If i recall, it's when you going to that building with the miltank, tauros and bouffalant in route 1. You have to atleast finished noel's gym battle before getting there.

You gotta go to back to the city you fighted venam and find her. You go to the venam gym. Then talk to the gym guide and he said veman are in the sewers. Go down and you'll see some surprise. Tips: Take some potions/super potions for the surprise Also it's a truck so can drive your back to the city.

I cheated by using shofu and nickaboo92, yeah. Just for that puzzle(and maybe some few..). Bit oppside of me. Radomus gave me a hard time that i had to train up a buffolaunt for defeating him. Luna was a piece of cake.
