It's Easter and PiS is having a little celebration over it~ Hooray! There was a poll on the official PiS Discord server and Komodojoe's character, Desmond, won! As a reward, he'll be getting a pretty swell Diggersby costume delivered to his Aether-Communicator! ...and the rest of Space Aether~ Byesies! EDIT: Oh, and also, Mr.Divergent will be joining the Space Aether Cadet crew as the replacement for S34N1C, playing the character 'Frederick Lennon', aka the only guy who didn't follow the dubious instructions that led the rest of the group into the Aether Net and subsequently had them transported into #08! FUN!!!

ALL THE PCs ARE REUNITED **NPCs at the scene: Zeta** Taylor's A-Comm buzzes, displaying a hologram: /EXEGGUTOR*, the COCONUT Pokemon/ This Exeggutor adapted to the tropical environment, awakening its latent powers as a result; its height averages at around 10m. Threat level: A *tropical form However, as nobody else even tried to wait and check for what Taylor's scan was gonna say, Kai still jumped at the Exeggutor and managed to take a grip around its neck. However, as soon as she did so, rustling of leaves could be heard from high above and the trunk bent itself against Kai's applied force, shaking her off easily. Kai would fall straight onto Radovan and Shelly, knocking them both off their feet. The trio fell to the ground. Meanwhile, Meggie was just entering the house, looking at Kalva distrustingly, when the entire commotion happened. The sounds of crashing alerted her and she darted towards the tree, squeezing through the door with her large frame. She looked at the crew around Zeta and growled a bit, at which point Zeta noticed her and her eyes lit up. Murky flew out as well at the sounds, while Zeta threw herself at Meggie, instantly calming her down. "Meggie, you're alright! Oh thank you thank you thank you everyone~I don't know what I would've done if something happened to her because of me!" The tree returns to its original position, as if nothing has happened. Taylor's A-Comm buzzes again: Status: asleep

"Oi, ya alright?" Cass looked over at Karik, who seemed to have flubbed his aim and got himself into kinda quite a pickle. "Just wait here and stuff, I'll go get help. EMILEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" Cass ran over to the priestess again. "Emergencies...everywhere." He stated, worked up over running all over the place, as he readied his guitar... Move to O12, Play for Emilee and Clarisse

"Oh goodie, I think I might've misunderstood you then~ My bad." Klaren giggles at the man. Seems like he was from this city. Alrighty, so Klar's listening skills could use some work. Easily fixed~ "And this is great how you managed to get it going. My Daddy is a general in service to the church and I was supposed to become a priest, but things happened and now I'm a super duper happy-" Oh, he nearly blurted out 'freedom fighter'. Gee...he should be more careful. He couldn't just spout stuff about them all over the place, like...who was the one who warned them against doing that anyways? He couldn't remember, but it was probably someone. "-traveler! Yep." Thankfully, Rosalyva arrived and Klaren refocused on the sparkly piece of thread. "Right, I've decided. We're taking this!" He shoved it into the tailor's hands. "How much~?"

EVERYONE Your A-Comms ping and you're notified of new downloaded map data: Yellow Dot - Zeta's Crew Red Dot - Meggie's Crew Blue Dot - The Wishing Well Green Line - Forest Boundary (Emm) ZETA'S RESIDENCE - ??? am/pm **NPCs at the scene: Zeta** Zeta looked at Radovan in confusion. "The Tree of Life is at the core of the world, not here. I can't show it to you." She states in a confident matter-of-fact tone. "Uhm sorry for yelling but.......lady?" She looks at Kai. "Why are you going towards my room..?" Zeta asks, then points towards the other door that lead to a room in the lowest floor of the house. "The tree is here, it's here." Whoever follows Zeta would find that the door leads into what sometime ago used to be a room quite similiar to the one they just got out of, except with more cupboards on the walls. However, now, a big regular tree has sprouted in the middle of it and broke a hole in the house's roof and fully collapsed one of its walls. You're basically outside again and shards of crystal are strewn everywhere. Zeta just happily bounces over to the tree. The tree, however........appears to be what you'd identify as a palm tree now that you observe it up close.......the leaves on it are basically just few and on top, and there's a long way to the top, as the tree is easily as tall as the house itself, which has a base and another floor. "So are those things up there the leav thingies you mentioned~?" Music: Curiosity of an innocent star MEGGIE'S CREW (KALVA, EMMANUEL, SENA) The crew continues towards the house. Nothing of note happens, except them getting the map.

