  1. https://i.chzbgr.com/maxW500/8280325120/h7319EDA3/ So after seeing this gif, I'm kind of sad that I stopped watching the pokemon tv show after 4th gen.
    1. Tomas Elliot

      Tomas Elliot

Lucario teaching Pikachu to play golf. What a heartwarming scene.

  2. I actually managed to get one off of wondertrade a while back. What 6 iv stuff do you have? It doesn't really matter, because you can still have it anyways, but if its anything I plan to breed I'd like to trade for it. EDIT: I just found out that diancie can't be wondertraded. Not entirely sure where it came from then, because I don't remember ever actually trading for one, but I guess it doesn't matter.
  3. Not to mention, wouldn't your teammates hear the song too? And if so we only have one pokemon each so there is no way to switch out and remove it.
  4. Letting out a laugh about Lobo burning the ceiling Nemir said "We've all been through hardships inflicted by Dawn and her new cruel world. They've been after me ever since they learned that I was in Sinnoh....I still can't tell why though. Anyways Vis and I are heading off to the meeting place." as he pulled his jacket on tighter. "I'm sure we can all get to know each other better on the way to Snowpoint....it's a long walk after all, and the snow doesn't help."
  5. Vis has the typing to absolutely destroy her lol. Both steel and fighting are super effective.
  6. Well, I went on wondertrade to get rid of some stuff from my X, not really hoping for much before I traded it all to AS. I ended up getting a shiny porygon for one of the larvitars I had bred ages ago.

  7. Its fine, both names arent very common, and one of them is actually elvish so I can understand why people would get them confused.
  8. Noticing he was being addressed, Nemir said "The name's Nemir, Vis is my partner here. And yeah, I'm new, although I've had some....run ins....with the Church and Dawn's other agents before joining up. " He closed his eye before adding "It's almost close to the appointed time. We should probably start heading towards the meeting place." loud enough for everyone to hear.
  9. Nemir watched these outbursts and conversations go on. When it finally fell silent he said "Death is all a part of life, and we are going to have to get used to it while we are a team, because I can tell by this point that its definitely going to occur. I've faced death before, and it isn't pleasant. Vis and I have killed. Not intentionally but it's happened. Vis here has learned heal pulse to try and prevent as many deaths as possible, and I intend to keep the toll at a minimum, no matter what any of you think." With his one remaining red eye flashing with anger he fell silent. "Yes..."
  10. Letting out a slight chuckle at the snorlax almost crushing someone, Nemir decided to speak to the quiet girl with the milotic. "Hello, are you new here as well? My name is Nemir, and this is my partner Vis." As he spoke, he removed an almost completely black pokeball from his belt and Vis the Lucario popped out in a flash. "Hello" said Vis telepathically.
  11. I think that's what he meant. It will make it a lot easier to hop between this thread and that one.
  12. Standing behind the rest of the group, a man with long black hair and red eyes, with one covered by a patch shivered and thought back to why he was here. It was just another ordinary day, well about as ordinary as it can get in this messed up world, and he and Vis were out to find food in Sunyshore City. As they were about to leave, an acolyte of the Church called out to him. He tried to ignore the man, but he wouldn't shut up, and eventually it ended in a scuffle with Vis escaping and himself being brought in for interrogation. As it turns out, the Church knew who he was and was aware of his past. They wanted something from him, but he couldn't tell what. After a long and harsh interrogation with the Church learning nothing, Nemir (As was his name) telepathically communicated with Vis. ""You ready?"As always." Vis broke into the room using aura sphere and got him out. A few days later, he had received a letter, with some kind of moon symbol on it telling him to meet in Eterna. With nowhere else to go, he went. Back to the present, he looked around the room hoping to see someone familiar. There were none. "Well this will certainly be....interesting" he thought to Vis. "I sense no malice in any of them for us. Plenty of other emotions though....A lot of pain. It makes me a bit sad." Flexing the spikes on his nekode, he waited for someone to say something. (Italics will be used for Nemir's thoughts, and red will be used for Vis'.)
  13. It makes me kind of sad that they gave one of the better themes to probably the easiest final bosses in the series.

