The most recent one I found was with the item finder in tourmaline desert, where the mirage tower is supposed to be there are some ladders and its on one but keep in mind a hidden item it is

I just threw a pokesnax in the circle thing, exited the area, went back, dropped down a hole, it was there and immediate battle start, maybe try exiting the entire area?