"Oh look, stats. Hi there, stats."

"Oh, hey, your guy went down!" Cass yells in confusion as he runs over to Emilee, picking up his guitar. And the lil' Axe dude was nearby so he was gonna get some too. Good~ Playing a shorter and calmer tune than usual, he smiles and pats Madante's back. "Ohhai, there, it'll be all good now. Emilee'll just take care of ya some more" Move to M10, DANCE Play for Emilee and Karik

ZETA'S RESIDENCE - ??? am/pm **NPCs at the scene: Zeta** "Uhhhm..." Zeta backed slightly when everyone tried to approach her at the same time from all the physical and conversational directions. "I-I-I don't wanna make medicine right now. I want you to show me the leav." She responds to Kai. Carbink just sits on the cushion, chilling like its master, who got himself a chair and rested against the table. "My Father looks like a big man. He's got two eyes, a nose, and hair. My sisters look like that too. We play lots of games when they come, and we also talk about what we're gonna be doing the next time they come over." She answers Shelly's questions. "Oh, so that's eating! I forgot~" She adds and smiles happily. "Yeah, I can bring you some stuff Father brought me last time he was here." She says, swaying her hips left and right while ruffling her apron-overalls thingie. She then runs off into the tree-room and comes back with some chocolate cookies and a half-eaten banana. She offers them to Shelly and Radovan, since he was so insistent. "I don't need to actually eat it, but it tastes yummi! It's 'cause of the God of Life. I don't think anything needs to eat here~" Turning to Radovan, Zeta speaks up again. "You can drink the water. It's okay, the sparkly thingies in it are actually deadly, but it's safe to drink unless you hold it in your mouth for too long or drink too much! Father explained me that the sparkles are like the rest of this world-full of life, and they can be made into medicine if you reduce them by cooking. I don't really know what 'reduce' means...but if you cook them wrong, or don't put them right into your tummy, they just kill you." You can deduce that the water does not in fact reflect the luminescence of the environment, but is luminescent itself. And that the particles in it are deadly in larger quantities. You can also assume that Zeta messed the medicine for Meggie up which brought Meggie into that raging state. Good thing it didn't kill her, at the very least. Zeta puts a finger on her chin, thinking of Radovan's next question. "I think my Father checked up on me six times so far~seven if you count the last one, but that one was different 'cause not a whole year had passed after the one before it. Iunno, I was just happy for him to be here so I didn't think much of it." She eventually says and smiles widely. She doesn't seem to notice anything wrong with that, nor with anything else she'd said. She jumps up at the news regarding Meggie. "Yay! I haven't even noticed some of you went to save her! Thank you, thank you!" She runs over to Kai and starts shouting into her A-Comm. You doubt she actually knows what it is and how it works. "Oh, and Meggie is always kind of blue...she's been alone since she was a little Gible. She didn't wanna go live underground, so she was left behind." She focuses on the A-Comm again and clears her throat. "YOU SHOULD GIVE HER SOME SPACE. SHE'S GONNA WARM UP TO YOU EVENTUALLY~" She basically screams into it. MEGGIE'S FRIENDS (KALVA, EMMANUEL, SENA) Meggie looks at Emmanuel over her shoulder before voicelessly proceeding down the path she made in her rampage. Emm has also successfully marked the map! [OoC: Actual map coming later.]

