  1. Welcome to the insanity that is Reborn. I swear there was a line I was supposed to say... but I don't remember what it was... something about a server and leaving your sanity at the door... ah well. Someone else will surely get that for me.
  2. In Episode 10, getting Earthquake on Trapinch didn't involve training it up obscene amounts of levels... you could breed Earthquake from Geodude onto a Dwebble, then breed Earthquake (and Rock Slide, I... think?) onto a Trapinch from there. But, as Dwebble was removed... And really, this method isn't all that hard. Well, until you get into things like breeding Flamethrower and Energy Ball onto a Litwick, then things get kinda crazy... (For the curious, that chain is: Torkoal -> Snubbull -> Swirlix [level it up for Energy Ball] -> Castform -> Litwick. Yes, I did spend entirely too long looking into that.)
  3. Well, actually: -You can't breed a Carvanha with Earthquake, because Carvanha can't learn Earthquake. You need to check and make sure the base form of the Pokemon you want to get this move can learn it before you try this method! I tried to get Poison Jab + Crunch on a Stunky, only to discover later that Stunky couldn't learn Poison Jab... for some reason. /the story of my eternal suffering -You can't breed Superpower onto Murkrow because it's a move tutor move, not a TM nor an egg move. Never mind the fact that I'm not sure anything in the same egg group as Murkrow gets that... and even if you could, Murkrow can't be tutored Superpower, only Honchkrow. Other than that, though, you're correct~ And this is very handy for getting coverage moves you'd otherwise be without.
  4. If you want to go the paralysis route, anything that can take a hit (any of the Magnemite line with Sturdy, Ampharos probably can too) can slap Thunder Wave on it, then it's easy prey for any Fighting-type. Just make sure you keep using it until he's out of Full Heals, so it sticks. I'm planning on doing a Thunder Wave/Light Screen thing with Ampharos to work around that even more, just in case, but I dunno how that'll pan out...
  5. Took a pause in Lillipup breeding to confirm that you can get the Dull Key right after you beat Shelly/first get access to the next part of the Railnet: That should lay any more questions about it to rest, but, as has been said, it would be best to wait until after you get Strength~
  6. You can buy Honey at the flower shop in Lapis Ward, give candy or (I think) Ice Cream to Nyu for some in North Aventurine Woods, steal it from wild Combee, or use a Pokemon with Honey Gather. The first of those would likely be the easiest way.
  7. Aipom's catch rate of 45 would be the base of your problem. @ the topic, there is one Pokemon in Reborn that consistently gives me grief every time I decide I want to bother with it... ...And that's Murkrow. With access to only Poke Balls and the specialty balls (none of which are likely to help you with it), perhaps one Great Ball, if you've found that, catching it with that catch rate of 30 is a nightmare. It usually takes me multiple tries and much frustration. Why can't we at least buy Great Balls at this point in the game? Ugh...
  8. Drapion's Aqua Tail. I'm out of wit- it's too late for that tonight
  9. Shade's team is: Rotom, Gourgeist, Spiritomb, Golett, Gengar and Chandelure. You want to use Zoroark, so I don't see how you can have all that much trouble with him... that kind of murders half his team with Night Daze. Just watch out for Gengar's Hidden Power Fighting and Chandelure's Hidden Power Fairy (...I think it's Fairy, anyway). And definitely keep Gyarados on board for that Chandelure- it can take a special hit, and you want to be able to do that. Added bonus of not being weak to any of its attacks, and it'll definitely two shot it with Aqua Tail. I would trade Magneton out for something else, since it's not going to be useful for much of anything in this battle, but I don't know what to recommend...
  10. I love my shiny Gardevoir... ...He's male. I am insulted by this post. >:U Don't worry about the nature, though- you'll be able to change it later on (way later on, but that's beside the point). Worry more about IVs- they'll help you more in the long run. Unless you don't care.
  11. Adrienn did mention that xe saw "a girl climbing the cave wall" while xe was down there... so I'd assumed that's who it was that giggled/said that they wanted to play again really soon. Not that I have any idea what that has to do with the story as a whole...
  12. Voting for Oshawott because no one loves it. Shame on y'all. Shame shame shame. It's also actually decent with Razor Shell being pretty powerful early on and Fury Cutter... which pretty much wrecks everything after a few hits. Also, Samurott has shell swords. Your argument is invalid. Shell swords > blue fire beards and tongue scarves.
  13. If you've been headbutting trees on the right side of the forest... that would be your problem. There's something wrong with wild Pokemon encounters there- nothing appears. Try the left side. Edit: ...Ninja'd again. Y'all are quick. I'm more amused than I should be.
  14. Or get a Pokemon with Honey Gather- Combee and Teddiursa both get it. You can just casually get some while training things up, if you have one of them in your party.
  15. Meowstic's Thunderbolt. Even more zappity zap zap.
  16. You seem to have a typo, there- Noctowl gives 2 HP EVs, not 1 Speed~ Otherwise, I'd imagine this is going to be very helpful for everyone (read: not me) who has the patience to EV train.

    Water Stone

The earliest point to get a Water Stone at is from the Magma/Aqua Gang quest. As for when to evolve it... uh... I have no idea. Normally I would say to wait for Crunch, but Panpour isn't as physically-focused (moveset wise) as Pansage/Pansear. I would say level 34 at the latest, after learning Brine, but Simipour gets Scald from the move relearner anyway... so that's not a necessity.
  18. In my (not professional) opinion, I would go with Adamant, Impish or Careful. Not Jolly, since Chesnaught has no use for more Speed- there's not much helping it in that department. Mine did okay with Relaxed, but you probably don't want to lower its Speed any more than it already is, either. Unless you want to run Trick Room later in the game, or something... why you would beats the heck outta me, but hey, it's your playthrough.
  19. That machine freaked me out entirely too much when it spit all that text at me. I thought it was having a nervous breakdown. (Although wasteland.sass.protocol.malfunction made me laugh pretty hard.) The closest thing I can think of to all of that is when you use the Data Chip on the computer in Onyx Ward's Trainer's School, only the situation for that is another case entirely.
  20. Clefable's Moonblast. Sparkly pink moon beams are fabulous, incidentally.
  21. Have you beaten Julia yet? I think that's the only requirement, besides it being rainy- pretty sure it appears regardless of the time of day. Edit: Hmm... I just went to check, but I can't seem to get it to appear... Perhaps there's another requirement I'm missing?
  22. I don't even know what's going on in this thread anymore... I believe Ame has already said that the badge order isn't set in stone, regardless? So it can always change from how it is now. Take badge spoilers with a grain of salt~
