There are so many things I don't get, it's hard for me to make a comment at all... But I like your style, I guess I'll just try and enjoy the story whatever it is about. I am kinda surprised to see you are this good at writing (simply because it's an injustice: is there something you are NOT good at?) but then again, considering that you are responsible for the plot of a game as complex as Reborn, that was maybe to be expected.

they really are just sorting them out by how well it actually does.
But with mega pinsir, I haven't seen any in the past month while grinding in the ladder on the main server, so I guess they do still have some usage stuff in it.... still I wouldn't be surprised if they move it back up to OU

Oh hell yeah. Malamar has recently become my fav Pokemon, and my most succesful NU team is built around it, so of course I approve. RestTalk looks like a fun set to use, but personally I have always used the Scarf set because I like how it can act as an end game cleaner, locking itself into a 120 bp move while bulking up at the same time. Personally, I have found Feraligatr to be a great partner for Malamar: the fact is that both are checked more or less by the same stuff, so the idea is to use one to weaken said checks so that the other can then pull off a sweep... As for the bug weakness, I've found that Mantine can switch into most bug attackers in the tier with little to fear, so it could deserve a mention too...

I always use the same tags to keep track of everything I post Poor Yoda ;-; I do admit I kinda rushed that one back then, for various reasons... Anyway thanks for the positive feedback: as I said, all these sprites are over 4 years old, and I haven't been spriting at all since then, so chances are I have lost my touch... But I do plan on resuming my attempts at spriting sooner or later. -
So, lately I have been telling whoever would listen that, while I have kinda lost my touch now, there was actually a time, back when I was a member of PO's community, when I was recognized as a decent graphics expert, specializing in themes for the simulator and in sprites (I went by the name "Tears in Heaven", and later "Tears of tomorrow", back then). Of course, one cannot make such claims without backing them up: with the help of Google, I found that old topic on PO where I, with some help from other users, made a full custom trainer sprites folder for the simulator... Only to find out that I had uploaded said folder to Megaupload, and the preview pics to Mirrorimg, and both sites have been shut down since then. But just when I was about to give up all hopes to find my old works, I remembered that my old computer had been infected by a virus at some point, so I had to back its memory up on an external hardware... The same external hardware I still use for backup. And there, in a long forgotten directory, I finally found them: the sprites I had created back then! I am gonna share some of them with you guys, just to show you that yes, I might be a lazy geek whose life is dominated by university, but there was actually a time when I had some skills... SSBB-themed Mario - Peach - Wario - Daisy - Captain Falcon - Samus Naruto-themed Naruto - Sakura - Sasuke - Gaara DBZ villains Frieza - Cell - Majin Buu Batman villains The Joker - The Riddler - Bane Pokemon anime Professor Oak - Team Rocket Miscellaneous Master Yoda - Santa Claus - Green Ranger - Barney Stinson - The Kiss Program used: Graphics Gale. I wonder if I would even be capable of creating stuff like this after all these years... It's been over 4 years already!

I assume one cannot cite an entire mechanic, so I'll avoid posting another tirade on megas. There isn't really a specific species I dislike, if I really have to mention something, I guess I am not particularly fond of Pokemon inspired to inanimate objects, design-wise... Stuff like the Magnemite line for example...

Because yes, italian political positical system is mostly known worldwide for Berlusconi's hoes, which in itself is rather depressing for an italian...) -
Looking for those sprites I made in the distant past, in some forgotten folders of my PC, I found some old stuff I had written for some competition that marked an important moment in my life... And I spent the last 3 hours reading. Damn, the memories...

I wanted to show off the spriting skills I (used to) have, so I went back on PO to look for that one time when I made a full custom trainer sprites folder for the simulator... Only to find that, back then, I had made the folder available for download from Megaupload, and I had hosted the preview pics on mirrorimg, both of which have shut down since... ;-;

I like reading comments made by average fans to stuff like anime episodes, WWE shows, and football games. I have a very precise opinion on humanity (and on the fact that genocyde would actually be a good solution to many problems of this planet), and such comments often prove me right.

While this is fair enough, there must also be another reason... I mean, one could argue to such a point that, since the game is released in episodes anyway, one might as well split the spriting process between the various releases, instead of doing everything now... So yeah, I am not saying that your argument is invalid, I am saying that there is likely another reason that I, not understanding anything of how programming a game works, fail to see...

Of course the strongest videogame protagonist of all times is Ethan/Lyra, from Pokemon HG/SS. What with enslaving a god and having it re-create the universe from scratch, just for him/her? Not just that: the reason why s/he gets said god to re-create the universe from scratch is SO THAT S/HE CAN ENSLAVE YET ANOTHER GOD. Afterwards, s/he can enlist said gods to athletic competitions! -