Klaren giggled at the man's response and waved his hand at him. "Oh, you flatter me~ I may decide against exploding you with my evil might in my free time." He followed the man as closely as he could, peering over his shoulder every opportunity he got. "So you're not from the capital? We're not from here either. We're like, traveling and stuff." He said with a smile. However, when the thread was brought into the light of day, he gasped audibly, eyes widening with sparkly stars in them, reflecting the golden glow of the perfect thread... "It's.........so pretty...." Klaren put his hands on his cheeks, stuck in a perpetual stasis of pure awe. "Lily, come look at this..."

"...mmmmmmmmmmokay..." Georgey quietly gets up, rubs his eyes again and thrudges into the kitchen. He walks over to a chair, sits in it, leans against the table and starts snoring.

"Heh." Cass grinned. Apparently, this was connected to what he'd heard at the tavern about that count guy getting rejected by the girl. And they got caught up in this shit, hah. He probably would've complained a bit but he'd been chugging down one after another at the tavern so yeah. Putting his guitar to the side for a while, carried by the slight buzz, Cass pulled out a pair of bongos that he put around his waist, running over towards the little murderous pirate kiddo, drumming a rhythmic beat. "Heya~go do that murder-thing you do now, wont'cha, haha!" He laughed. Move to L9, Soldier's Drums for Karik, bada-bada-bada-bum~

Georgey mumbles incoherently as he straightens up and sits, rubbing his eyes, having been brutally SHAKEN awake by the rude Lucius. "I'm... *yaaaaaaaaaaawn* ...still tired...." That is the only thing he manages to say before plopping back down on the floor. Lucius was probably formulating his requests improperly for Georgey's snoozing mind to comprehend. Better to be more direct, perhaps?

ZETA'S RESIDENCE - ??? am/pm **NPCs at the scene: Zeta** Taylor's scan yields no results. There doesn't seem to be much of an electrical field present here. Certainly not enough to charge an A-Comm with. Even the lamps in Zeta's house glow a crystalline blueish hue. But the same hue looks very natural and doesn't impair your sight. Meanwhile, Zeta excitedly ran over to Kai. "Oh, oh! It's the water from the Wishing Well!!!" She exclaims, checking the glass. To Kai and the others, it would probably be confusing how this girl could immediately tell this water was this specific 'Wishing Well' water, because it looks just like regular clear water to everyone. When Kai poured some water onto the branch, strangely, the crystal seemed to absorb it and retained some of its lost glow. The liquid tastes like regular water. And doesn't seem to affect Kai in any special way. "I can make healing potions out of this!" Zeta adds, but blushes and looks down immediately afterwards. "I'm not very good at it apparently...'cause Meggie's potion only made her feel worse..." She is shaken and raises her head up at Radovan's words. "O-oh? E-eat? D-drink? What do you mean?" She replies, obviously flustered. "And Father won't be home for a while. I told you he only checks up on me once a year. He says he's busy prepairing everything. Sisters stay a bit longer and come around more often, but I don't think they're gonna be here for a while either..." Obviously, Radovan's harsh tone scared the girl a bit. She looks at him with a boggled look, slightly frowning, and keeping her distance. POKEMON MYSTERY DUNGEON - EXPLORERS OF KAKUNARKNESS (KALVA, EMMANUEL, SENA) Kalva's A-Comm buzzes and the audio channel opens up again: "Right, I'll tell the others to try and re-establish communication with the rest of your team. Right now, however, we're busy so it may take a while. Many people got stranded where you are. The Nexus appears huge, the largest terrestrial Nexus we've encountered so far. And it seems to stretch downwards as well into a formation of underground tunnels. We're attempting to scan it and rescue teams are already on the way. Things are looking up for everyone." Meggie turns to Kalva, apparently weirded out by the boy's behaviour. She turns her head away shily and crosses her fin-arms, as if brooding over something. The team, followed by the Kakuna's deathly stares of pure hatred, gets back to the crystalline part of the path. They can continue towards where they first encountered Meggie. From there, Meggie could probably lead them to Zeta's home.

