Don't they only give the essence on the first kill? or is that not what you meant? (farming one)
Finding the warrior graves is generally the way to go.  (also getting 2300 eventually is worth it imo)

I remember on my first playthough I only got dreamgate right near the end of the game (doing what you're doing basically) but the second time I basically 'rushed' it, and it was so nice to have for removing the runback to some bosses

The thing is I think there's only about 2 Graves left for me. On in the Kingdom's edge, and one in deepnest. And the one in Kingdom's Edge is fitting with the area: seemingly simple but annoying as all hell. And my sense of direction hates deepnest so I doubt I'll find that one any some soon

Ah, I guess a lot of your current essence must be from the other 5 then. and yeah Markoth is definitely the hardest warrior dream.
deepnest is definitely a place for frequent map checking, though if you've been in the room before and bought the pins from iselda it might be marked?
