Praise The Sun... and Moon - Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon
pyrromanis replied to Godot's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
I just want to see the 1st stages of the starters! If I see a bipedal fire starter it will pretty much confirm the chinese leaks completely (meaning that I will choose that gorgeous Poplio's siren evo <3). Also I want to see that freaking dolphin the leaks mentioned, as well as some new moves (pls give a good special rock move...) -
Hidden abilities work like normal abilities in Reborn. If you soft reset for a starter it may has its HA. In case you alredy pick your starter and came with Blaze/Torrent, there is an item called Ability Capsule that changes the ability to the next one. There are a few hidden in the early game and you can buy as many as you want later on.

The best starter that everyone agrees is Blaziken! It can sweep most fights and makes the game way easier than it is. Mega evolution is in the game, but we currently don't have access to mega ring. Don't worry though, in the next Episode (update) it will be available but I don't think we will have access to any of the starters mega stones... If you want a good starter I'd say choose either Greninja, Infernape or Serperior. These are the most solid starters behind Blaziken ofc

If you could make your own mega evolution...

Mega Skuntank Poison/Dark Ability: Fur Coat HP 103 Attack 93 -> 123 Defence 67 -> 80 Sp. Attack 71 -> 102 Sp. Defence 61 -> 71 Speed 84 -> 100 Skuntank's mega evolution becomes as fluffy as M-Altaria and gets a very fitting ability in Fur Coat! M-Skuntank gets decent offensive stats and can threaten most mons with its dual STAB. Even steel types that think can wall it get hit hard from Fire Blast. Outside of attacking, Skuntank can work as a Defoger with Fur Coat helping it taking physical hits with ease and remove away the hazzards or cripple a switch ins with Toxic. Other options are Haze, Memento, Taunt and Roar. Sets: Offensive: Defensive: Cals: Mega Mothim Bug/Flying Ability: Simple HP 70 Attack 94 Defence 50 -> 60 Sp. Attack 94 -> 114 Sp. Defence 50 -> 80 Speed 66 -> 106 Too tired for Mothim right now. Just Quiver Dance and GG! -
EEEYYYY! Emboar in OU Also that Lando-T set up looked realy scary . If it used Rock Polish too, it would be gg...

But we can clearly see Dratini's nest in the Ametrine mountain through the pokedex. And since there is no where to find with surf, waterfall, dive and good rod the only assumption is that is available with super rod! We don't need to mess with rpgmaker to reach that conclusion...

pyrromanis replied to Makkilemore's topic in Creative Works
WOW! So many wonderful sprites you have done! I want to request an Emboar-Seismitoad and a Seismitoad-Emboar Fusion! -
Disgusting teams from both sides! Also Focus Blast hit at -1 accuracy http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/natureswap-427075946

Who would your trainer in the anime be?
pyrromanis replied to Jmanultrax1's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
#NOTASH On a serious note, probably James! That man loves his pokemon soooooo much! Imo is the only well written character in the anime... -
If you would make your own Alola Form Pokemon...?
pyrromanis replied to Ironbound's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Alola Jynx that will be a Hulla dancer and be a Grass/Fire type. Grass due to the skirt and Fire due to the buring poles they hold. Also Dark/Flying Golbat (and Crobat) would be cool! -

Pokemon XY and XY&Z. Did the Pokemon Anime get better?
pyrromanis replied to ArmoredGuardian's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
What I want to see is Gioavani taking action against Team Flare! We saw once he seemed interested about the existance of Team Flare and I realy want to see him again outside of cameos... And since the psychic Gym Leader saw that Team Rocket will have a big part in the Kalos crisis, I'm expecting something big from them! -

Are you sure you put 137 base attack? It looks very weak for a STAB Quick Attack...Maybe it's just that bad :| -
Quick notes: Avalugg as an ice type has weakness to Steel types not Fighting. Also there is no percentages in the TCG, so the 1/4 damage from its ability can't be applied. Make it flat out damage, usualy effects like this do 20-30 damage. EX pokemon are basic pokemon, so Solari's Garchomp shouldn't evolve from Gabite. Also Chatot has way too low HP for an EX. The lowest HP for EX I think is Pikachu with 90 and after that they are some legendaries like Mew, Shaymin etc. with 110-120 HP.

