  1. I don't really bother with them either (At least in fan games). Having a good nature is much more important, and even evs feel more worth it ( and I only occasionally do those as well). I haven't really found myself missing the small boost to stats that they give, so unless there's a giant difficulty spike I don't think I'll ever get around to breeding for them. Edit: As for the main game entries, I only do it in 6th gen because it's a lot less time consuming, and I will probably end up needing them if I ever get back into the competitive scene outside of Showdown.
  2. Speaking of joining the team, I'd like to announce that I'll be helping out with this as well. As for my part, all I can really say is to expect plenty of difficult battles throughout.
  3. Just watched a youtube series on the beta of Spyro the Dragon. I think it's long overdue for me to play that again.

  4. I just realized how old this theme is. 21 years....wow. Anyways, this is probably my favorite boss theme and I think it fits well.
  5. I usually tend to watch a bunch of different stuff. Lpers: Chugaaconroy, MageKnight404, FrenchFroodle(Formerly known as Seph1212), MarkyJoe and Mangs Poketubers: Haydunn, PIMPNITE, Shofu, ProtoMario, Pyrotoz, Dun Deal Bischoff and (not)BlameTruth News: AlphaOmegaSin (I'd highly recommend checking this guy out since he usually makes videos on things in the gaming industry and the world that most people don't want or are afraid to talk about, and he's really funny at times.) and ReviewTechUSA. Music: Frybread (Songs done in Mario Maker!), Psychostick, GlitchxCity, MasterEnex, miracleofsound, brentalfloss, 331ERock (Metal covers of gaming/movie tracks) True Horror Stories: (I enjoy these because of the realism. I was never into CreepyPastas much, and they're so realistic it's hard to tell if they're true or not) Be.Busta, CorpseHusband,Urmaker, Lazy Masquerade Random stuff: Shinju Kobayashi (maker of the infamous Fire Emblem Lords dancing videos. I still don't know why I like them as much as I do), HMK and VGE
  6. I'm pretty sure I've only talked to you about once or twice since I got here, but you seemed nice enough from what little I have. It really isn't going to change my opinion since I haven't had much to go on. I will say that I'm glad that you came out with this though. Being yourself is the best thing you can possibly do at this point, and I'm sure the community will come around to the "new" you, even if it takes some time.
  7. I think I'm going to be sick. How the fuck can people follow shit like this? He's not the leader of a religion. He's a leader of a cult.
  8. The first game I ever played was Spyro the Dragon for the PS1 when I was about four or five. I remember clearly how happy I was when I figured out how to jump, let alone glide. Spyro is still one of my favorite game series to this day (Excluding that Skylanders stuff. That doesn't count >_>) and is probably why I still like older platformers and mythological creatures in general. It's also the reason I still keep track of Insomniac in case they ever get the rights again. I know it's not going to happen, and that the new heads don't care anymore. Let me dream.
  9. Sounds good to me. I generally interact with every tile I possibly can out of habit more than anything (Hidden items will be the death of me one day), so finding something wrong with them is second nature. Also, speaking of gyms, how difficult is this game planned to be? I might be able to help with gym/E4 teams assuming it's not too easy.

    Dark Pokemon

Having done a mono-dark run myself, Crawdaunt was my mvp. Access to swords dance and adaptability makes him a monster, and for some reason (at least on my run) the double battle leaders never seemed to target him.
  11. I have RPGMaker XP, but I don't have much experience with it or much free time at the moment. I'll be willing to beta test when it becomes available though.
  12. http://www.gamestop.com/nintendo-3ds/games/fire-emblem-fates-special-edition/126802?repost For those of you who missed it, the Fates special edition is back on gamestop.
  13. http://www.gamestop.com/nintendo-3ds/games/fire-emblem-fates-special-edition/126802 For anybody wanting the Fire Emblem Fates special edition, it is up on Gamestops website and last I checked is sold out on Best Buy and Amazon. No idea if they are doing restocks, so I would buy it fast.

I went to take an AP stats test and then I missed this... Typical. Fortuneately, living in Wyoming, I may be able to track down a physical copy since the demand is lower.

Man, neither Game Planet or Gamerush (gaming stores over here) have announced ANYTHING about that special edition. Hoping that they don't run out of stock since FE is less popular here.

Hmm…should I go to Gamestop and Preorder it or not…? Decisions, Decisions...

  14. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother clicking youtube links on reddit anymore. I have to admit it's kind of catchy at the very least.

    4. Garnet.

      Garnet.

that's cause ur a fkn SCRUB

  15. Nintendo direct announced for thursday. There was a leak that says SIX smash characters will be announced, but the leak came from 4chan so as cool as it would be im not taking it very seriously.

  16. Just picked up Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on gamecube for $5. I've never seen gameplay, but I heard it's good, and the Sonic franchise desperately needs good games right now. How is it?

    1. Commander

      Commander

It has its ups and downs but I kind of enjoyed it. The Sonic/Shadow levels are quite good and unique for the time, but the rest is kind of meh. Grind Races against friends is absolutely fun.

    2. CURIE

      CURIE

Sonic Adventure 1 was better to be completley honest. You'll probably have some fun with that game too, though. At certain parts.

  17. Officially my favorite Halloween song. (I liked it originally, but this remix is great)
  18. Yep, it's possible. I'm fairly certain that nothing at all (event wise) is shiny locked so feel free to soft reset shinys to your hearts content.
  19. This time of year always seems to drain my energy the most, and I'm not quite sure why.

  20. I'll probably end up reading these for a bit since I don't have much free time at the moment. If/When I do join in, option 1 would be preferable. Best of luck with them though! And feel free to ask me if you need anything from a gameplay perspective since I've finished them all at this point.
  21. I started back with KH1 on ps2 after my friend told me about it. Haven't stopped playing since. The gameplay is great, and the music is phenomenal. The series is also home to some of my favorite (and sadly, least favorite) boss fights. Lingering Will is probably my favorite at the moment since I recently beat him on proud mode, and I can say for sure that he's one of if not the hardest ones I've done. As for favorite characters, I really like the Organization members, minus a few (Looking at you, Vexen.) and I'm hoping at least some of them get more development in 3.
