Trainer Class: Bully Rank: Executor What is the goal of the group?: Hit Fern right in the face every time he says something selfish or being ignorant (its a full time job as you can understand) Would your group be an Antagonist to a Protagonist or an Ally?: Mostly ally unless protagonist is a masochist and likes to knee in front of Fern to get out of a fucking wooden cage! Group's Type Specialty : The team specializes in pokemon with the abilities of Iron Fist, Intimidate, Huge Power, Rivarly and Sheer Force and pokemon that uses any punching move, Double Slap, Force Palm, Arm Thrust, Close Combat, Revenge, Wake Up Slap, Double Hit, Pound, Rage, Outrage, Slam and Thrash

Wild Tentacool apeared! Wild Tentacool used Wrap! Me: Now die stupid jellyfish and let me go capture that Articuno Enemy Tentacool's attack continues! Me: Will they refund me a DS broken in half? -
Jynx deserves an evolution with a much better design! I also though it was a part of a trio with Magmar and Electubuzz, who got cool evolutions in gen 4. Mightyena is also a good candidate to get an evolution since its stats are mediocore. Eevee definetely needs the dragon type evolution to pair with Sylveon. I can also see Dedenne getting an evolution, but there is no way to be cuter that it already is <3 And last Golduck needs to evolve into a Water/Psychic type with Magic Guard/Bounce.

I'm not that good in monotypes but I am very sure that every bug monotype need a spinner! Stealth Rock just destroys this team, so you might think to add a Forretress for hazzard control or a defog Scizor. Also why no Speed Boost in Scolipede? It's really frail so Posion Point is almost useless. And you can utilize Baton Pass this way too! For your mega slot between M-Heracross and M-Scizor I'd say M-Scizor cause it offers priority which your team lacks. Another option is M-Beedrill with its insane offensive pressure. Galvantula doesn't need HP Water at all. A super effective HP Water hit less than a neutral Thunder and the same as a neutral Bug Buzz. The only pokemons it hits for better damage are Camerupt and Magcargo (rock/ground dual types are also x4 weak to Energy Ball). I'd say a team like this is a bit better:

With the announcement of the next Pokemon games Sun & Moon today we also learned that the digital copies of Red,Blue and Yellow that will be available tomorrow will also have the ability to send pokemon to Pokemon Bank. That means that pokemon with special moves can be available to newer games that are curently unobtainable. In the Pokemon Direct it stated that the gen 1 pokemon will be able to be tranferd to Pokemon S&M but it wasn't clear if they will be abe to be transfered over X&Y or ORAS. But since the gen 6 games also use the Pokebank lets assume that they will! From the top of my head I remember Submission and Tri Attack to be learnable through TM, so we might see some weird sets in some older pokemon, or even to newer if they become passable through breeding! What are your thoughts about it? What can we expect from older pokemons be transfered to the new games? How the differnt IV system will work?

People you all forget the easiest gym puzzle! Jasmine's gym was completely empty without even trainers in it. Some of you may say that obtaining and giving the Secretpotion to Ampharos is an alternative to gym puzzle, but it doesn't excuses how plain and borin her gym was inside! As for hardest puzzles: Kanto: Lt. Surge's stupid reseting switches. Honorable mention Koga's invinsible walls when you play on you GBA at night under your christmas tree's lights. Jhoto: Pryce's gym cause I was bored to think clear and just moved in random directions. Honorable mention probably Morty's gym cause my friend spoiled me the puzzle before I get there, so I found it easy. Hoenn: Lisa's & Tate's gym in Emerald with rotating statues and teleporters. Honorable mention Flannery's hole things. Sinnoh: Crasher Wake's flooding gym. Honorable mention Volkner's spinning gears. Unova: Clay's maze pltaforms in B2W2. Honorable mention Skyla's air blowing machines cause you need a good timing in B2W2. Kalos: Haven't played yet but I have heard that all gyms are easy...

Reuniclus doesn't have enough speed to hold Sablenite. If a pokemon's stat drops to 0 or below it can't hold that mega stone. You can try Cameruptite on Reuniclus and see how it works. It still gets an acceptable bulk boost and drops its speed to base 10 + its most usable moves are affected by Sheer Force except Psyshock Edit: With a quick teambuilding you can see how strong Reuniclus is http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-336139622

Most disgusting Mew I have ever faced! It was there only to stall and nothing else. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-333920971

But according to Serebii IT IS boosted by Strong Jaw! http://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/strongjaw.shtml What we really need is Super fang get boosted by Strong Jaw!!! 75% per hit will make the beloved rat broken as hell -
Blue Orb Escavalier with Counter/Drill Run/Megahorn/Iron Head is the answer to any Entei set! Unfortunately I have not saved any replays but I have to say that this thing is one of the best counter meta pokemon. It cheks any Entei, Glalitite Weavile, Altarianite Zygarde, Altarianite Noivern, any Victiny set and can be a very good surprise factor for physical Aerialate pokemon.