If you could make your own mega evolution...
pyrromanis replied to Lord Chespin's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
It's been a while since a created some megas. Today I decided to do some favorites! Mega Clawitzer Water Ability: Mega Launcher HP 71 Attack 73 - 93 Defence 88 - 93 Sp. Attack 120 - 160 Sp. Defence 89 - 103 Speed 59 - 70 I don't have to say much about this. Straightforward boosts to my beloved shrimp's stats. Mega Launcher and 160 Sp. Attack nukes everything together with the awesome coverage it has. M-Clawitzer speed ties with base 70 mons now and the small defencive boosts will help it take better some non-STAB moves better. Mega Zoroark Dark Ability: Disguise HP 60 Attack 105 -> 120 Defence 60 -> 70 Sp. Attack 120 -> 140 Sp. Defence 60 -> 85 Speed 105 -> 135 How much I love this pokemon is beyond words! It's not weird that is my 3rd favorite pokemon behind Lucario and Emboar. I instantly loved its unique ability that trolls enemies hard! Too bad it was too broken and GF had to create team preview . But its mega evolution is not about Illusion but about a new signature ability SM is going to give us! You may think that Disguise fits perfectly with Mimikyu since it is tied with its design, but I beleive it can fit perfectly with Zoroark's powers. You may think how can Zoro put a Disguise and what it would be look like. Honestly, I'm not quite sure, but it certainly would have to do with the last pokemon in the party! Maybe it should change its color pallet to resemble the last member, dunno. Whatever, M-Zoroark is a better glass cannon than base form and the ability actualy helps it survive at least 1 hit. Its base speed brings it at the point where M-Lop and M-Mane are and its offencive stats let it hit from the both sides of spectrum. Special note for Sucker Punch, which I think it will be the pokemon with the strongest priority in the game (not sure, don't take my word for granted). -
Man I can't keep thinking of making these cards! I think I am addicted!!! 7th Street's Salesman (trainer): discard 2 cards from your hand. Search your deck for a pokemon card, show it to your opponent and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards (that's actualy what Ultra Ball does, but this is not an item thus can be used under item lock) Flower Charm (pokemon tool): attach this card to a pokemon that doesn't have another pokemon tool attached to it. The pokemon this card is attached to can't be affected by any effect by your opponent's attacks or cards. Team Meteor's Hellicopter (trainer): ignore any effect that restricts the retreat of your active pokemon for this turn. Big Top Arena (stadium): flip coins used for attacks are all treated as heads. Flip coins that require tails to stop are not affected.
-
Orderly John's Secret Plan (supporter): discard all cards in your hand. Search your deck for any card and put in your hand as many as the cards you discarded. Shuffle your deck afterwards. An OP supporter for such a powerful personality like John's Also pocky, what's the reason to shuffle the deck after you put the cards on the bottom? Usualy you don't shuffle if you don't search the whole deck... On a side note about PULSES. Since we are going to make them quite OP why we don't restrain them a little bit? How about only one PULSE pokemon at a time in play per player?

Make your own Pokemon moves and comment on others.
pyrromanis replied to Ayumu's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Cool move! Kinda like Magnet Rise but the opposite .Too bad that if GF created a move like this they would distribute it only to ground pokemon #kappa -
If I was on my pc, I would definetely make these cards! I hope I can find time when I return to my appartment on the weekend!
-
Time for some more Charlotte's Typhlosion (stage 2, evolves from Quilava, fire, 120 HP): Energy Ball- 1 grass and 1 colorless energy. 50 damage. Pokemon that are weak to grass takes double damage from this attack. Death Erruption- 4 fire energies. Insta KO every pokemon the opponent has! (just kidding ) 100 damage. Choose one benched pokemon the opponent has. This attack does 30 damage to that pokemon (don't apply weakness/resistances for benched pokemon) Mirror Field (stadium): whenever a pokemon attacks flip a coin. If tails the attack does nothing and put 2 damage counters on the attacking pokemon. Amethyst Crystal (item): search your deck for a psychic or fairy pokemon and a psychic or fairy energy. Show them to your opponent and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards. Blue Moon Ice Cream (item): choose a pokemon that has a water energy attached to it. Remove all damage counters on that pokemon. Shade (supporter): choose one of your benched pokemon. Return it to you hand and all cards attched to it. (kind like the current AZ, but a bit different) Kiki's Ghost (supporter): put a pokemon from your discard pile into your hand.

I just remembered when the English teacher asked me in the classroom why I knew the definition of a word and the others didn't (trying to get the answer that I studied and learned it...)! My answer "I play Pokemon a lot" was definetely an answer she didn't expect to hear lol

If you could make your own mega evolution...
pyrromanis replied to Lord Chespin's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
I heard you like Mega Mudkipz! (yes, I know Mudkip is pure Water and not Water/Ground): Mega Quagsire Water/Ground Ability: Unaware HP 95 Attack 85 -> 110 Defence 85 -> 120 Sp. Attack 65 -> 85 Sp. Defence 65 -> 100 Speed 35 -> 20 Quagsire is one of the few pokemons that have manage to raise straight from the NU to OU. But it seems that it couldn't stay there for too much and become to steadily drop. The stat boost from a mega evo can easily place it in OU again and probably stay there forever. Mega Whiscash Water/Ground Ability: Mold Breaker HP 110 Attack 78 -> 123 Defence 73 -> 98 Sp. Attack 76 -> 86 Sp. Defence 71 -> 81 Speed 60 -> 70 Just a worst M-Gyarados tbh... What makes M-Whiscash different than Megados is the less weaknesses and STAB EQ. Other than that, just a worst Mold Breaker Dragon Dancer. Mega Gastrodon East Water/Ground Ability: Dazzling HP 111 Attack 83 -> 88 Defence 68 -> 100 Sp. Attack 92 -> 107 Sp. Defence 82 -> 130 Speed 39 Mega Gastrodon West Water/Ground Ability: Stamina HP 111 Attack 83 -> 108 Defence 68 -> 93 Sp. Attack 92 -> 122 Sp. Defence 82 -> 102 Speed 39 Gastrodon is going to be the 1st Mega that gets 2 different mega evos but with only one mega stone. Each different form of Gastrodon gets different stats and abilities but both focus to be more defencive. Mega Seismitoad Water/Ground Ability: Protean HP 105 Attack 95 -> 135 Defence 75 -> 80 Sp. Attack 85 -> 110 Sp. Defence 75 -> 80 Speed 74 -> 99 I know I made another M-Seismitoad a while back together with the other frogs, but I said 'why not another one?'. Then you see Protean with 135/110 offences and you say that this is stronger than Greninja, and we all know how broken it was for OU. But Seismitoad has neither the coverage nor the Speed Graninja has to make it that broken. 99 Speed lets it get outsped by the myriads of base 100 and they can easily utilize Seismitoad's type that gets changing constantly.
