IF there was a Pokemon game with every Region, every Pokemon... it would be huge! also in a normal Pokemon game you reach the Elite 4 with Pokemon around Level 60-70. In Gold / Silver you can visit Kanto after the elite 4... and let me tell you this: I swept Kantos Gyms without mercy... there was no challange! I was like: "hmmm Brock... he uses Rock/Ground... Go Feraligator!" I didn't even lose one Pokemon in any of those battles! Because I knew what types they used...so I just straight forward countered them. With all regions you had to use a dynamic Level System. So that the Leader you are facing is equal to your Levels... it wouldn't be fund if you went through Kanto, Unova and Sinnoh and than go to Johto and face Bugsys Level 24 Scyther, while your Pokemon would be already Level 100. And don't come with an MMORPG-Argument... we all know it would leave the world in ruin... were Nintendo rules all and no one is working enymore (because everyone would be playing the Pokemon MMO, and therefore giving Nintendo our money...)

How old are the Gems? How old is the Citrea arc'd astrea? Reborn City was build on tob of the ruins of this old civilisation (iirc). Way back when Reborn City wasn't even build, the Gems could have been given to 4 'High-Priests' or something like that, and then they were passed on from Generation to Generation, to keep them safe (and maybe El is one of those old High-Priests who was trapped at the Arc like Adrienn, how could he know so much about it, if he weren't there before and all doors are sealed...) Now after many years the Gems have been scattered, and lost their original line of heritage.

but the mining rocks are to valuable for heartscales... fossils, plates, other cool stuff (max revive, starpiece etc.)... you may increase the Encounter rate of Luvdisc and leave the Heartscales at it is... seriously 2 hours of fishing and all I got was 80% Basculin and 18% Mantyke 2% Luvdisc - at least it felt like it... (or is the encounter rate different at other times?) and fishing is soooo boring and frustrating... whoever said fishing is relaxing, never did it in a Videogame...^^

Speculation: Lin was the Dragon leader and got replaced by Saphira. (for whatever reason... maybe she was to brutal and killed some pokemon of her challangers??) Then she founded Team Meteor (she was the meteor-leader, or did I mix something up?) to get revenge on the league, and what better way to take revenge than eradicating the whole city and terrorizing Saphiras family? but she told her subordinates (Grunts and Admins) that she wants to get to destroy the City to reach Arceus' Meteor below the City for whatever reason

I know, I know!! Sneasel will be available thorugh trade. but the Pokemon required for the trade is either not available, or something over-powered and hard to find Like Milotic for Sneasel. and Feebas is so hard to get like Beldum. and we only get one Prismscale! so we can't get two Milotics thorugh breeding... except those who have a Prismscal from an older Episode (i saw something like that...)

under the great stairs... and Rock smash is just slightly more useful than tackle... 40 Strength... like tackle... 15 AP (tackle has 40) and the defense down is what makes it slightly more useful... IF IT WOULD HAPPEN more than 10% of the time... I said it often enough... I HATE that move because we have to carry it just to get around...

You could get the Tepig from Pyrous Mountain (Event) and make it an Emboar (Fire/Fighting) that way you could get Fighting STAB-Moves. (but only learns Arm Thrust on level 17 while evolving and Hammerarm via Heartscale as Fighting Moves) You got Houndour after attacking the Aqua base, right? -> Houndoom could also be viable since it can learn Thunder Fang (Heartscale or breeding... don't remember) you cannot get Litwick yet (get one as soon as possible! Chandelure is a BEAST!) I don't know the rest of his team anymore...

Ninetales lead is a must because of drought, which weakens his Water-moves. for Sharpedo and Relicanth, Magmar and Darmanitan are your best bet with his Hidden Power Fighting and Super Power. Maybe give one of them a Black Belt to power up this moves, since improving Fire moves doesn't really help here. (I have one on my Blaziken, but I really don't know anymore where I got it.) Maybe even a Quick Claw to outspeed them and get first hit. with these moves. Is 60 your level cap? I don't really remember anymore^^ Ninetails Will-O-Wisp to cut their Attack in half and inflict end-turn damage might help Cinfuse Ray is also good. since 50% on self hit is pretty strong on physical attackers like Sharpedo. Darmanitan can learn Grass Knot (from TM) to deal with Relicanth, but then you need do delete an old move (maybe Super Power, since you may relearn it for a Heart Scale?) It's a shame we don't have Solar Beam yet...