  14. The venasaur using hydro pump made me laugh for a minute, and I like the storyline so far.
  15. Personally, I have no preference. Also I finished reading the previous chapters.
  16. Where would these previous chapters be located? I looked in the search bar and can't seem to find them.
  17. Okay, I understand. Ill be changing my partner to Lucario, and probably weapon to something related to the spikes on its hands (Pretty sure spiked gauntlets and the like were used back in the day). Lucario is just as good a fit, seeing how it fits Nemir's backstory relatively well (I can make a slight exception to the 3rd gen and under Orre pokemon) and can use telepathy.
  18. Okay, age is changed and ill be keeping gallade, thanks! Ill watch the videos in a minute, and I saw that they relate to d&d somewhat (which I play) so I can probably understand them pretty well.
  19. I am interested in this, would it be okay if I joined if there were open spots? This will be my first rp as well, if that is alright. Name: Nemir Asmodean Age: 38 Partner: Lucario - Vis Appearance: Pale, tall (About 6'3) and thin, somewhat muscular but doesn't appear so. Long black hair and red eye(s) with an eypatch covering his right one. Wears a black leather jacket whenever possible. Personality: Wise beyond his years. While usually calm and collected, tends to flit in and out of bouts of silence and rage when angered. Backstory: Born in the Orre region, he lived in the Under. During the first Shadow Pokemon incident (when he was about 13) he caught the attention of Team Cipher and was given a shadow pokemon, a male riolu, which was to be his partner. Thinking this would bring him out of poverty, and not really caring about anything else, he went along with it. One day, while doing research for the team, he stumbled upon what shadow pokemon really were. Pokemon that had the door to their hearts artificially closed. At that moment he realized what he had to do. He severed all ties with the team, and began to try everything to help his riolu even working with the laboratory that helped purify the other shadow pokemon from Cipher. Something was wrong though, they couldn't purify the riolu, as much as they tried. Three years after the team was defeated, one of the higher ups contacted him, hoping that he would rejoin them. Enraged at this, he sent out his shadow riolu against the man, but he could no longer control the riolu's power, and riolu let out a massive blast of aura without being commanded to, killing the Cipher member and striking him in the eye. When the blinding pain ended he realized that he could no longer see out of his right eye, and he began to run. He ran to the pokemon laboratory and broke down outside it. He cried for hours, for both his pain, and his riolu's and eventually he realized that someone was speaking to him. There was nobody around, and he realized that it was all in his head, that it was the riolu that was speaking to him. The riolu thanked him, for the pure emotion that he had showed for it had purified its heart. This gave him a new look on life, a look that all entities should should be able to follow their hearts and be able to think for themselves. Afterwards, they went on a journey together, and eventually they ended up in the Sinnoh region, where riolu evolved into Lucario. He took up combat, with two nekode (Nekode - Spiked gauntlet, with another spike on the palm. Used for both combat and climbing), in order to practice with lucario, and because they were telepathically linked they soon became very good, at both fighting and pokemon battles. Soon, however Dawn took over the region and they went into hiding, as they hated Dawn because her beliefs clashed with their own. They had no way of leaving the region, so they have lain in wait, for years, hoping to finally be able to do something about Dawn. Things to Notice: Wields dual nekode, can telepathically communicate with Lucario.
  20. Emerald was my first one, and I believe I was about 5 or 6 at the time. I had gotten a ps1 that year, and loved playing spyro and crash bandicoot, but one day at a yard sale I found an original gba for 50 cents with a copy of emerald and not really knowing what it was, I begged my mom to get it for me. I think I had watched the anime once or twice, but had never really gotten into it much, but when I started up that gba I realized how cool pokemon was. I started with treecko, (Which led to me picking him in AS) and quickly began catching everything once I realized that pokemon could evolve. I wanted to know exactly what each one would turn into. Years later, Diamond and Pearl came out and because of the new pokemon (dialga looked so badass) I begged my parents for a ds. I got one for Christmas, along with a copy of diamond and played every ds spinoff that came out between 4th and 5th gen. Soon, I actually started watching the anime and when the rise of darkrai movie came out I knew instantly that it was my favorite pokemon (And it still is). I even caught a shiny one during the event back on Platinum! 5th gen didnt hold as many special memories for me, but I enjoyed the storyline for both BW and BW2. The current gen has been fun, but way too easy, although Reborn fixes that problem. I would say I love pokemon because it has been in my life for a long time, and has helped me meet many friends I would have never known otherwise, and honestly without it, I think I would be a lot more depressed than I am now.
  21. I would love that! But one condition: The Disco King himself must make a return, Miror B.
  22. TIL that Fire Emblem Awakening: Lunatic+ is not as bad as people make it seem. (after ch 4 at least)
