So if Jotaro and Diavolo were to face off amd activate their abilities nearly at the same time (Jotaro bring slightly faster), would the Ora barrage Diavolo takes in stopped time hit him once time resumes, or could he narrowly avoid it because of KC?
Good point, but then the question is what is the range of it? He was below the church when Giorno, at the boat, noticed it first. And later it was while they were going to Pollnaref but couldn't hear the fight going on
It might be variable; either actively controlled or just based on state of mind. The times where it seemed to not be noticed by people close by were generally times when he was trying to be sneaky/evasive.
True, though it might also have something to do with the perceptional skills of the person noticing it: as even when trying to kill Pollnaref, he didn't notice it outside of the blood trick.
