No idea why that's relevant, but I've just finished with the Taka/ZEL double battle and I'm about to go do a bit of grinding to take on Corey.

So, I just went to look into something... and I think my findings belong here. I was hunting for Numel to use on this latest file for a bit, so I set the weather to stormy and went to look out by the Peridot Station (which is where it spawns now). However, it wasn't there. I had a suspicion, though, and went to buy Pokesnax from the vendor in Peridot Ward. Lo and behold, when I came back, it was there. So does Pokesnax perhaps have an effect on certain events bothering to spawn at all?

Have a Pansear, and name it Scorch. There's not much variety in the early game, unfortunately... Also my nickname suggestions will all be dorky. Fair warning. Edit: Oi, ninja... feel free to ignore me, then. XD

I've fought one of the three Tangrowth, and it wasn't too bad. A bit worried about the other two though because they're in tandem with other, vastly more frustrating things. (Read: That motherfucking Chatot.) PULSE Muk is what nightmare fuel is made of and I want to fight it even less now. But PULSE Abra looks kinda cool. If it still has Hyper Beam I am flipping all of the tables

Specifically, I'd done the whole bit Under the Grand Stairway and went to the Orphanage for the first time, and done the first Aqua Gang quest, but not fought Shelly yet. So somewhere in there is the earliest point, I guess?

Talking about another playthrough! My main file (the one in my signature) is from Episode 10, so I've long since caught Murkrow on that.

Posting to say that you can also find Hawlucha in the grass on Route 2, but I think only in the morning. At least, I didn't see any during the day, and found one relatively quick upon setting my clock back. As for Murkrow, it is definitely still there- bizarrely, it appeared for me when it normally does, on a windy night. Might have something to do with Pokesnax, since I had some with me, but I don't know for sure. I hadn't even finished the Aqua Gang quest yet...

Adding to the above, you first meet her just before the whole Obsidia Park deal. Remember, how Cain got his Oshawott?

I liked the rock puzzle... once I figured out that I could jump across the rocks in the first place. (I haven't played X and Y so that took me a bit, but it was an "OH" moment when I jumped onto the first one.) The little hints I'd gotten earlier helped me figure out what to do with the Crustles, so that wasn't too hard. ...Might be because I really like Route 2's music and enjoyed listening to it while jumping from rock to rock. Possibly. Maybe.

What do you mean what did you do wrong, you're trying to steal other trainers' hard-earned items from them. Shame on you. (You don't keep the items you steal from trainer battles since Gen V, I think?)

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but... You won't be able to get the Corrupt Poke Ball until after Aya, which in itself, is all well and good. You won't be able to fix it, however, until after Radomus. Since you asked where it is, however, it's in the Underground Railnet. You need Rock Smash to find it... but it's not a rock you should be smashing.

>Grass/Dragon Mega Sceptile A lot of fanboys were pleased today. Lightningrod seems some hell of a random ability, but switching in on random Electric moves and taking the boost, anyone? Mega Swampert with Swift Swim doesn't seem too strange, though. That design though... it looks like it could punch someone through several walls. Lookit those muscular arms. Oh come on, it's only natural that Mega Blaziken retains the best ability- it's like the poster child of the Hoenn starters. Much to my frustration.

My ingame name has caused a lot of funny situations unintentionally (Eg. Cain says "Lost looks a little lost"- you don't say). And yeah, go ahead. It's a screenshot from a game I don't own it's not like I can stop you I think a lot of people want to hurt you after that rock puzzle... Better they take out their frustration on ingame Ame rather than you, right? I don't encourage such activities stop looking at me like that

Carracosta also has access to Shell Smash and is pretty snazzy as well. Though I haven't used one in Reborn... (I should fix that.) Its Special Attack isn't as good as Omastar's is, though... it does have more Attack, however, and could make better use of Dive.

Well, I'm glad I went looking for it, and rather surprised that I found it. It's in the dark part of the Railnet, where the Aron are. You need to use Rock Smash, but... not on a rock. Sneaky Ame is sneaky.

The trade that was Sunkern for Gothita? Since Gothita replaced Ralts... ...you get Mime Jr. for trading away a Sunkern, instead. The mystery of where Ralts disappeared to continues. Edit: Well, never mind... holy hell that's going to be obtainable late, though.

You need to push the Crustle into specific places on the ground... and you can't do that while standing on top of the rocks. They're like a pseudo-Strength puzzle, as a more direct hint. What do you do with Strength boulders in the normal games?
