  1. Using this logic, it's also unfair that some Magic: The Gathering players own cards like Mox Sapphire or Black Lotus because they were around in 1993 to obtain them before they became $5,000 and $30,000, respectively.
  2. aw yea vintage memes Hmm. Maybe a double battle against a team of six Gulpin, where one Gulpin automatically gets Max Revived every turn? That's probably too difficult to code, though.
  3. D'aw. A battle-scarred Aegislash, wanting only to see an end to the bloodshed.
  4. I am aware. It depends on whether your definition of a loss is the appearance of the text "PLAYER is out of usable Pokémon!" or "PLAYER blacked out!"
  5. Which Nuzlocke ruleset do you follow? Blacking out counts as a game over under normal circumstances, yeah?

    question

Maybe if they were more creative or contextually sensible or... not a giant run-on sentence? With that said, though, I am quite a fan of puns.
  7. Yeah, it requires the right scenarios in order to set up, but once it does, it becomes pretty dope.

    question

...Why does this post have likes? Seriously, it's just an aggregate of Pokémon puns found on Google.
  9. That's what I've been using this ENTIRE TIME. If I'm up against something faster, I get 2HKO'd before I can set up and land a decent hit. If I'm against something slower, I set up, take a hit, and fail to OHKO. That's my EV/IV spread. Not the best, but not bad either.
  10. Are you placing the honey on the large trees near the webs and logs? If so, then that's weird.
  11. That Prankster Meowstic with Reflect, and then a Will-O-Wisp, maybe? Shruuuuuuuug
  12. If you plan to give it Hydro Pump, then it should still be useful. It's not that great at, well... not sweeping. It's really good when an opportunity to set up presents itself, but it's not that amazing in normal situations.
  13. All you've gotta do is clear all the webs and logs that you see. After that, hop on a Tauros and try to jump all the ledges you see. It's actually pretty straightforward.
  14. Nah, you're about four gyms away from Absol.
  15. I've been thinking about dropping Kingdra for this reason. It doesn't hit nearly as hard without Draco Meteor and Hydro Pump, but the former isn't available yet and I would like a non-HM-slave with Surf. On top of that, it often gets outsped and 2HKO'd by a lot of Pokémon, and setting up an Agility on the first turn means it lacks the power needed to hit for more than around 45%.
  16. None, surprisingly. All the Pokémon I've used in the early game have still been just as useful in the late game.
  17. I think it's time to move, Ame. I can't adequately articulate my response in written words, so I'll just say this. You guys remember shofu's reaction to Solaris's Garchomp when they fought on Pyrous Mountain? That was my response to those pictures.
  18. Everyone in this thread is just so attractive Like bruh
  19. I'm sure someone can provide you with a download link, but why not just wait until the next episode?
  20. It wasn't changed at all. It's been Magikarp this whole time. And what are you talking about? Gyarados is quite possibly the best Pokémon in the game.
  21. This is certainly true, but I think Timber Dragon's original post was already implying this. She was saying that subpar players will often overlevel their Pokémon to compensate for their lack of skill, which Reborn's level cap puts a stop to. If you create a well-balanced team, give them decent movesets, and play smart, then the level cap will hardly be an issue. In other words, the level cap in Pokémon Reborn does not exist to make the experience harder, but to encourage players to up their game.
  22. What's the deal with Anna, you ask? She has ESP, of course. Whether she was born with it or whether she received it from some outside force is still to be revealed, though.
  23. Oh man, Terra's post history must be something.
  24. 252 Atk Heracross Megahorn vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Tyranitar: 350-414 (102.6 - 121.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO Truuuuuuuuueeee. 252 Atk Heracross Megahorn vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Tyranitar: 258-306 (64 - 75.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery Depends on your set, though.
