I really do understand having that be the case with only QSS. I think a Ryze investing just 1300 gold towards it in lane against a Fiora to cancel her pressure is stupid and poorly designed. But there are very few champions outside of ADCs who will upgrade it fully into Mercurial Scimitar. And most people who use Mercurial Scimitar need it to have even a chance against champions like Zed, Fiora, and Trundle. I don't see why MS couldn't keep live functionality while QSS took the nerf hammer. But Tacos, it's not fun for 75% of your kit to be negated because someone pressed a button. You know what else isn't fun? A Zed running me over without even needing the ult that I just cleansed.

It's ok friend, just use your handy dandy QSS to cancel his ult. At least you can still cleanse that. I am salty. Very.

We don't want this to be something that entices you to stop participating in the community. I don't believe I've seen any of my fellow mods harassing anyone over this rule, but I do apologize if any warnings have come across in that way.

I'm fairly certain enemy Tahm Kench devour is a unique form of disabling crowd control and I'm fairly certain does disable Aurelion Sol's passive. At least, I recall seeing that be the case in a game I played a while ago.

I hear that Erick guy is pretty neat.

It's sad because muting people helps things so much. My climb back to gold was made so much easier by just muting anyone who bothers to say anything tilting and turning off all chat. While it sucked to not be able to leave a ":)" after sniping someone across map with an Ashe or Jinx ult, it was totally worth it.

Miss Fortune is a utility ADC? Only utility she really brings is her damage.

I don't see how Ashe isn't. All of the hypercarries I listed are enabled and strengthened by at least one core part of their kit. Jinx has her switcheroo attack speed stacks as well as the attack speed given by her passive, in addition to massive AOE crits with her rockets. Vayne has her silver bolts and attack damage steroids. Ashe has her passive guaranteeing crits on her targets if they've been slowed by her, as well as the increased attack speed and massive damage from each auto attack with Ranger's Focus. I've been playing a shit ton of Ashe recently (88% win rate with 17 games played in ranked), and it's so easy to take off in teamfights. Runaan's and ranger's focus does disgusting dps.

Jhin also isn't a late game hyper carry. Sure he is a late game champ, but he is by no means a hyper carry. Hyper carries are like Ashe, Jinx, Vayne, etc running around with 2.0+ attack speed and insane damage with each auto attack. Jhin is most definitely a strong late game champion, but his fixed attack speed makes him more of a late game caster.

I still prefer to go greaves on my late game hyper carries. Greaves give a lot more attack speed than people give them credit for and the movement speed also given from at least one crit item and boots is good enough to help you survive later. And if there's one big slowing spell that scares you to the point where you feel swiftness is necessary, it's not hard to invest in a qss. I just feel like there's a lot of dps you're missing out on by trading 30% attack speed for some extra speed and slow resistance. If you can kite or stutter-step well enough, it's not a big deal.
