Sorry Daze, but the Mr. Robotnik mustache points towards that direction. I know you maybe didn't like it when Chesnaught got the beard, but I personally think a cat with fire mutton chops looks pretty neat.

Why do you have a problem with Water/Fighting? We only have Keldeo and Poliwrath with this typing, and one of them hardly has any gimmick to be used in the higher tiers. Keldeo is a good pokemon that would be devastating if it had an ability that's not useless, and is a special attacker that has the potential to hit both spectrums. A purely physical Water/Fighting is what I wanted from this generation. I also don't understand the hate on Fire/Ground. Sure, a slow camel with a mega evolution didn't convince you of the type, but the argument on the X4 weakness is not so well-based. Gliscor, Garchomp, Ferrothorn, Magnezone, Celebi, Tyranitar, Swampert, and Volcarona have X4 weaknesses and are some of the best pokemon to use in competitive. Without taking abilities, stats, and moves into consideration, I believe the argument on typings is void. Not to mention it's a huge offensive power without factoring in non-STAB moves. Let's all agree we love the Grass/Flying owl and hope it stays that way. If it turns into a Grass/Ground type, I don't think many people will want to buy this gen, me included. But if it does stay Grass/Flying, I'm going to have so much fun with it. OWLRIGHT!!!

Repeating what I said at the status: They could make a burrowing owl and destroy Rowlet, as Hoehe mentioned. Grass/Flying -> Grass -> Grass/Ground I prefer Grass/Flying, to be honest. It cancels out the Water/Fighting part and makes the pokemon interesting. Definitely better than Grass/Ground. Also, a Fire/Ground type certainly cancels the SR weakness which makes Litten's popularity skyrocket.

That's far from what I'm saying. I said that the stall-mons that came to OU from UU or NU, won't enter Ubers because they cannot be as problematic as AR suggested. Plus a recently RU pokemon entering Ubers is absurd, because it's supposed to be doing well in RU, but suddenly OU can't take it? Like, it's viable in a lower tier, but broken in a higher one? That's what I was arguing against. Sincerely, Zapdos didn't need to rise to OU. Now my best teams are illegal. Anyway, I'll go back to UU when I find time to team build in it.

That could be a Poker Face for all I care. EndureChomp, Reversal, Flail, Sash / Sturdy Metal Burst, Sexplosion etc

Bear in mind, that this will be an opportunity for newer players to learn. Every week there will be challenges, and people will collectively help in teambuilding, scouting and testing teams. Even if it's 7 people that will fight when the day comes, the others will not be simply sitting idly in the background. That of course is meant to be something organized within each nation, but the general concept is teamwork and execution.

I hope there will be an option to turn those spectators and trainer off. Also I don't want my battles to last forever when I grind.
