Hey! I'm back playing this lovely game. Loved the 18th episode – and I really want to start a run with some handpicked Pokés to enjoy the story with some of my favorites just for fun's sake. I'll upload my save. Could someone get me these Pokémon, please? Would really appreciate it! Sorry, I'm also extra picky, and don't know what you people can do and cannot do, so tell me if I ask for something impossible or way too much. All of the following with my trainer name and ID (I think every Pokémon in this game are available to be renicknamed? So you don't need to worry about that). 1. Hey! When you choose to restore the slums after beating Adrienn, there'll be this SOLICE building park thingie where the slums used to be. It has this glass ceiling which connects buildings and there are people on top of it. Even Magma Gang boss got up there after giving him the SOLICE application. Is there any way to reach that place as of yet? Thanks!

Hi! Great to hear, thank you Marcello. I suppose I'll battle with it without shame too, haha, when I get around to trying the online functions. Same thing with other stuff (mons, items, I already released some mons though heh) I might still have from "old" trading or things bred with Poké parents traded the old way.

Hey. A question about legality. Back when there was no Online functionality people traded through an intermediary who deleted Pokés from old save files and added them in the new ones (from scratch, meaning that there might be some differencies in the data, for example I had a few that had wrong location met data and one of those had IVs in the wrong order, but I didn't really mind. We are all people and I was thankful for just the possibility of trading). The thing is: does the Online system recognize Pokémon "generated" by an intermediary as illegal? Do people trading and battling here consider such Pokémon or Pokémon bred from parents received "trading" that way legal? My fav Shiny Volcarona was bred from another Shiny Volcarona I received in a trade as a Larvesta, and I'd really love to use it in battles if I play online. So – does the system allow it to pass and do people consider such stuff legitimate enough here to allow battling with such a thing? That was the only way of trading back then. Some others I use might be bred using traded mons too, but I cannot remember for sure. (It's a shame Pokémon bred in older ep's to allow TM breeding are blocked by the game D: I suppose they will be allowed when the moves they might have will be made accessible by the game?) You can breed Snorlax anyway, like in the generations when we didn't have Munchlax yet. The egg will just hatch into a Snorlax.

I'm running max attack and speed with Jolly, Unburden, Flying Gem and a moveset consisting of Stockpile, Baton Pass, Acrobatics and Destiny Bond. Works like a charm. You could, however, teach it Phantom Force in the case you want more coverage. I just feel like spamming the ridiculous boosted Acrobatics and then passing the +2 boost from Unburden with some possible Stockpile boosts to someone else. Or if you feel like it, you can use that DB and pretty much always take your foe with you (considering you've consumed the Flying Gem and have doubled your speed). For a special oriented Drifblim your set looks pretty gimmicky but still viable, I like it! However, as you have Baton Pass, I'd change the ability to Unburden like Azodian suggested. Stockpile also ups both defenses unlike Amnesia, but its really just a matter of preference. Nice to see someone else using the awesome balloon!

Great to hear! That'll be a boon for everyone that has been alot into trading so far. I bred myself a new shiny Larvesta already though it took quite some time but oh well. It always makes you feel you've accomplished more when you do it yourself.

Yes I'm aware how it works in the original games, but I was just wondering if you will be able to use Pokémon you've traded for in the "Reborn Trading Thread" in the online play. I understand that this online system has a way to check to legitimacy of a Pokémon and is able to block you from using a non legit one, but how will it be able to handle the traded Pokés you've got so far (that are actually created by a middleman in RPGMX, not traded, as it is impossible for now). The trading, that has been orchestrated by Yash, has been working something like this: both post their savefiles and detailed information about the Poké they are trading -> Yash copies the information about the Pokés and creates a perfect copy of it in your savefile -> Yash deletes the Poké you traded away -> he uploads your savefiles and then you can continue playing. The Pokés are actually created by means that the online system could consider illegitimate. Maybe I can't express myself clear enough. Oh well, I'm already breeding a new shiny Larvesta for myself, as I can't be sure if I could use the one I've got now (gotten through such a trade). It'll be sad, however, if I won't be able to even use Pokés bred with the Volcarona as a parent. If the game is able to check parent legitimacy or such. Thanks for your answer though!

Hey! The online play mechanic looks amazing. Well done to everyone involved! One question: how does it handle "traded" Pokémon? With "traded" I mean the way people have traded their critters this far; a middlemanve with RPGMX deletes the traded Poké from your save and creates the one you get from your trade partner. I'd guess they will be considered hacked and they won't be usable in online battles and/or trading in the future? What about their bred babies, can they be used? I'd assume a Poké bred with atleast one parent "traded" (created with RPGMX for you by the middleman) will somehow be rendered unusable by checking its code? Can someone explain how this will work? Not really experienced with Pokémon coding, or any coding whatsoever. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been explained before!

Hey! Thanks for your comments and praise. Glad you like it! Great piece of information about the berry availability! Had no idea of this, weirdly enough. Gotta pay a visit to the second floor... I DID breed all of them for IVs. Well, not for perfect ones across the table, but like you can see from the numbers I posted, they've got some pretty great genes. Only one not bred is my Aurorus, which I had the luck of getting resurrected randomly from the first Sail Fossil I took to the Spinel Museum. I definitely am psychotic enough to breed them well, it's calming somehow and brings me memories from when I used to play Pokémon on the handhelds and played somewhat competitively in early Generation 4.
