Rein barely had time to register Katherine's movement when the teacher's elbow struck her stomach with tremendous force. Pain erupted throughout her body, centered around the point of impact. Unexpected pain, intense pain. Delightful pain. Rein wrapped her arms around herself as she squirmed around on the ground, savoring the exotic flavor of unexpected pain. Her eyes rolled back as her face devolved into an expression of pure bliss. Oh, it had been too long since she had experienced such passionate pain, such delectable pain! She slowly staggered to her feet and approached Katherine meekly, the picture of the stoic, unfeeling girl completely tossed aside, leaving behind a mass of raw vulnerability, as she slowly approached Katherine with a bit of drool flaking from her lips. "...more..." Then she noticed the other girl who had just been thrown back by a table. She blinked several times, then shook her head furiously to clear it of her blissed-out state. She needed to be at her best for now. Depending on how things developed, there might be a chance to experience more...exquisite...pain. She subtly licked her lips in anticipation.

Lee had provided Katherine with a version of the story which absolutely, undoubtedly painted Rein as the antagonist in the scenario... ...Well, she wasn't exactly wrong. Rein had indeed punched her without warning, but she had a perfectly good reason: she hated her name. It wasn't her fault Lee didn't know that. Still, Rein said nothing and slumped over the table, planting her chin firmly on its surface as she inwardly sighed, hoping this whole thing would sort itself soon. She was getting hungry. She started considering what she would do about lunch.

Kagari did not relent in her assault even as the long-desired loli underneath the armor spoke, dashing straight to the damaged machine. "Ehhhh? See? Is that supposed to be a joke? Nah. I'm going to devour it!" She laughed heartily as she continued tearing away at the armored robot. See? After all this? Did the girl think that just seeing her would be enough to satisfy the LOLI_HUNTER? Nonononononono. She fully intended to consume, to devour, to fully enjoy her prey, to make the Slumbering Giant hers. With a wicked grin, she plunged her clawed fingers into the accumulator of the machine, ripping out its inner workings. With a glare of feral triumph, she struck the cockpit of the opponent's mech, tearing it open to reveal a very lightly dressed loli within. Grasping Mommo in her metallic, clawed hands, Kagari brought the loli right in front of her, heat rushing through and colouring her body with excitement. Unable to withstand the temptation, Kagari seized Mommo's lips, indulging herself in a long, slow kiss.

Liliana cocked an eyebrow at her adversary's attempt at a ranged attack. A horizontal cutting wave? If it had been a traditional beam then it might have been a problem, but attacks which had magical energy spread out over such a width were easily dealt with. Her stance shifted slightly as she pulled the trigger concealed behind the handguard, loading in a cartridge. Eleganz hummed slightly as its blade was filled with magical energy. "Eleganz. Umleiten." "Da." At the moment where the wave of energy was about to hit her, she brought Eleganz down and up along the same axis. As she did so, the magical energy coating her blade worked to push and redirect the incoming energy from the point of impact, instead sending said energy away to the sides, leaving Liliana unharmed. But to the casual observer, it would look like she had sliced the attack in two, even though the sum total of the energy contained within was unchanged. She swung her sword to the side for aesthetics' sake, then returned it to the ready position, winking at Leivinia with a condescending smile.

Kagari v.s. Slumbering Giant Kagari laughed maniacally as she pounded away at her opponent's armor. With each hit, she felt herself growing more excited; each hit was bringing her closer to the beauty that was the loli within the mech. And then one of her hits was deflected. Taking it into stride, she allowed the recoil to carry her away from the opponent, landing squarely on the ground. The obsession which clearly showed on her face increased even further in intensity. Licking her lips, she yanked on the cables still attached to the javelin, swinging her around and behind her opponent, the mace extending to its original length. With the momentum and centrifugal force from the turn adding to her power, she slammed the mace into her armored adversary with a wide grin and a barbaric shout, the force and speed of the turn causing the wires that linked her to the javelin to snap. @BFroger I should mention that the reason why I give no way for Mommo to avoid Kagari's advance is that I can't think of any way it can be done. The machineguns are too weak to be effective, the missiles will be shot down by the bits. The lasers won't be able to fire at her because of her speed, and the cluster grenade is still loading, and even if she did fire it she would take damage as well due to the nature of Kagari's approach, in addition to the bits being able to laser it down the moment it leaves the barrel, which would cause damage to Mommo but not Kagari.

Kagari v.s. Slumbering Giant Kagari displayed a feral grin as she felt the satisfying impact of the javelin burying itself deeply into the opponent's armor. Without losing a second, she leapt up and forward, yanking on the cables attached to the javelin, not hard enough to dislodge them, but hard enough to send her flying into her opponent. As she flew, her bits converged around her and locked together, forming a rotary protective plating to shield her from the hail of bullets. None of the machinegun shots were of a high enough calibre to outright destroy her bits, but several got lucky and hit vital areas, costing her three bits. As she flew, the mace in her hand grew shorter, until its shaft was just slightly longer than two mecha handspans. With her opponent's lasers rendered ineffectual by the sheer speed at which she soared, she landed on the chest of the Slumbering Giant and started bludgeoning it every which way with her mace, laughing like a woman in the throes of insanity.

