  1. So, this might be a terrible idea. But can you mod Borderlands/Borderlands 2? And if so, does anyone know a modder who could change the playable characters into Freelancers from RvB? Playing as Agent Washingtub would be a dream come true

I've looked around before, but there seems to be very little, which I assume means it's difficult to mod. There's a thing called the community patch which does some nice things like rebalances loot pools a bit to be more interesting, buffs some weak skills and unique/legendary items and adds a couple QoL changes like auto-pickup Eridium, which is nice. Would recommend.

here's the link to the easy way to install it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Borderlands/comments/5xvdnh/borderlands2patcher_patcher_for_borderlands2exe/

I think I maybe also remember seeing some kind of texture mod but it didn't look like anything good had been made for it.

Ye l doubt you'll find much l'm afraid as far as l'm aware Gearbox are one of those companies that are super against modding so they don't make it easy to really get in there and pry around. THe main thing will probs be QoL mods like above cause those mods like almost always get made XD

Pretty much every game has them somewhere, cause gamers are always gonna want stuff to run as smooth as possible so they'll move mountains to get it done.