Klaren puts one foot behind the other as the man raises his leg up, facing him sideways now. He claps and smiles, then makes a clumsy piruette, stopping in a pose that mirrored the man's, except without the leg-raised-high part. Klaren wasn't that flexible. Instead, he just slightly raised it, wobbling in this pose. "Yay, well done, bravo~" Klaren exclaims happily. He stands normally now, facing the man. "We're..." He looks over at Rosalyva and Radburn and waves for them to come over. "...here to get some golden thread for a super evil cape thingie we're gonna make. It's gotta be super sparkly to intimidate the forces of good that wish to oppose my evil might!" Klaren raises a fist upand grins. "Do you have anything like that~?"

"Oh hey you're the guy with the wooden sword!" Klaren chirped when he saw Radburn, but his attention quickly waned and he was back on track towards the golden thread as if nothing new had happened. "Teehee~well let's go, let's go!" He rushed over to the store and greeted the man inside. But it wasn't a regular greeting. Nono, Klaren greeted the man by attempting to mimic his dance. "What're we dancing to~?" He asked happily as he shook those hips.

SPACE AETHER PRESIDENT HAETHER'S PRIVATE QUEARTERS (F 333,333) - 1:45 pm **NPCs at the scene: Haether, Mason** [VISUAL FEED REDACTED] Music: Deep, deep conversations~ "Please, Mason, will you pass me that tea biscuit?" Haether asks nonschalantly, gesturing towards the Vice President as she read the reports on her A-Comm. "This is not good...not in the slightest..." She mutters to herself, but still waves her hand at him to hurry. Mason, on the other hand, had been enjoying the view of the Prez's private quarters, located at floor 333,333 of the Headquarters. He sighs in annoyance as she requests the bisquit, which he eventually passes over to her from the jar on the table, subtly grabbing one for himself as well. Haether raises her brow at him and grins, at which he blushes ever so slightly, his face remaining stoic, however. "Congratulations, it took you only 1 hour and 29 minutes to figure that out, Your Grace." He responds coldly, a bit rushed. He refuses to look the woman in the eyes, his thoughts seemingly wandering somewhere far away. "Oh my, what a scary tone." She bites into the biscuit. "Suppose I should go assist the Retrieval Team personally?" She looks at him expectantly. "No." He replies. "Putting you at risk is out of question with all the commotion outside, even if it would ease the masses. There's a lot of discord among the crowds. People have had loved ones in the Micro Grid at the time of #08's appearance. We have a huge rescue mission ahead of ourselves. And the timing couldn't have been worse-people are blaming us for it. Especially you, President. Someone seems to have leaked information into the public that you arranged the unannounced trial of the Aether Net system that ultimately disrupted the dimensional planes, causing an unexpected, massive emergence of the new Nexus. In a way, you really are to blame." "I was the one who leaked the information." "What?" Mason turns rapidly at the woman's words, shock apparent in his eyes. She, however, laughs. "April Fool's, you big dumbo!" "...but...it's not even April-!!! Nor are we still using that calendar..." "Oh, I am well aware. That's the whole joke." The woman replies, going back to sipping her tea and reading the reports, leaving Mason to wallow for a while longer. He seems to have broken from the conversation. He stares outside once more, mouth agape, dead inside. ZETA'S RESIDENCE - ??? am/pm **NPCs at the scene: Zeta** "I think he just disappears for that time! One moment he's here with some funny looking Pokemon and the other they're gone!" Zeta answers joyfully. "My sisters go with him, though. They say I'll be able to go with them soon too. That the Thousand-Year Wait is finally coming to a close. I wonder what that means~ Oh, and I can't call Lumi back. If he wants to come back, he'll come back. Otherwise...I'm sorry for your doll. And Murki can't track him because he just moves with the shadows. Anyways, let's go in!" Kai opens the door and Zeta and the others enter. The interior of the house is bathed in the same bluish hue. However, the crystalline structure of the house has been fully equipped and is nearly unrecognizable from its outside composition. Various knick-knacks adorn the walls, with two frames leading on to a staircase and other leading deeper into the house. You assume that the tree sprouted there. Zeta rushes into this doorframe and returns a moment later with a regular glass cup. She hands it to Kai happily and smiles. Murki perches onto a nest made for her up above the doorframe. Meanwhile, Zeta offers Carbink a place to rest on a comfy, antique-looking pillow. Carbink gladly accepts. She then welcomes everyone inside and offers them chairs to sit around the table. Shelly finds nothing of note. Everything looks...normal. What you'd expect from a household. The only difference is the lack of any kind of food or drink in sight. Zeta also doesn't ask you if you'd wanna have a drink. You feel weirded out by this. Kinda. "S-so, what were we gonna do now that we're here? Maybe you could show me the leaves on the wooden tree that appeared!" The girl turns to the crew. MEGGIE'S RESCUE TEAM (KALVA, EMMANUEL, SENA) Emmanuel's check-up yield inconclusive results. The water seems to be just that-water. Meggie looks away from Emmanuel and Poochy. She proceeds to walk in front of them, ignoring them as they left the clearing and the odd stone monument. Kalva only needs to wait one moment before an audio channel opens up on his A-Comm and he hears Gina's blaring voice: "Oh thank the Star, Kalva, my boy, you're all right! I am so happy, happy, happy!!! Hear that, Stu? Our Kalva is fine!" Kalva knows that Stu is Gina's Skuntank. "But don't do something reckless like this ever again! I'll report to the rest that you've eased the situation. You can look forward to some sort of reward when you come back, most likely. Now, HQ requests I inquire about this 'trainer' you just mentioned. Who is this person? Have they been transported here during the emergence of #08? Are there any more people with her? From what I understand from these readings, the rest of you are with this person already, correct?"

