Are you sure you saw a shiny in Pokemon Yellow? I was under the impression that shinies only became a thing in Gen 2. Anyway, the only real point to shiny hunting is bragging rights when you eventually have a large collection of them.

Field effects are separate from weather, you'll need to find other ways to destroy/change the field effects if you don't like the one that's active(or you could read the field effects manual, either way).

Too bad this thread wasn't a thing back in August. I would've most likely made a whole essay describing how much I hated Pokemon Insurgence's mach bike puzzle. Edit: this was before suzerain made it easier, btw. Falling through the floor, or going over the edge sends you down to the lower floor.

Welcome to Reborn! You guys from 9gag brought the server to its knees yesterday. It was annoying at the time, but now it's kind of funny.

There are doors like that scattered all over Reborn, with no clues given about what's behind them. Personally, I think there might be legendaries behind the doors. Because they're very rarely mentioned, and the main plot focuses on Arceus and no other legends. There's at least one door in Tanzan Mountain, there's one in a cave near Chrysolia Forest, one in the Water Treatment Plant... for some reason..., two in Ametrine Mountain, and so on. Also, if you haven't found Flash yet, if I remember correctly, the rock smashable wall should be just to the right of the train(1 or 2 blocks away), on the same wall as the mysterious door. Just press c on the walls if you can't see it.

Well, Arkhidon, I know you already gave me a theme when I made my intro thread a while ago(I was wondering why you always posted a different song in everyone's intro threads...), but I'd like to know if your impression of me has changed enough since then to warrant a different theme?

Mega Kangaskahn doesn't seem like it would suit El to me, considering how he's treated Luna so far. But then again, it's either he uses a mega Kangaskahn, or mega Pidgeot(which would be hilarious, when you consider the fact that he'll be an Arceus cultist using the prophet of a "false god" on his team), 'cause there's no way I can see El ever even considering using a Lopunny, for obvious reasons, and mega Audino is pretty awful, if I remember correctly.

Shinies in Reborn have different colours to shinies in other pokemon games. Vivillon, for example, has a very different and evil looking shiny sprite in Reborn compared to it's normal colours, when in the official games the only difference is it;s body colour.

Oh good lord. I didn't even think about that. That is going to be a friggin' nightmare when we get to it.

10th badge is Samson, so no. There's no way to go back and get Beldum until after you beat Ciel(13th gym leader). Unless you avoid using any heal machines after going to Agate circus and either intentionally lose after beating Samson, or use Teleport.

I'm usually late. I take my time getting ready for pretty much everything and don't really rush until the moment I realise I'm short on time.

I thought that was because the vast majority of the the law enforcement in Pokemon are utterly incompetent? Besides, the Pyrite Town Police Department in Colosseum had jail cells. I don't think prison being a thing is too much of a stretch.
