the wiki, Steffi and me have been making a lot of progress with it recently, with guidance from apro on how to use templates and categories. For the game: right now I'm working on Dylan's plate sidequest, which is the last of the leader plate quests that needs to be done. There will be a notepad file on where to find these quests and what to do for them. I also finished making all the POC trainers + eventing and populating them yesterday. I've also edited some more story events: -at the scene with Emily in the Tourist Info Center, there's now a story reason for the Pokedex being the way it is, since I know some people were put off or confused by the entries. The receptionist accidentally gave the player and Emily copies that were glitched by Isabelle, and they're waiting on their next shipment of Pokedexes from the Pokemon Research Institute, so they can't be replaced with an unaltered Pokedex at the moment. Emily accepts this because she prefers getting to know Pokemon through interacting with them anyway, and the player agrees. -when the player and Emily meet Agne at Wonky Woods, the entire conversation is different. Looking back at the dialogue for the scene, it looked like it was rushed before, plus I didn't like Emily's slight hostility towards Agne in the beginning and automatically jumping to asking her if she was with Felicia. Instead of asking if she's with her, Emily now asks if she knows her. And Agne now does know that Felicia is a magician, where before she said she didn't know anyone named Felicia. Also clarified that Agne is pronounced like the ain in rain, because in a lot of Youtube videos people have been pronouncing it "Anne" or "Annie". Sr. F is the only one I've heard pronounce Agne's name correctly. -the reason Pandora tells the player about the Data Vault is because she thinks since the player has had encounters with them + negative experience it's at least fair that the player knows what Team Portal is trying to do, even if the player doesn't agree. Before she mentioned at Mt. Spoon she was giving the player a chance to learn about Team Portal and possibly convince them to join, and I didn't think that made sense. It would've made a little more sense if Pandora told the player why she wanted to go to the Data Vault, but for story reasons I couldn't reveal that at that point in time. -added aspects to Lee and Angela's characters: Lee likes stargazing and Angela has worry stones (for herself and her Pokemon). Lee's TV interview has been edited to be about stargazing and the old interview is no longer canon -changed the last ranger and police sidequests; the Guardian is no longer involved with them and their history with the dentist is no longer canon (the Snorlax quest is the same though) -not done yet, but Emily will help against the BCC instead of staying back

I forgot there was an I'm not sure option, but looking at it now, there's no points gained or lost for choosing it.

It impacts relationship variables. Answering "My friends" to the first question is +2 Aelita, "My family" is +1 Aelita, and "Myself" is -1 Aelita. Answering Yes to the second question is +1 Aelita and No is -1 Aelita.

Or a cool birthday! -
Additionally, Adam's name comes from a mineral called adamite (also the pun with his last name being Might).

They're functionally the same thing; Z-Rings enable mega evolution too.

(Fanmade) Post Story Gym Leader Team Ideas
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Aldanta's topic in Team Showcase
Ame has confirmed that there will be postgame rematches for Gym Leaders, saying that "it wouldn't be much of a postgame if there weren't". -
If there's missing trainers.txt data like what happened to me, I always pasted a copy of the .txt file somewhere else on my PC, then pasted it back to the PBS folder in the event of that happening. If you need a fresh copy of the trainers.txt without redownloading the game, here's mine. It contains data that's been updated for the next/final reupload like team changes and characters' Pokemon having nicknames, but hopefully it'll work. Shouldn't the game also compile the data when you open it in RPG Maker/play in debug mode though? Or are you not able to do that? I'm not 100% sure I'm understanding correctly; I feel like I'm misunderstanding the issue and I apologize if that's the case. trainers.txt

That's not because of EVs. Her Illumise has the Prankster ability, which makes status moves always go first.

There's a branching story path depending on whether you choose to give Cera the Magma Stone or keep it. It's possible that you're on the opposite path of the video uploader. If you kept it, you need to use it to unthaw the TM shop in Kristiline Town. I've never done the other path where you give it up, though. I know you find another entrance at Crawli's gym with Venam, but I don't know the exact order of events to get there. Alternatively, after Tommen disintegrated, did you go back and talk to the Eldest? A lot of people don't realize that you're supposed to do that. I've forgotten before too.

Skuntank - help?? BUG - dunno
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to skyinthemoon's question in On the Hunt
In E16, the Silver Ring was changed from being in the Items pocket to the Key Items pocket, so only Silver Rings from E16 onwards will work. If you upload your save file, someone will be able to give you the one that's the Key Item.