Official Super Smash Bros. Thread for Wii U and 3DS
Cepheus replied to Maelstrom's topic in Gaming General
release date for 3DS was October, 8th! All aboard the HYPE-Train! @ Abbey Street: actually 4 new Characters! you forgot about the 3 Mii-characters - Brawler, Swordsman and Gunner Each of them with a customizable Moves from a pool of 12! (3 Characters with 36 Moves!!) Is your Body ready? Regis Fils-Aime's sure is -
Isn't Scald the only Water TM other than Rain Dance (which we already got) in Gen6?? Maybe we get HM Waterfall... (since her house is at the celestine cascade...
-
nearing the end of the game? we are just one badge over the half... that way: we still have 8 badges to go. mathematically there could be another 12 Episodes until we challange the league... (ground = Terra, flying = Ciel, water = Amaria, steel = Titania, fairy = Adrienn, rock = Hardy, Fire = Charlotte, dragon = Saphira) and their TMs will be most likeley: Terra: = EQ/Bulldoze Ciel = Arieal Ace / Acrobatics (maybe even HM02 Fly!!) Water = Scald Steel = Gyroball / Flash Cannon Fairy = Dazzling Gleam Rock = Rock Tomb Charlotte = Flamethrower / Overheat Dragon = Dragon Tail / Dragon Claw and TMs I want to see: Energy Ball (Grass Knot is so unreliable because of its damage based on weight) Poison Jab Ice Beam (probably not before Saphira's Dragon Gym... would make it to easy...)

There is always a way around the unstable rocks. sometime you just have to go back a bit. (but I just concluded the waltkthrough)
-
I literally just went through the puzzle again, to write you a small walkthrough, but the last part is still missing

Like gutten_tag said: from those 3 Hawlucha is the best. In addition to his analysis, let me say: Ursaring would get wrecked against Samson. His fighting moves, which get boosted through the Big Top Arena-effect, makes Ursaring a very likely OHKO. Hawlucha with his Flying moves is the best bet, and his Sky Drop also gets the boost from the Big Top Arena-Effect, which could possible OHKO some of his Pokemon. espacially with a Sword Dance setup, since Sword Dances effect is doubled through the Arena-effect! (+4 attack instead of +2) But be carful, his Conkeldurr might know Stone Edge (I don't know it lived only for two turns against my Gardevoir [Calm Mind + Psychic])
-
go south, there should be more stones and crustles... at the end of the southern path is a house. That's where you need to go. It seems like almost everyone who has problems with the puzzle goes north and when they reach the water-tunnel, they just give up... seriously, that puzzle isn't that hard. I found the Heracross/Pinsir puzzle way harder and more annyoing. (The Conkeldurr-Tile Puzzle at the circus took me twice as long as those crustles...) At least with Version 12.1 there is a Character hinting that you can jump these rocks.
-
Unown at Citrea Arc-d'Astrea Aerie (like sandy said) - They vary in level and go up in the 60+ (that's what I have seen) or Tauros and Bouffalant on Route 1 (they are lvl 52)
-
@gutten-tag yeah I totally forgot about Shell Smash at 50 for Omanyte... and currently I don't have anymore Heartscales (was fishing 3 hours for Luvdiscs results: 80% Basculin, 15% Mantykes, 5% Luvdiscs and 0 Heratscales through Thief... was Luvdiscs encounterrate nerfed??) And I don't care for Hydro Pump because I'll get Surf and Dive on it... the other moves will be Shell Smash and Ancient Power.
-
Have you started a new game? Maybe you need to progress further with the story? Like I said I always forgot to check on it... the only difference I can see is that I'm a Magma-guy and completed Ep12, and therefore the Aqua-guys are gone.
-
Well I got Murkrow just now. and I completed Ep12. (always forgot to go catch it on windy days)
-
Just for the lols on this topic, and since I felt like it, with the comic above: (that's where I got that 'fiery wristed ninja chicken' from, when reffering to Blaziken )
-
Considering most of you are here for longer... I just realised when I got there, since ingame we didn't get ver much interaction with both of them. I was like: "Oh... so that's how it is, hu? That's nice, I approve." Either Ame is reading this and giggles, like you said or she is like: "damnit they figured out... got to think of something else!"

Timburr isn't catchable in the wild, but the puzzle is repeatable. (therefore you can get more than one Timburr). You get a one-time Clefairy for hitting 'Powerful' in the bell-game. for every 'Powerful' after that you get a Pokedoll (it's random, keep trying) And for Ralts... for the sake of this location guide and to stop everyone asking everywhere around the forum, heres a guide: You need: - Rock Smash - able to use Rock Smash out of combat - access to the Underground Railnet (after Shades Gym) - the Item 'Magnet Powder' (can be found in the abandoned factory or bought in 7th Street) Here is what you must do:
-
Any item from a WILD POKEMON you got with Thief, you will keep Items from Trainer battles will be given back to the trainer -> you don't keep (so you can't get Ferns bazillion leftovers...) But remember your Pokemon will hold that item after it used Thief! If your pokemon is already holding an item you cannot steal more items! so make sure take away that stolen item after battle.
