    Noticing the man trying to wipe away his tears as he spoke, Nemir said "I think we've all done things like that. Back in Orre.....nevermind. If you need to share something, just say so and I'll listen."

    Vis raised his palm towards Giga and laid it on him, healing the wounds taken from the earthquake. "Sorry if this stings" he thought to the pokemon. Then Nemir said "You can take as many as you want. Just be careful not to lose them....books like these aren't easy to come by anymore. Not as rare as the Tales...but not something I'd like to lose to the Church." "I'm going to go find Thoron. We will probably have to leave here soon, as sad as it makes me, and I want to be ready if we need to early." Then he turned and walked outside. "Now...if I was him, where would I be?" he scanned the treeline and immediately noticed the dark form of Rusgon, and then walked over to them. "Is something wrong? You left in such a hurry."

    Yeah, you can show up late, just be sure to do it before we head into the tunnels. Also sorry for that novel esque post XD I wanted to get all of the inheritance stuff out of the way now in case the acolytes decide to crash the party.

    Nemir nodded as Pine left the room. "Vis....heal Raito and Giga....this might sting a little" he said to the pokemon as Vis held out a glowing palm to the jolteon. Then he looked at Seth and waited. "Now....." Nemir turned to the back wall,took out a few books and then clicked a button at the bottom. The bookcase slid in and then back, and hanging on the wall was a sword with a cracked leather book and a shoulder bag lying at the bottom. "I guess these are my....inheritance....I would never let them fall into Dawns hands." "This...." he said picking up the black bladed sword. "Is a bladesmasters weapon....it can only be passed down from master to master....or father and son...." his voice choked with emotion as he said that. "They don't need to know the rest of that story yet...." "I won't use it. I'm not trained enough in the blade..but I will wear it in his honor." he said as he clasped the scabbard to his belt and slid it in "And this....is the last book of its kind. Dawn destroyed all other known copies personally. It tells the stories of gods, humans and pokemon. The tales of legends, before she enslaved them. Tales of rebellion, and tales of love, and even tales of shadows." "This was widely believed to be a book of tales for children... but I can assure you that they are real. Why else would Dawn be so fearful of them?" "There are other books here in the case, but I can't carry them all myself...and I would hate to see them go to waste." He then slipped his own book and two more into the bag where the dusk balls were hidden. "I doubt ill ever need them...but you never know" he thought "There's also potions and food in the cupboards. Doubt it would be spoiled yet, it seemed he only passed on a week or so ago."

    "Thank you....I'm sure he would've appreciated it.." Nemir said wiping away the last of his tears. "I guess it's time to head back up and see how the others are. Vis still has to heal Raito and Giga yet...and there's one more thing I have to do for him...." He then made his ascent, with Vis following close behind. As he entered the cabin he noticed a new man standing near the door. "He must be a dusk member...I saw him on the trek. Don't let your guard down though" he thought quickly to Vis. "Hello...I don't believe we've officially met...I am Nemir and this is Vis." Then he noticed Pine throwing up in the sink and worriedly said. "What's wrong? Do you need Vis to heal you?"

    Snowbell City (from X and Y) remix, and it also had some Kingdom Hearts mixed in from what I could tell.

    "...you can help." Nemir said quietly to Miki as he and Vis went inside. Soon they came back out carrying Mandarb, with the hood of his jacket covering his face. "Vis...open the tunnel." Nemir said as he threw the body over his shoulder and Vis walked over to the icy rock and moved it using strength. Underneath lay a set of stairs leading down into the tunnels. "The rest of you can take what you need from the cabin....." he said as he began the descent. Soon he reached a small room where he laid the body. "Well old friend....I guess this is the end....I never would have made it as far as I have without you. Even after your death you helped us...." he said with a sad smile. "You were the closest thing we had to a family and Vis and I were proud to train with you. I guess now....it's time to put that to use.....and finally take back the city you loved....." "...Goodbye...." They said, and after a moment Nemir added "Vis....rock tomb..." and soon Mandarb was gone from view, his body sheltered between the large rocks.

    Haha as expected. I knew not to hope for that much. Anyways, sorry for my lack of posting today, had to study for a stats midterm, and there was no way I wasn't going to play episode 14.

    And with that, I have finished episode 14. I really have to say Ame, this was one of my favorite episodes and it was really well done.

    So did anybody find the tombstones in the glitch field? They have the names of the characters who died on them and I am now realizing what a sick sense of humor this leader has.

      That area was a replication of Byxbysion, which had the same tombstones iirc.