Georgey remains mostly unresponsive to the calls of awakening. He rolls over onto his back and starts snoring loudly. He could always eat the breakfast in bulk with lunch later anyways.

Klaren gave it his all, but in the end, he fell behind Rosalyva. Way behind. When she turned to wait for Klaren, she would see him running (more like, thrudging as the limits of his strength) towards her from the distance, panting, kinda sweaty, but happy. "Aaaaah, you...you're just too fast, phewie-!" He stops, thankful to be able to catch his breath, as he leans on his knees with his hands. But they were there, at the market! All they needed to do now was find that super golden thread. "It's okay, Lily. I bet we all feel on edge now that the king is here. Some of us are just better at handling the pressure, obviously~teehee!" He giggles innocently, shaking his head and wiping the sweat off with his sleeve. "Let's find that thread super fast so we can get back to everyone and see how they're doing, then, okie~?" He adds as he starts browsing the nearby stalls.

ZETA'S CREW As you approach the house, its structure becomes clearer to you. Adorned by a calming, cyan hue emanating from the crystalline formation Zeta calls her house, the venue is a sight to behold, even more so for its simplicity. It also becomes clear that the tree sticking out of it isn't actually supposed to be there (it seems to have broken through the crystalline structure of the house).......and you assume the bushes around the house weren't there from the start either.........since, you know, everything else is just made of crystal. Zeta giggles at her companions. "I have cups, yes~Oh, and Father only comes once every year to check up on me, so he's not gonna get back home for a while." The girl says as if it was nothing, putting on a blysful smile. "The tree's a new thing. It's made out of w-w-wood? Oh, and these little trees are new~" She points at the bushes, confirming your hunches. Zeta wiggles out of Kai's hold, stepping on her own two feet, albeit somewhat uncertainly. "Let's go inside so I can show you everything! And so I can give you the cup!" She adds as she gestures towards the door. You can either take her up on the offer or decide to explore the exterior of the house. Anthony turns to Kai and Shelly and nods, while his Carbink floats around aimlessly, being all cute and stuff, like a rock with bunny-ears should <3 "There were three shadows that took it...those Sableye we saw, I think..." "Sableye?" Zeta turns. "Luuumi!!! Oh, he's such a troublemaker!" MEGGIE'S RESCUE TEAM (KALVA, EMMANUEL, SENA) Emmanuel doesn't notice any unusual herbs. Everything he sees is straight out of the Academy's herbology book, listed as pretty generic flora for all the Micro Grid Preservation Nexuses. He comes across a wild Oran berry tree and picks up the 3 ripe berries dangling from its branches. Fortunately, the Kakuna let him do it without incident. [Emmanuel got 3 Oran berries!] Meanwhile, Kalva finds out that the yellow object is a Revive. He digs it out and puts it into the bag folder of his A-Comm. [Kalva got 1 Revive!] Meggie grunts and looks at Poochy, who puts her tail between her legs and whimpers, at which Meggie just snorts and crosses her arms. If you're all done, you can kinda feel the Kakuna won't be happy if you hang around too long, even if you have saved the Beedrill, you were still the ones who KO'd them in the first place. Emmanuel can run a basic check-up of the water-like substance's composition on his A-Comm if he wants.

