It's better to have Noibat for now, even if it's just as death fodder(same with Woobat). Then you ditch it when you get more pokemon. Yeah, there's not much else to say at this point. Good luck.

I'm almost convinced that the doll Anna carries around actually is Jirachi, or at least connected to Jirachi in some way. I don't know if Anna would use Jirachi on her team. The idea of any of the Elite 4 using legendary pokemon on their teams just seems strange to me.

Does anybody else ditch their starter in these games?

I just tend to use what works. If the starter works, I'll keep using it. The only time I've intentionally ditched my starter was for a mono-type run through B2. -
Both are very important things to consider. Which can be considered more important depends heavily on the situation. So, I'll just say that both are equally important to consider when making a judgement.

How many more PULSEs are there? I can't imagine that they are very quick to produce, and Team Meteor doesn't seem too concerned about running out of them anytime soon.

Whichever episode introduced Route 2. I think route 2 was easily the most annoying thing in the game. The excessive amount of rock-hopping, combined with the lag, makes going through there a pain every time. While there are other annoying areas in Reborn, most don't require you to go through them at least 6 times per playthrough, like Route 2.

I thought the whole point of the field effects was to make battles more interesting, not make the opponent completely and utterly broken?