    "Mandarb isn't exactly the most friendly person, so Vis and I should go in first.....and the last time we saw him...he wasn't well. I'm hoping he's still alive but....I'm expecting the worst. At least it's still standing. If the church found it, it wouldn't be." Nemir said before going straight to the house and knocking three times in quick succession. "Great....not answering." He then opened the door and went in. Soon he came back out with a tear in his eye. "Dead. He left me...a letter.." "Nemir, if you're reading this it means that I have passed on from this life..." "Snowpoint has been taken over....and my sickness has gotten the better of me. I tried my hardest to stop the church....but there was nothing I could do. I wanted to teach you and Vis...so much more....about your heritage and Sinnoh....If you attempt anything.....take whatever you need...They thought I was a powerless old man...I...extended the tunnels....it goes all the way to the temple now....do what you can...Nemir....Vis....I'll be watching...Take my swo--" the rest of the letter had been cut off as if Mandarb had hurriedly finished it....or was writing it in his last moments..."Vis and I....are going to bury him in the tunnel....you can all rest inside..." the tears were very noticeable now but he didn't care. (Green is going to be used for when Nemir reads something aloud)

    "Yeah, ruins. They definitely aren't as grand as the ones in the temple, but I heard a legendary ice type once slumbered there. It's gone now....probably captured...but the ruins remain." Nemir said, a bit sad about the fate of the legendary. He heard Thorons request to scout ahead and nodded simply while also thanking him for the advice. "Whether we get to see the ruins or not is a matter of necessity though. I'm not sure how far the tunnel goes, since I'm sure Mandarb has been working on it all these years... but last I saw it did pass through them once."

    "Ah, Thoron." Nemir said uneasily. He hadn't even heard the man approach until he called out! "Maybe I'm getting old....losing my senses" he thought and Vis responded with "Ha you barely had any in the first place. Who was it that had to find the house last time?" "Hey....shut up, it's not easy being half blind" Vis shut up at the mention of that, and Nemir felt a little bad about mentioning it. But only a little. "Did you hear the plan? Let me know as soon as a house or a very icy rock comes into view." he said and thought a second before adding "And I hope we can find them."

    Nemir was too busy thinking about Mandarb to notice that they wern't covering their tracks, and was surprised when Seth pointed it out."Good catch, Seth. Vis...try to use psychic to move snow back over our tracks if you can." he said. As Jory left, he told Miki and Seth of his plan. "There should be a house up ahead here soon. It's close enough to a large icy rock and the treeline that when looking straight at it, most people don't even notice that it's there. My....friend...Mandarb and I lived there many years ago, and there is a tunnel close by leading underground and to the icy ruins within Mt. Coronet. We made the tunnel very easily defensible for a situation such as this, so once we get there we can heal up and then do what we can to help the others."

    "Those of you coming with me, we need to move. Now." Nemir said as he began speedwalking back towards the way they had come. "It's not far off, but even once we reach safety we will need to keep moving. Vis will heal everyone once we get there." "I guess now would be a good time to see if ol' Mandarb is still alive....." he thought to Vis anxiously. "I doubt he is.....he wasn't in the best of health last we saw him." "I know, but the house and the tunnel should still be intact....he would've never let them find it. Even if he isn't, it's our only chance."

    "Well....this is bad. Vis. Hide our auras, preferably in a white color in case they have anything to sense us out with. Those of you that need healing call back your partners and follow me. Vis and I lived here for a while so we know the twists and turns of this place, and I think we can find a place to sit this out for a short while, where I doubt they'll find us easily." Nemir said in a rush as he hoped nobody had discovered the place he was thinking of.

    The best thing about the gallade part is that its possible in certain situations. It gets skill swap, and (mainly in doubles) you can get some pretty awesome stuff onto it. I've done it with protean and parental bond so far.

      Alright, I have made my messages to the various representatives. I attempted to use language that a politician would understand in hopes that reaching out to their sense of reason might be possible.

    So basically Square just announced an ff7 remake. But its not a remake. Its a port of the steam version. Which was a port of the original. Ill stick to my ps1 copy, thanks.

      Gosh dangit, I was wondering when gaming companies would start doing like movie makers. Remember when they put Jurassic part back in theaters for no reason whatsoever? No, it wasn't a remake, it was just the same movie brought back to theaters. And my parents went to go see it too. It's a lame move, but genius since it's pretty much free money with zero effort.

    "Is anybody hurt?" Nemir asked worriedly. "I can have Vis heal both pokemon and people if need be with heal pulse, but if not, we'll go find Flux and Fria before this thing wakes up. Vis has the general direction down at least, and he can call them with telepathy."

    "Vis, Blaze Kick !" Nemir shouted as Vis lept into the air and brought his flaming foot down hard on the abomasnow. The icy wind seemed to not affect him because of the calm mind he had used earlier.