"O-oh, I get it, I get it, Lily. We gotta be super serious now that the big bad has arrived at the city." He clenches his fists, feigning utter melodrama as he extends them to the sky. "We shall make with haste then!" He says in as deep a voice as he could muster, but then turns to Rosalyva, winks at her, and runs off towards where he remembered the market to be. "Last one to get there is a Teri when he tries to hit something with his magic~"

That's fine, Mr. Trump Weasel. You are going to be missed. And thank you for your kind words and your participation. So from now on, Anthony is an NPC, because I can't just uninvent him~he won't be a part of the main party anymore, though. If anyone wants to join in place of S34N1C as a new player character, shoot me a PM and I'll consider it.

"G-go down to check..?" Georgey answers meekly. "We have a hatch?" He adds confusedly. The sound of marching alerts him and he goes back down the stairs to check if the pikes were gone from the door. In case there are no pikes left, Georgey hesitantly opens the door, but only if Robert is with him as well.

ZETA'S CREW "Lone Star?" Zeta replies confusedly. She puts a finger to her chin, looking deep in thought contemplating something. "So a Mother is like another Father? I have just one Father, so I guess I don't have a Mother." She holds on to Kai tight as she speaks and lets out a cheery giggle, obviously not really understanding the concept Kai was trying to introduce her to. She laughs when Kai makes a smiley grimace. "You're funny~!" She replies. "Father taught me everything I know about Pokemon and how great they are! He taught me how to gather Star Pieces and how to make potions to treat my friends' wounds. I love him!" The crew would notice that the path curves slightly to the left and starts climbing up a not very steep hill. The forest has cleared a bit and the crew can see a structure on top of the hill-a square structure with what appears to be a big tree on one side. Zeta chirps as she sees it and turns to Radovan. "Here it is! That's my house!" She says eagerly, pointing towards it. Murki flies up with a 'kraaaaaaaaaaa' and starts circling over you happily. You don't see any figures around the house. MEGGIE'S RESCUE TEAM (KALVA, EMMANUEL, SENA) The team successfully drop the Beedrill off by the side of the woodlands, the Kakuna stalking their every move for signs of any suspicious behavior. They remain silent, though. Meanwhile, Emmanuel gathers some of the water. He cannot send it to HQ immediately but he can send it to the rest of the Cadets here. Meggie looks at Kalva and growls a bit, but more out of confusion. She moves in a semi-wide arc around him to climb out of the muddy terrain. Her feet slump into the wet soil with every step. She seems unhurt though. Only dirty. [The team notices something yellow protruding from the ground next to the spot they left the Beedrill at. They can check out what it is if they want.]

"I-Iunno. But I don't think I trust them...I just wanna go sleep..." Georgey yawns, eager on his feet to get back down with his backup. "S-so let's go..?"

On his way up, however, Georgey hears some shouting from somewhere that creeps him out even more. He runs instead of walking slowly up the stairs and also adds a part about a weird scary voice coming from nowhere at the lowest floor to the two other watchmen.
