it wouldn't have but still. the only move you go for is a 10 (I think?) base power resisted hit. hgss really buffed him where it was needed, that U-turn scyther can be a bitch
nope. fury cutter from gen II to IV had a mere base power of 10 when you first used it. on top of that, bugsys scyther in gsc didnt know aerial ace- its stuck with fury cutter, quick attack and leer.