Yes Mata Hari was born before 1900, but the acts which would qualify her as a hero happened after 1900. People aren't famous because they were born, they're famous because they did things. Ergo, the depiction of Mata Hari as a hero would have occurred post-1900s. Ergo, if the throne of Heroes truly did have a 1900 cutoff, there is no way Mata Hari could have been a Heroic Spirit, because the deeds that qualify her as a hero occurred after that date.

I would like to point out that Mata Hari existed after 1900, and only became famous after 1905. Also the Phantom of the Opera was published in 1909.

Kagari v.s. Slumbering Giant The bits fired off small bursts of lasers at the approaching missiles, destroying them before they could do any harm. Kagari noted the artillery cannon firing, and fired all her thrusters forward, slowing her advance to a halt. As she did, the nearby bits targeted and fired at the projectile, causing it to detonate ahead of time, sending its payload littering uselessly in front of Kagari. She darted quickly into the resultant smokescreen, using the smoke to reposition herself at a slightly different angle in case the thing decided to fire lasers along her previous axis. With her left hand, she extracted a cylindrical object from a compartment on her thigh, which expanded into a slim javelin with a series of clicks. Several cables emerged from a slot on Kagari's wrist, the ends wrapping firmly around the base of the javelin's shaft, nestling firmly into a series of grooves made for this very purpose. She hefted it, then threw it as hard as she could. It probably wouldn't be able to penetrate her adversary's armor, but the strength and speed with which she threw it should allow for it to lodge nicely in the plating.

Rein, Emberly, Lee "...n." Rein uncrossed her arms and pushed herself off the wall. Better to get... whatever over with. Punishment or suspension or whatever, she could not bring herself to care. It was just school, after all. Filled with hypocrites and selfish people and worst of all, tall people. She glanced at Emberly with eyes containing infinitely more rage than normal. Which, considering her eyes were normally in a permanent state of emotionless indifference, just meant that she looked slightly angry. Shrugging, she made to follow Katherine.

Kagari v.s. Slumbering Giant Kagari veritably shivered with excitement as the Slumbering Giant began moving, aiming its guns at her. Somewhere, under that mass of metal, was a loli! All she had to do was tear down that ugly armor, and she would be treated to the sight of one of the great treasures of the world! "Uhuhu. Let's go, my little treasure. Let's collide!" A feral expression crossed Kagari's face, an expression somewhere between insanity and desire. Her nerves twitched and flared, her senses all entered a heightened state, powered by Kagari's boundless love for the loli form. With a grin, she dashed towards her adversary, in a straight line. She knew from experience that zigzagging did nothing against an opponent with locked-on weapons. It was far simpler to get in close, as soon as possible. While she ran, the bit system spread out from its container on her back, and each Bit flew outwards to cover the entirety of the arena in a grid.

Kagari - Arena, vs. Slumbering Giant Kagari strode casually into the arena and was immediately drained of vitality. "Well, this is depressing." There was basically nobody watching. No fans, no supporters, and most tragically, no lolis. No. Lolis. Kagari slowly sank to her knees as she was crushed by the cold power of harsh reality. Then she recalled her scheduled opponent, and jumped right back up. She would be fighting Slumbering Giant, the treasure amidst the rough, the loli amidst the uncouth! Though there was the matter of the unseen super loli... The cloaked figure was suspicious. Yes, very suspicious. Kagari made a mental note to stalk her later. For now though, she had the pleasure of focusing on the loli she was about to fight. A thought occurred to her. Would it be possible to request victor's rights over the loser? As her imagination ran wild, her heart rate sped up to keep pace, her breathing grew heavier and her skin grew flushed and hot. Panting excitedly, with eyes that seemed on the brink of insanity, she extracted a large, heavy mace from a compartment on her right foreleg and began to await her opponent with a hungry smile.

The silver eyes, adding even more temptation to the already nigh irresistible package! And to top it off, the crown jewel, the greatest prop, the pillow! The symbol, the embodiment, of loli purity, and this girl carried it around with her! Truly, truly, truly a treasure! Kagari fought hard to quell her primal urge to take photos of the woman. She failed. Within moments, her camera was out, and she was darting around the sleepy-looking woman, taking photos from various angles, breathing heavily. So invested was she in this act that when it came her turn to speak, she barely realised it. Instead of answering immediately, she continued her photo-taking, up to the point where she was at least minimally satisfied. Then, she stepped forward and puffed out her chest, about to speak, when suddenly her breasts perked up. Kagari became instantly alert, looking around her excitedly. She knew this reaction. Somewhere, in the recesses of her mind, she was still vaguely aware that they were expecting her to speak, so she did so in an impatient voice. Quickly finishing the customary greeting, she turned to her fellow competitors, perky breasts pointed squarely in their direction. "There is a loli here. A loli to end all lolis. O GREAT LOLI!
