  1. A FERN-ACE Anyway, I think this choice changes Titania's dialogue when you leave the Water Treatment Center. After she says "Deliverance will take us up. So I guess I didn't need you after all.", she either says something along the lines of "But still, I'll admit that I'm a bit grateful for your help" or she'll say "And I don't regret it one bit."
  2. Do you have the community release, or the public one? Because the location boxes still pop up for me in the community release.
  3. Personally, I've never needed Common Candies. None of my Pokémon have even reached Level 70 yet, even though I'm completely caught up.
  4. The problem is that there are HUNDREDS of moves that require their own unique animations, and it would be incredibly time-consuming to create an animation for each one. Furthermore, I don't know if anyone on the Reborn development team can even add attack animations to the game. It might be an RPG Maker or Pokémon Essentials issue, rather than a Pokémon Reborn issue.

    Male Villains

As a male, I'll be the first person to admit that your latent bias is entirely founded. We men are total butts.
  6. I saw some of your art on Tumblr through Sleppu! Nice stuff, yo!
  7. I looked at your forum icon and couldn't help but laugh.
  8. Uh, why would Ame fight us? I never said anything about that. She has no beef with us. I don't really see her idly sitting by during a Team Meteor assault on the city, though. Yeah, she might be the Reborn League administrator, but there won't even be a Reborn League to administrate if the city is razed and its inhabitants are eradicated. So with that established, I would like to see her take a stand against Meteor during a critical point in the story. In this scenario, Ame isn't going out of her way to mess with Team Meteor - heck, she isn't even leaving her post. She's defending her city.
  9. Man, this isn't something I had thought of, but it's frickin' amazing. With field effects being such a dynamic new game mechanic, it makes sense to take them into consideration during teambuilding. It's a sign that field effects are a great mechanic. They've fundamentally changed the way we play the game to the point where they affect how we build Pokémon teams. "Yeah, this guy is my physical wall, this other dude is my revenge killer, this one is my bulky sweeper..." "What about that Mamoswine? Suicide lead?" "No, that's my fieldbreaker."
  10. So instead of spending time searching through your bag for the item you're looking for, you'd rather spend that time traveling to a PC and then searching for it in there? The only real argument for organization is that you can keep the most necessary items in your bag while tossing all the objectively superfluous ones into the PC. However, emptying your bag of said superfluous items would still eat up a ton of your time. And what if you clear an area, then have to go find a PC to dump all the niche/unnecessary items that you've picked up from that area? Wouldn't you have to do that for each subsequent area, too? Here, I'll use an example from the most recent episode. In general, though, I've got to agree with Ikaru. If you want the item PC to make a return, you've got to provide the development team with a solid reason.
  11. Scyther and Scizor aren't available yet, unfortunately. Although, for a rough idea of which Pokémon you can expect to find, there is a page that lists all of the currently available Pokémon.
  12. Don't worry, I'm sure a lot of the artists in here will take commissions~
  13. I kinda wish Ame's character would get involved with the fight against Team Meteor just once, when it really matters. She doesn't have to be an Elite Four member or anything, but it would be impactful to see her take a stand against Meteor and say "This is my city, and I WILL protect it." At the very least, I hope we see her helping out with the renovation projects in episode 16!
  14. I mean, I pretty much figured that was the case, but I didn't know if Corey himself was aware.

    Male Villains

Having a larger quantity of male antagonists doesn't necessarily represent Ame's opinion regarding men and women. I think you might be jumping to that conclusion.
  16. As long as I refrained from clicking on threads with spoiler warnings, absolutely nothing was spoiled for me at all. So, it looks like the system works! I think this is a wonderful policy to have. It doesn't have any negative repercussions regarding forum activity, and it lets people play through the new episode unspoiled without needing to avoid these forums like the plague.
  17. When I first played through the part with Corey (back in Episode 11, before the journal was introduced), he was still under the impression that his wife had died to to a machine malfunction during childbirth. Was this changed in later episodes, or did I overlook something?
  18. Cinccino has a special place in my heart. The little fuzzball OHKO'd all of Marlon's Pokémon when I used it in my White 2 Challenge Mode run.
  19. That's what he said! Just beat wild Seel until one drops a badge!
  20. ... ...But I DID defeat Solaris in Apophyll. Nice. I affectionately refer to them as "god boosts." Wait, we can get Life Orb? Did you Thief it from an ally in a previous episode or something?
  21. The Blake + Fern double battle was way harder for me than it should have been, because Florinia had a habit of using Earthquake while I had a Ground-weak Pokémon out and the opponents had a Ground-immune Pokémon out. It was basically a 1v3 battle. So I'd have Magnezone out, Fern has Haxorus with like 2 HP left, and Blake has Rotom-F. Florinia thinks it's a good idea to USE EARTHQUAKE, bringing me down to my Sturdy and finishing off the Haxorus that would've gone down to the sandstorm anyway. Meanwhile, the Rotom outspeeds my Magnezone and hits both of us with Blizzard. WHY DOES FLORINIA EVEN HAVE TWO POKEMON THAT ARE QUAD-WEAK TO ICE, ANYWAY
  22. More like 1. Get a Magnezone with Sturdy and Mirror Coat 2. Use Mirror Coat 3. Win the battle
  23. Yeah, this makes total sense. If we're going to finally return to a Reborn City that's being fixed up by Adrienn, then what better time would there be to challenge the last remaining Gym Leader within the city walls? Furthermore, the doors to Tourmaline Desert are being kept shut due to the train station being out of commission. Adrienn's renovation projects would certainly include fixing the train station, which would result in access to the Desert.
  24. I don't know if it's the right fit for such a long and linear story, though. You could be making all the right decisions and still get a substandard ending because "Uh oh, looks like you missed a police officer in the Beryl Ward three years ago!"
  25. None of my Pokémon could power through it. The most I could do was around 30% with a crit Dragon Pulse from Sniper Kingdra AFTER A SP. DEF DROP. So I had to whittle it down with a Leech Seed from Roserade followed by Will-O-Wisp + Curse from Cofagrigus. Dead Machamp continues to make me proud.