After I saw a video of PokeaimMD using Feint over Quick Attack on Mega Pinsir, I understand how much underrated it is! Now I always prefer it over other weaker priority moves. It feels good indeed when you break your opponent's stall slowly, giving him a taste of how frustrating it is! And I definetely didn't screamed YES when his Chansey faint. (Also the battle was so long that my screen went to screensaver lol)
-
Wow! All the vids were so well made that I can't believe are fanmade! Especially that Mega Bannete is going to hunt me in my dreams for the rest of my life. On a side note, are all the pokemon of each type included in their respective videos? Cause I didn't see the Venonat line in Poison types, or did I miss them?

Tomas Elliot presents: a Mix and Mega RMT, featuring Nova
pyrromanis replied to Tomas Elliot's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Classic Mix and Mega team that gets the job done most of the times! I just want to point some things: Lopunnite>Mewtwonite X 100% of the time for Lando! The speed boost upon mega evolving is crucial since the Incarnate form of Landorus is outsped by many pokemon. It already has high attack and most pokemon in this tier get 1 or 2 shot either way. Also Steadfast will be as useless as Scrappy since the most common Fake Out users hold Glalitite or Pinsirite which are super effectice and hit really hard. And even if it gets the Steadfast boos it is still weak to all the Espeed spammers. Since you were using Flygon with Altarianite for the typing you can try it on Lando and replace Noivern's mega stone with Salamencite and see how it works. Personally I prefer Air Slash over Hurricane for the flinches and accuracy since most of the times you will spam Boomburst, but that's upon your preferences. Get rid of poison Jab. As you have said yourself you almost never use the coverage moves. Give it Low Kick to crash opposing Heatrans that think they can wall you. Usualy you can't KO it with one Fake Out followed by a Low Kick, so you need to wear it down a bit before. Also Feint can be used as a surprised factor for weakened Espeed spammers that think can revenge kill you! Since you run Healing Wish on Blissey, you can drop Wsih-Protect for Softboiled and a coverage move to hit ghosts. Last but not least, THESE FREAKIN SPRITES ARE AWESOME!!!- 15 replies

If you could make your own mega evolution...

I was thinking for a mega Castform with an ability like this, but then its moveset would be really messed up since each weather requires different moves. So I was thinking to give it different mega stones for each weather (+Sandstorm), like Castformite Rain/Sun/Sand/Hail! -
Yeah its speed is a bit let down. That's why I chose to team it with speed passing Mew. Honestly I just like to try underated pokemons with weird mega stones and not to make a viable team at all. Most people are using the same mons with the same stones/orb cause it's more efficient, but it's kinda boring to face the same sets all the time :/. Every match is pixilate/aerialte ESpeed users (Entei,Zygarde,Arcanine), Glalitite Weavile/Kyurem, Pidgeotite Gengar/Tornadus, Slowbronite Blissey or any defensive pokemon with Sablenite. You either face super fast wallbreakers, strong priority users or bulky as hell pokemon.

I finally managed to pull an Electivire sweep in Mix&Mega! Also I love when Red Orb Froslass catch opponents off guard http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-328514500

If you could make your own mega evolution...

I just want to transfer one of my ideas from another thread to this one. Mega Shedinja: pure Ghost type Ability: Wonder Guard Stats: HP 1 -> 1 Attack 90 -> 125 (+35) Defence 45 -> 10 (-35) Sp. Attack 30 -> 50 (+20) Sp. Defence 30 -> 10 (-20) Speed 40 -> 140 (+100) Concept: the ghost that is inside the shell is now free, that's why it looses the bug typing You may say that I did exactly the opposite that Nick said , but it's Shedinja! It is bad in every way! Still the mega dies to ANYTHING! -
Exactly that, plus some mega stones add or replace the secondary type. The team is built from yourself not randomized, and that is I like from this metagame! I think this is the second time Mix & Mega is available on showdown, so it has some specific ruleset from the revious one that I'm not totaly aware :/

I played for the 1st time today Mix & Mega and it was absolutely fun! Even if the luck wasn't on my side http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-326867767
